Utah SHPO staff provides an archaeological-focused compliance training including a presentation of the Section 106/UCA 9-8-404 process and overview of submission requirements, including materials needed for compliance review, correct file types, file naming conventions, project number assignments, cultural sensitivity training, and a tutorial of SHPO's archaeological records databases (plus more!). This training also coincides with the release of SHPO's new Cultural Resources Compliance Guidance, located here: cce.my.site.com/e106/s/archaeological-guidance.
