Assembling My PERA Binder: Teacher Evaluations
As I prepare for my second (and final) phase of teacher evaluations this year, I assembled my PERA binder, which follows the Danielson Framework for Teaching and contains many artifacts that demonstrate my abilities as an educator. It's a bit of a daunting task, but I hope watching me assemble my PERA binder will be helpful if anyone else is struggling with the process!
