Some of their music was featured in the 1994 game "Road Rash", which I played extensively growing up, and was responsible for getting me interested in grunge and heavier music as a kid. Thanks to GooseFeed for the HD/upscaled clips from their YouTube video (youtube.com/watch?v=QzKXAL5EL4o&t=260s).

This is an older C-1 model when Schecter was still putting the 81/85 EMG combo in these guitars, whereas current models are equipped with 81/89R pickups.
I recorded the audio through my Line 6 Tone Port UX1, and shot the video at the same time, then overlaid the tracks in Sony Vegas Pro 10.Metallica - For Whom The Bell Tolls (Guitar, Vocals Cover) (Eb tuning)Savage Sanity2012-09-04 | This is a cover I did of Metallica's, "For Whom The Bell Tolls". All guitar tracks and vocals are recorded by me. The drums and bass are master tracks from the original song. All tracks are a half step lower than the original song, in Eb tuning. I didn't bother fading it in and everything like that...just wanted to do something quick to test out some settings in Sony Vegas and with my Tone Port UX1. Every note may not be exactly right, but I tried to get it as close to the original as possible. If you have any questions about settings or stuff like that, please feel free to message me. Thanks for watching.Schecter C-1 Hellraiser Clean Tone DemoSavage Sanity2009-11-09 | A lot of people have asked about this guitar and what it sounds like on a clean setting, so here it is. Nothing special or anything, just a demo of how a couple of riffs sound on the bridge and neck pickup. I know the EMG's have a reputation with some for being a "sterile" sounding pickup, but for what it's worth, I don't think they sound half bad on a clean setting. Granted the guitar is obviously made for playing heavy metal and with high gain, you can still get a halfway decent clean tone from it. This is once again played on my Line 6 TonePort UX1 on my computer speakers.

I bought this guitar back in 2007 and I think I paid around $580 for it. The Floyd Rose model was of course a little more expensive and I didn't have the extra money for it at the time, so I just went with the string-through body.
This model was before Schecter started putting the 89/81tw coil-tappable pickups in them, so mine has the older 81 bridge/85 neck setup, which has worked fine for me. Some have asked about its clean tone; I have posted a video response to this one showing some clean settings. All around a great guitar for heavy playing with some respectable cleans even with the active pickups.
And yes, I was a little stuffed up in this video, hence the annoying, nasally tone in my voice.
