I originally planned on designing this coaster to be a 'Thrilling Wild Mouse' type coaster however after I started drafting some ideas, I became somewhat enthralled with the idea of a coaster that gives riders the feeling of falling out of control (as seen in the first section of the coaster). I also tried to incorporate as many typical Geurstlauer elements as possible into the layout (beyond vertical drop, large immelman's, etc.) alongside unseen and unique elements (twisted section before the second helix and the more clothoid-shaped vertical loops than what are normally found on Geurstlauer coasters). The track is designed around forces typical for a Gerstlauer coaster. Normal forces between -1.1g to 3.9g and nothing sustained for longer than 1.4 secs. No higher lateral forces higher than +/-1.2g (which only occur on roll) and the relative roll is never greater than 120°secs^-1. Therefore the coaster would provide a feeling typical of existing Gerstlauer coasters. The supporting of this project was the most difficult and time-consuming task, the elements found high off the ground required a lot of supports which was hard to fit into a small footprint. I think some of the supporting could be improved however in the current state, all the track is well supported and passes train clearance. I also think the height of the first MCBR should be lowered to prevent the risk of rollbacks in cold/windy weather.
