Arken Optics just stepped WAY outside their normal tactical scope lineup with the new Outrider 2-12x42 ~ and I think they may have found a market they should have been targeting all along.
The Outrider is a practical hunting/general-purpose optic with a 30mm main tube, second focal plane Fiber Duplex reticle, extremely bright illuminated center dot, and conventional 1/4 MOA adjustments. The configuration is simple, useful, and extremely well suited to the way most people actually use a rifle.
And most importantly... I TESTED THE TRACKING.
The result? D.O.B.A. (Dead On Balls Accurate)... it's an industry term.
In this review, I put the new Arken Outrider through its paces and explain why this little 2-12x42 may be one of the smartest configurations Arken has released yet.
