Army West Point Women's Soccer used a three-goal outburst in a 17-minute second-half span to pull away from Vermont and win 3-0.
Freshman Kamryn McWhinney continued her hot start, breaking a scoreless deadlock in the 60th minute off an assist from Megan Youngberg for her third goal in just two games.
Sabrina Rogers doubled the lead in the 73rd minute, converting off a feed from Sophia Henry for her first goal of the season. Just four minutes later, Henry got on the scoresheet herself, finishing an assist from Grace Pohlidal to cap the scoring at 3-0.
With the win, Army improves to 2-2 on the young season.
