Bridging leadership and tradition 🛶

#AusNavy, recently collaborated with Yolŋu leaders in East Arnhem Land, to deliver a ground-breaking five-day leadership program focused on building and sailing a traditional dugout canoe.

The program offered Yolŋu participants hands-on leadership experience and insight into career opportunities within the Navy, while Navy personnel developed a richer appreciation of First Nations knowledge, resilience, and maritime traditions.
