RIP, Whitehall PA animatronics. These robots were sadly removed from the location in June 2023.
In this performance, Helen Henny expresses her excitement about the beautiful winter snow through song. This was filmed at the Whitehall, PA (Lehigh Valley Mall) location in November 2022.
Fun Facts about this location:
-This type of stage is called a CU 1-Stage. Only three were ever created, and this is one of them.
-The 'CU" means "Concept Unification." This was the process used to convert the ShowBiz Pizza Place locations into Chuck E. Cheese's locations in the late 80's and early 90's. This means that these characters were originally Rock-afire explosion animatronics and were repurposed as Munch's Make Believe Band.
-The giant rainbow flag is not the original backdrop; it was added in Spring 2021 for the "Spring-Tastic Celebration" and was taken down shortly before their removal. I personally like the rainbow as the new backdrop, especially with the connection to LGBTQ+ Pride!
-It has been reported that this used to be a traditional 3-stage location. However, due to poor stage conditions, the characters were given a new, single stage against the back wall, and the wall where the original stage was located was replaced and expanded.
-For this video, I dubbed in the raw audio of the song for maximum quality. You want Munch's Make Believe Band to sound their best, right?
