In part 1 of this 3 part series I discuss the reason for a B12 piston soak and then go through the first few steps involved in performing this rehabilitation on a MR2 Spyder.

Steps covered:
1. Remove bottom cover
2. Disassemble top and remove plugs
3. 19mm turn crank clockwise till 2 sticks are level
4. Add ~100ml (1/2 cup) to each
5. Turn crank a few times, level with 2 sticks (keep holes covered or be splashed)
6. Cover 4 holes
7. Wait 6 hours
