Just an out of context recording of one of my favorite Arc 2 mercenary jobs. It also sheds some light on how the Chimera process functions and what the unwilling person is going through. We can assume that when the monster genes "awaken", the person is driven into madness or into killing somebody and then gives in completely. C-Class Chimeras were meant for gifted subjects and kids with special powers and it seems Hope has wind powers and could have been kept in the White House facility together with Elc some years back.
This also shows the process can be reversed but requires a huge amount of mental fortitude. Although you also have to applaud Alven's bravery the past some years.
