It's Friday Night! Let's play some random retro games on a Random Retrogaming Round-Up. Say hi in the live chat, if I have the game in my library and you want to see it played, put in your requests.

A Chinese Knock-Off of the NES-Mini with "800" games, all bootleg, some pretty custom, but let's see what it's got for us!
The idea is to create a slightly more modern working text adventure game experience, but still have it look and fell like a vintage program, with the added benefit that it will run on modern computers without need for emulation.
I'm writing the game in QuickBasic 64 (QB64), so I'll be creating playable binary files that can run on Windows, MacOS, Linux, and Raspberry Pi.
There will be BASIC09 version that will run on OS9 and NitrOS9 being managed as certain plateaus and stable releases are achieved.
You can download and play with the current demo right away by getting the ZIP file and extracting it from ogsteviestrow.itch.io/adventure-game-engine
Looking forward to getting some play testing and feedback, you can hit me up on the CoCo Discord server http://discord.cocotalk.live or email me ogStevieStrow@gmail.com

Well, whoever made this mod felt the same way.
Instead of joining the Thieves Guild, you can destroy it. Wipe out all the members and clear out the ragged flagern.
But it doesn't end there. You'll get new quests and requests to complete some of the original Thieves Guild's missions in a different way.
A new spin on a classic quest line, let's check it out.

Before you lies the tip of the Great Lost Pyramid, its giant body concealed beneath a mountain of dry, shifting desert sand. Only the eroded tip stands as a mute tribute to the ancient ones-the builders of old, who wrought this silent crypt from stone dragged hundreds of miles under the ceaseless blazing heat of a contemptuous sun god.
The seal on the entrance is still unbroken-perhaps the tomb is still intact, untouched by the passage of time, impervious to the elements, still settled in quiet repose. There must be treasures. If even half of the stories about the Lost Pyramid are true. . . . . But why dwell on that now-you are here, and adventure awaits just a step away.
The MC-10 is the most amazing 8-bit computer ever created, and what makes it better? the MCX32-SD, which adds 32K of RAM, extended BASIC and the ability to load a plethora of files of an SD card, let's check some sampling of MC-10 wares.
