Faulty EXOR MSP RC PIR belectroart 2018-01-17 | Been trying to inform www.ex-or.com that many of the remote control PIR's we have are faulty however they will not acknowledge this and suggest it it installed incorrectly or something outside is interfering with them.Note you can hear the relay click on, when pressing the ON button but nothing is heard when you press OFF and the lights stay on.It appears it may be wired wrong not to turn off however I have checked the wiring and all is correct.My suspicion is the internal relay contacts are arching together, this appears to be confirmed since giving it a good tap with a screwdriver the relay contacts release and the lights turn off.It then works for a while but in time the contacts stick together again and we find we are unable to turn them off.ex-or.com have terrible customer service, will never order from them again.
