I keep coming back to my absolute favourite games, and Sonic 1 is no exception. Enjoy all of the sonic 1 boss fights in their full 3D (technically 2.5D) glory. This video took 5 months to complete and is EASILY my most ambitious project yet. Getting the seem-less 2D to 3D effect right took me dozens of hours of trial and error. I've finally nailed a new technique that I can use for future videos.
