This is an oft-requested track and it's hard to find on YouTube or it was when the game was released.
This is the music that plays when you're playing through arcade as Akuma, and get near the end where you have to Fight Your Rival, which is Ryu. It takes place at the Volcanic Rim stage, and this music plays.
