Yellow | Swiftpaw PMV OvenCat 2020-08-18 | Wowie. After Art Fight and a bunch of animating I was pretty burnt out but still wanted to do something. The idea for this PMV came to mind and so I went with it! It was a nice break and I thoroughly enjoyed experimenting more with After Effects (mostly just keyframe/tweening and using the 3D camera).This PMV follows Swiftpaw from Warriors! It doesn't fully cover everything, mostly just his life growing up to being an apprentice, annoyed that his warrior ceremony was delayed continuously, the dogs, and a little bit of the aftermath. I have a small AU with Longtail, his mentor, but I felt like the tone with the song better matched Swiftpaw. The two cats are Blizzardstar and Addersun. They're technically warrior ocs but the worldbuilding around them and others deviate pretty greatly from mainline warriors. Overly simplistic explanation of what's going on: Blizzard found out Adder was doing bad things, called him out for it. Adder, feeling both guilt and anger, turns his back on the leader only for them to attack Adder to set an example (Blizzard's main method of keeping control is through fear and intimidation). Flipnote Animation Dump OvenCat 2019-08-06 | Couple of animations I had on my 3Ds from Flipnote Studio 3D! Background music is: Animal Crossing: New Leaf - 1 amTidbits on each animation1. This one is by far the oldest and was done a little over a year ago. I was at a huge dinner event at church and I wanted to animate something silly to pass the time. I have fond memories of it.2. I went through a short period of animating Toy Bonnie from FNAF, there was another animation with him to the "hit or miss" song, but for whatever reason it didn't export properly. This animations that did make it was a test of putting small motions into a simple animation (the head shake). It was fun to do!3. More recent one. I had been watching a ton of pencil tests and flipping through some Disney animations trying to see how I can improve my usage of inbetweens. I think the key is to draw a ton of frames and just never have the drawings pause... maybe, but that's a lot of work w he e ze4. For awhile now I had this concept of a Charmander walking around in a circle. This test more revolved around keyframing his steps and how inbetweens would look with his legs and tail. A lot more motion would be added to the top half to give the illusion of weight as he swings each leg up.That's about all :0

Going from under 100 subs at the start of the year to now being at over 640 subs is incredible!
