WWIII was rough!! (Transnistria was tired of being alive so he decided to try to kill DC knowing he wasn't going to be able to and he was going to get himself killed)

Russia losing his brother drove him insane and is part of the reason he's so horrible during WWIII. Their whole lives they'd always had each other, and now that Transnistria was gone, Russia didn't know how to function.
