In PCSX2 settings in the texture replacement tab, click load textures. Also in the rendering tab, turn off mipmapping, it needs to be off or else the textures wont load.

Outrun 2 SP SDX | OutRun Online Arcade | side by side Rival GT 2024-01-22 | Outrun 2 SP SDX being emulated by Teknoparrot, and OutRun Online Arcade being emulated by RPCS3. There really isn't many differences between the two, for the most part they look the same.PS3 version reflections update at 60 fps, the arcade version has more bloom, the arcade version seems to have more responsive controls. You get a lot more content in the Arcade version of SP SDX, PS3 version is limited to only a few cars, and only route A, vs Route A and B in the arcade version.
