Thank you to Ubisoft for providing me with a review code for Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced on PS5 Pro.
Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced brings the beloved pirate adventure back with a full visual overhaul, and this preview covers a range of early gameplay on PS5 Pro, from the prologue through to open water naval combat.

The preview opens in the prologue as Edward Kenway meets, follows and eliminates Duncan Walpole, before Edward and Adewale make their daring escape from the prison boat and steal a Brig to make their getaway. From there the preview moves to Cat Island, where Edward raids a plantation under the cover of darkness while a celebration is underway on the island, one of the more atmospheric stealth set pieces in the game. It closes with a Naval Contract, taking the Jackdaw out onto the open sea for the ship combat that defined the original Black Flag, rebuilt here in Resynced.
Together these sections showcase the full range of what makes Black Flag special, from stealth assassinations and tense escapes to the naval warfare that set the game apart, all rebuilt with a modern visual overhaul in Resynced.
