The entire yatra, which starts and concludes at Mayureshwar Mandir in Morgaon, close to Pune, needs to be done at once. While pauses and stops are permitted, it is not permitted for pilgrims to return home before finishing the entire yatra. π

The full trip is 654 kilometers long. There are eight Ganesha temples, which are Mayureshwar, Siddhivinayak, Ballaleshwar, Varadvinayak, Chintamani, Girijatmaj, Vighnahar, and Mahaganpati.β¨
