jack&anna | ❝what are you so afraid of?❞ toothlesshasteeth 2015-01-10 | SAD VIDEO IS SADoriginally this was going to be both hiccunzel and jackanna but i changed my mind because i love jackanna and i had a storyline for them. basically, jack meets anna and begins to like her and he pushes her away because he starts to care too much. kind of like the elsa plot where she looks for him and finds him to try to talk some sense into him. that's where the "why do you shut me out? why do you shut the world out? what are you so afraid of?" comes in. those quotes take place when she finds him in solitude. in his rage, he accidentally hits her in the heart with ice and walks off. he knew what he did to her but was trying to convince himself that he doesn't care if she lives or dies, that it's her fault for going after him in the first place.eventually, he goes to check up on her and is horrified by the results. he visits the rock thing and is tell exactly what the quotes were, the whole "there's ice in her heart. if not treated, the solid ice will make her freeze. only an act of true love can thaw a frozen heart." but the thing is that jack is dead. he's completely made up of frozen parts and can't possibly thaw her heart. no matter how much he loves her, that fact doesn't change. that's why in the end, as she's freezing to caress his cheek, he says, "sorry, all i can do is keep you cold." also, she dies. after the video, the quote in the beginning, "some people are worth melting for" is very relevant because jack had a frozen emotional state but because of anna, he begins to let people in, even if that means doing it without her. my favorite part of this video had to be the voice-overs because the "what are you so afraid of" bit went over the flashback of jack hurting anna. anna, that's exactly what he's afraid of. i relate to jack on a deep level. ilyanyway, i hope this hurt you as much as it hurt me. i have this headcanon that anna dies since jack is immortal but she'll always be his first love. pm me about the song if you're curious. also, the majority of the masks are mine but i did use one from someone else. i cant remember the name but ill add it later to the description.:D

jack&anna | maybe two is better than one [mep part] toothlesshasteeth 2014-05-30 | SO - only reason I'm uploading this is because I haven't uploaded much for awhile and also because there's a story to this that I was quite proud of, so here we go:Jack Frost met Anna as a little girl. He also met Elsa, as well. The three of them had a lot of fun together and Jack Frost knew all kinds of tricks, since he was the spirit of winter. Eventually, Elsa accidentally hits Anna with an ice blast and the plot picks up from where it did in the movie. Anna forgot everything, everything but a mysterious, young boy who would sneak into the palace when they were children. Of course, the palace had completely closed itself off since then and Jack Frost never saw Anna again.Things changed when Elsa ran off towards the North Mountain and Anna coincidentally runs into Jack Frost. The two go on an adventure to save her and slowly, Anna begins to remember things about Jack Frost more vividly. However, seeing the return of him at Elsa's palace causes an extreme ice storm that impales Anna in the heart.Jack Frost tries to save Anna, but nothing he could do works and she dies. Elsa lives on and the spirit of winter and ice queen part ways forever. To Jack Frost, Anna was the girl that got away.ANYWAY. Hope you like it and the MEP should be finished soon! jack&anna | ❝what a good idea.❞ toothlesshasteeth 2014-03-08 | i have no idea what this is, to be honesti decided before frozen came out that jelsa was the pairing for me, but i have tried to edit with them several times. no song ever fit them and i couldn't come up with any ideas for a storyline. out of nowhere, in the middle of the night, i thought about kristanna, and then about jelsa, and it occurred to me that maybe i just don't like the jelsa pairing as much as i think i do. i think it has something to do with that im not believing that the jelsa pairing is romantic in any way. it feels more like a brotp than an otp, you feel me???so, this beast was born. i have no idea what it is. i was having so much fun, though. like, can you imagine these two together??? there would never be a boring day. ever. i bet jack never met a girl like anna. oh boy, i love this pairing and im not ashamed to say i regret nothing (maybe a little).anyway, apologies for the terrible, terrible manips... especially the last one. i got kind of lazy and had a lot of problems with masking jack, as you can probably tell. dammit, jack, why do you have such horrible hair. i see anna as one of the first girls that jack ever liked. not necessarily loved, but he liked her a lot and if their time together would have been a bit longer, perhaps it would have turned into love. her death was inevitable anyway. if you're curious about the storyline:basically, it begins as it does in frozen. elsa reveals her powers, she takes off, and anna goes to look for her, except i completely took kristoff out of the equation (ily im sorry). instead, jack frost, the winter spirit is whom anna relies upon to rescue her sister. the two travel towards the north mountain and elsa meets jack. the two don't get along at all and together, they create a dangerous snowstorm, stabbing anna in the heart with ice. jack blames himself, as elsa cannot truly control her powers but he can. he takes her back to arendella but decides she's better off without him, maybe marrying hans. he checks up on her after seeing the storm above the palace and realizes that hans is not so good after all. instead of helping anna, he chases after hans to do whatever he pleases. anna follows him into the storm. jack notices her presence and hans (the sneaky bastard) slips in his sword, but before he can strike jack, anna uses the rest of her energy to stop him. anna is a human ice sculpture and it's the end for her. anyway, i hope you like it. i might have more of these two but i really doubt you'll be seeing jelsa from me. that's how it's gotta be, sorry. there's tons of jelsa videos out there anyway, hardly any janna videos. i'm so sad that once again, a big crossover ship for me is completely ignored. the irony.the picture at the end was made by noodlekuki @ deviantartenjoy!!!!

tutorial | cgi manipulations utilizing chroma keyer [request] toothlesshasteeth 2014-01-24 | EDIT: THE FINAL MANIP I SHOWED IS ONLY BLACK N WHITE TO MATCH THE BACKGROUND BUT ALSO BECAUSE THE LIGHTING WAS OFF AND MADE IT LOOK WEIRD THAT IS ALLso, as the title states, this is a tutorial on how to use chroma keyer to make cgi manipulations, like the one in the video. cgi can be hard to work with, but if you know your way around chroma keyer and such, it can be very easy. i hope this isn't too boring and i hope it actually helpsin case the video is confusing, you want to use chroma keyer on a scene that has a background of one color, such as the campfire scene in tangled. i also utilize cookie cutter to make it look as realistic as possible. cookie cutter is mostly used to cut out secondary characters in the scene, as well as making little black splotches that makes rapunzel "un-see-through."if anyone wants a more "complicated" manip to be shown in a tutorial like this, please let me know.enjoy

hiccup&rapunzel |❝nobody said it was easy.❞ toothlesshasteeth 2014-01-06 | EDIT: I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT ALTHOUGH MOST OF THE MANIPS ARE MINE, THERE ARE A SELECT FEW THAT BELONG TO THE LOVELY EMMA (XMAKORRAX).THIS TOOK ME SEVERAL DAYS, LET ME TELL YOUoriginally, this was a much happier project but i switched songs because who could resist coldplay? one of my favorite songs by them and i researched this song heavily and analyzed what it meant before i actually edited with it, deciding what direction i wanted to take these two. i've made sad videos of them before but this i knew would be different. if you listen closely, you can just hear it in his voice. the pain and suffering, it was very emotional for me and i have to admit that i got very emotional making this video. sO YOU BETTER BE AS WELL (KIDDING)the plot is somewhat vague so if you don't fully understand it after watching, you can get the full story here:i changed rapunzel's story a little bit. flynn rider doesn't exist and he never rescued her from her tower, but she did so herself. mother gothel discovered this and treated her like a prisoner. she was watched carefully and could never leave the tower but after becoming used to this routine, she manages to sneak out and she meets hiccup. the two fall in love and she would periodically sneak out to meet himafter awhile, the two would get into arguments because hiccup wanted a long term relationship and was upset with her because she wouldn't allow him to meet her family or see where she lived. rapunzel (what she knew at the time) had no family and she didn't want to expose him to her pitiful life but even so, she agrees to let him see her home. mother gothel discovers what she's been doing and the two get into a heated argument, which ends up with gothel relocating the two of them.by the time hiccup decides to visit where she lives, the place is already trashed in what seemed to be a fight gone terribly wrong. immediately, he begins to panic as he has no idea what has happened to her. searching everywhere, she is nowhere to be found. for the most part, he assumes she's dead but that doesn't stop her from plaguing his every thought. the rest of the video is up to you and how you interpret it. the original idea was that the black and white meant that those were either flashbacks or hallucinations. that hiccup only saw what he remembered and what he wanted to see. kind of goes back and forth with the question of rapunzel being alive or not. but i liked to think that she was still alive and would check up on him now and then when she could slip away from mother gothel.the ending was pretty straight forward, although the usage of the black and white can be somewhat confusing. it all depends on you, whether you want it to be a hallucination or that the two actually were re-united. man, that was a lot to type but i hope the story is more clear now. i worked very hard on this and i'm very proud of what i've accomplished. if you got emotional, please give me the details as i would love to hear about it.info is at the end of the video, hope you all enjoy and sorry for being awol for the past few months. i hope to get more active in mep groups again and upload videos more frequently.

I really did like it but when I left the theatre that night, I didn't feel too satisfied to how it ended. I really have no idea but I felt the climax was off and the film needed some more work, but it was still good and I would see it again (which is why I have the entire movie downloaded onto my computer).YES, THAT'S RIGHT. THREE DAYS AFTER I SAW THE MOVIE, I OBTAINED A COPY FOR MY COMPUTER. BAD QUALITY BUT IT WAS DECENT ENOUGH TO EDIT WITH.But yeah, this is a little video dedicated to Kristoff and Anna because they are perfect, flawless, and wonderful. It was a nice change to see the guy fall in love with the girl first, rather than the other way around. You could really see when he did, little subtle hints. It was the same with Anna, but it was even more subtle. Not gonna lie, I also forced this out of me because there are very few ones out there that aren't slideshows or the like.And I'm sorry that some of the clips are hard to see at some points, but that's because the copy I have is really bad quality and it would look completely pixelated if I didn't make it black and white. the big four | stop and stare [mep part] toothlesshasteeth 2013-08-30 | i actually forgot i was in this mep and the deadline was yesterday so i put this together last night. literally did this in an hour so it might be kind of choppy. i had to get it done fast so there isn't any manips of the big four together, oopsiesi tried my best to follow the lyrics (e.g., rapunzel is "untying the weight bags" by leaving the tower, merida is "steady feet don't fail me now" because she's trying to prove herself). dunno, i thought it fit pretty well together. i tend to follow my gut so idk how many times i deleted a clip because it didn't feel right. liking the way this turned out though, for the most part, especially hitting all the beats. it's almost like i had all these bottled up emotions that i needed to get out and by hitting all the beats, they just floated away. but yeah, i hope you guys like this part as much as i do and sorry about the lack of videos (i would say i've been busy but that'd be a lie).for | wonderland studios

hiccup&rapunzel | what it takes to come alive toothlesshasteeth 2013-07-11 | as i make every year, a video of hiccunzel to myself for my bdayi'm a bit disappointed to be completely honest... it was supposed to have this big finale but i got lazy so yep, this is what happened. sorry if you're disappointedit has a pretty ease plot because i decided there would be no drama whatsoever, just a cute, fluffy story:basically, rapunzel is somewhat 'popular' in the town of corona and a lot of people like her. out of these people, hiccup is one of them who has been watching her twirl and dance for as long as he's been the apprentice of a shop in town, which isn't very long. he wants to talk to her but he has no way to start up a conversation. rapunzel lives by herself, away from town, in a tower in a forest. she loves to spend time by herself and read books she's collected about dragons, her guilty pleasure.rapunzel learns that hiccup has a pet dragon and builds up the courage to ask him for a ride after revealing one of her fondest memories, seeing him ride on toothless at the annual lights festival. hiccup agrees and you can see he's realizing this is his only chance to talk to rapunzel, so of course he agrees to it. while they're flying, it's exactly a year after she first saw him and it's even better than she imagined it. he talks to her, making sure she feels comfortable, and they have the most amusing conversations during the flight.afterwards, the two hang out and really connect. the story ends with rapunzel waiting in her tower, wondering if she'll ever see him again when he stops by on toothless to pick her up for another flight which implies they end up together. i had a much better ending planned but hey, i procrastinatehappy bday to myselfsong | we found loveartist | alex gootprog | sony vegas 9clips | how to train your dragon, tangled, how to train your dragon: gift of the night fury

hiccup&rapunzel | lost + insecure; you found me toothlesshasteeth 2013-06-02 | so, this baby took two days and i am like a proud momma. my babiesthis is for the hiccunzel fandom who suffer from being pushed aside by the big ships like jackunzel and mericcup. our ship is so small but big in our hearts, stay strongalthough some of you seem to think i'm this fantastic story-teller, this was a big plot and really couldn't be explained throroughly in a minute. this story is so complex, it's almost impossible for me to simply write it down but i'll do the best i can.hiccup and rapunzel were childhood friends, very good friends. but one day, rapunzel runs away and returns years later appearing to be a completely different person. hiccup is clueless as to what she has gone through: pitch harrassing her, haunting her dreams, taunting her countlessly about how the death of her mother was her fault, that she's worth nothing. rapunzel is terrified of pitch, so very terrified.she puts on a strong mask to conceal her fear but she can only do it for so long before she cracks so unexpectedly, she returns to berk and finds her old friend in the great hall. he automatically recognizes her and follows her. pitch terrorizes her for the next few days until he finally discovers she has a weakness: hiccuppitch threatens to get rid of him but rapunzel uses all her powers to heal him before he succumbs to death. pitch is mad but also pleased because he finally made her crack. hiccup tries his best to understand what is going on but she won't tell him anything. she refuses to let him get involved. that is, until pitch whisks her away to his realm of darkness and offers her a deal: to take away the pain by wiping her from hiccup's memories.she simply has no choice but to go along with it, for hiccup's safety. but the true cost is how easily her heart and soul is shattered by him forgetting about her and moving on without hesitation. the ending could be considered open-ended so it doesn't necessarily end sadly. you could assume that over time, hiccup remembers rapunzel or you could also assume that he never remembers her and she just watches from afar as the love of her life slips right out from under her.feel free to ask me questions about the video because i know certain things are still unclear like how her mother died (in which gothel is actually portrayed as good). i would love to answer them or just discuss thissong | you found meartist | the frayprog | sony vegas 9clips | tangled, how to train your dragon, how to train your dragon: gift of the night fury
