Donkey Kicks - Intro to Handstands, Cartwheels, & Acrobatics Flying Frog Academy 2020-10-13 | The Donkey Kick is a nice way to get used to supporting some weight on your hands and being upside down before learning handstands or cartwheels. Keep the arms straight and don't go too high. Play with them until they become comfortable. The first two variations are especially helpful for handstands while the last one can also be a helpful drill for the cartwheel. Wall Tricks Workshop Flying Frog Academy 2013-06-19 | On June 15, 2013 Flying Frog Freerunning held the first ever freerunning workshop in Sonoma County, California. We made sure everyone who came learned something, whether it was a palm spin, wall spin, back tuck, wall flip, wall inward front, wall inward side, or palm flip.
