You can use vertex maps to now direct an area of influence where you want livery's or custom images to affect. Such as in this example, we made the hood of this Tesla Model 3 carbon fiber, all without having to go into the node editor of the material. All we had to do was just link our custom Vertex Map into the controller, and increase the strength of the maps influence.
