Building your ideal loadout can be pretty overwhelming as there seems to be an insurmountable number of things that you need to take into consideration. From making sure your armor is the right elemental affinity so that you can use the appropriate mods, to making sure you spec for the ideal amount of stats, I thought it might be helpful to both the new and experienced player if we broke it down into simpler terms. More specifically, what armor mods you should use on your armor pieces and what charged with light mods can give you a damage boost in PvP.
