'We're very proud of it'
The Poole family run a derogation dairy farm alongside the River Bann and through conscious farming practices, the water which their children play in, is in pristine condition.

They take a holistic view towards nature and leave 20% of their farm for wildlife, all the while farming cleverly as it is their sole source of income.
