Teutonic Titans 1976–2026 is the commemorative album marking the 50th anniversary of the German-American heavy metal band Accept, released on September 4, 2026, via Napalm Records.
It is a special project—not an album of new, original material—featuring 19 reimagined re-recordings of the band's classics, primarily from the formative era between I’m a Rebel (1980) and Eat the Heat (1989). Spearheaded by guitarist Wolf Hoffmann (the architect of Accept’s signature sound), the album features vocals by Mark Tornillo and contributions from around 50 high-caliber guest musicians, creating unique combinations of vocals, guitars, bass, and drums on each track. The result is described as a "metal manifesto," celebrating the band's legacy with energy, unmistakable riffs, and fresh interpretations.
Produced, mixed, and mastered by Zeuss. Cover art by Gyula Havancsák. Available in multiple formats: 2CD, vinyl (limited editions such as liquid-filled, white label, splatter, silver, and black), deluxe editions (including a metal box with extras), and digital.
Wolf Hoffmann noted: "There is no better way to celebrate this 50th anniversary than by bringing together our musical peers, friends, and inspirations to record these classic Accept songs with us... I hope everyone enjoys this very special record as much as we enjoyed making it."
The project reinforces Accept's status as one of the most influential bands in Teutonic heavy metal, boasting millions of records sold and an impact on generations of musicians (Metallica, Pantera, etc.). In 2026, the band is also performing shows and touring Europe in support of the celebration.
