This is an improvisation called Autumn Winds for Quarter Tone piano. Quarter tone piano consists of 24 notes per octave in contrast to the regular piano which has 12, it has two sets of 12, one that sound regular, and one off by a quarter of a tone. When put together you get stuff like this, cool isn't it? This piece is not dissonant or jarring, or random like most other quarter tone stuff you've probably heard. It's melodic and sweet and sounds very much like fall time. The key is mohajira 7 which is basically a big 7 note pentatonic like scale that doesn't exist on a regular piano or 12 tone instrument. That's because it has what are called neutrals which are intervals that exist between major and minor intervals. They resemble the sound of pentatonics to me.
