The Towerverse II by 16lord (me) / Geometry Dash 2.2. 16lord 2025-08-23 | Name: The Towerverse IIID: 125070012Difficulty estimated: Easy Demon 10 moons.This is the sequel to The Towerverse, and the last level of The Towerverse Story, with a total of 7 levels, 2 of them being spin offs of The Towerverse II due to the limitations of the editor and being imposible to fit everything into a single level. The list description talks about the main reason of making this story.Now, talking about this level, I have to say that I read all the feedback from the previous levels I’ve done and took notes to make a more enjoyable experience with the stuff I had planned to do for this level. The Towerverse II main focus is the fight mechanics and health system, but also the story, since I wanted to make some more on depht storytelling. Something I am pround of is the style and art used on this level, because at first it was gonna be mostly pixel art again, but I really wanted to try something different from what I am used to see on other platformer levels and try this kind of art that, which ended up being pretty cool.The story takes place on a separate timeline from the first towerverse that finishes in a bad ending. The Towerverse II is a remake of the entire story, with some changes since you are supposed to change the timeline in order to unlock the good ending, thats why the order you go through all different realities is different from the original order of the story. Theres also a secret reality that you can unlock if you do a specific quest, so I hope you can figure out by yourself how to unlock it…There are 5 mandatory bossfights, the 1st one being a guardian of time being controlled by the darkness; the 2nd one is an inferno tower, which is the same one you can find on my level “The Tower” but with a remake; the 3rd one is Impossible Demon, from the level with the same name and also a remake from the boss of that level; the 4th boss is King Torres, which was leaked on the spinoff level “The Retro Tower”; the 5th and final boss is the God of Darkness, a remake from the Darkness creature by RobTop. As you may have noticed, earlier I said that there are 5 “mandatory” bossfights, so… does it mean there is an extra boss? Colon asked me to join him on this project around december of last year, and I ended up accepting his request (something that happens almost never lol), but because I started building The Towerverse 2 at the time and I also joined a collab for the Space Gauntlet Contest I couldn’t help as much as I wanted on this project, thats why we needed more creators on this.In this video I will showcase everything I made: The Tower decoration + energy room, the cellar epic Rattledash parry to bomb the bad robot (and also made it that you can step on him, i love adding tiny details), the hollows monsters hideout (the one I enjoyed building the most, mostly because of its randomness) and upgraded the hollows bossfight cutscene (no music because its not done jet i guess) and optimized and upgraded the treasure ground because OMG THAT WAS LIKE 2K OBJECTS.The levels will be released sometime soon if you want to try them, and I highly recommend trying them once they are on the servers because they are so fun to play.I want to thank Colon for this opportunity, I always dreamed to participate on a very special project like this before and it motivated me a lot to keep building in the short free time I have everyday. It will take a lot of time and I’m not sure if I will be able to finish it someday, but I’ll make sure it ends.Now, about this level, I wanted it to be platformer, but ended making it classic for a few reasons, one of them was because I got inspired from the level “How to adventure” by cyanflower. The distribution of the level is a mixture between “The Tower” and “Impossible Demon” becuse these levels were an attempt of a level that looks like this, but because of the 2.1 limits I couldn’t do what I wanted to make in the first place. Have you ever listened to a song and see in your head a hole amazing level just by listening it? Well, I think this is the first time that I actually managed to build exacly what I had in my mind, and I’m so pround of it. I enjoyed so much building every single part of this level, except when placing the rotate gameplay triggers and the fact that I almost made this level like if it was in platformer mode, and its extremely buggy in the editor XD. GYM MINIGAME IN GEOMETRY DASH 16lord 2024-08-23 | I joined a megacollab from the chill moongrinders server where everyone has to make a platformer minigame that lasts for 30 seconds, and I ended up making this minigame.The reason I chose this theme (the gym) is because i recently started going to a gym and I was interested on making a minigame inspired from It.Its basicaly a spam challenge, where you have to tap in order to do 1 step to the left while the treadmill forces you to go to the right all the time, and every 3 seconds It randomly changes the speed of the treadmill in order to make things harder or easier. You can be lucky and get all x1 or x2 speed and beat it, but also bad luck and get all x4 speed 🫠. To win the minigame you must control your spaming skills in the different speed changes and avoid spam too much or not spam enough, so you must "survive" for 30 seconds until the timer is over.I dont know when is the level going to be finished, but i wanted to share this minigame i made, and i would say i tried to be as creative as i could building it.Now, what about my next level? Are you going to make The Towerverse II? I already have everything planned for the second part of The Towerverse, but first i would like to continue making the 2nd spinoff which will be a classic level, but seeing the story i have planned, its not essential for the main story. The Towerverse in HARDCORE MODE (+ speedrun) / Geometry Dash 2.2 16lord 2024-03-26 | Hardcore mode was created to prevent people from not exploring the level. You have to get some amount of coins, rainbow coins and talks on the first area in order to NOT activate it.This mode deletes all checkpoints at the start of the second área to make the level more challenging and balance the level difficulty. It was suposed to be an experimental thing trying to understand the uses of the new triggers back when 2.2 dropped, and I accidentally ended up making an incredibly huge level. I really wanted to make an open world level with a cool story, some exploration, secrets, secondary achievements, new mechanics…I had so many ideas with all the new 2.2 content that I couldn’t resist to create more and more stuff. The method I used is not the best and is quite messy and long to do, but a friend showed me a way that is much simpler and saves you a lot of time and can save a few groups (which is the one I show you in this video). The Impossible Dash by 16lord (me)/ Geometry Dash. 16lord 2022-07-25 | When i played The Impossible Game 2 i loved almost all the stuff on that game and i wanted to make a level with those Styles. Obviusly, The Impossible Game 2 is way more simple than GD, so i had to do something to make It look "better".
