Angels Envy has been an innovator in finished bourbons and ryes. In this video we review an unfinished bourbon that has been aged using 3 different oak varieties, and a second bottle that is a single barrel bourbon finished in sherry casks. During the bourbon reviews we talk about genetic differences that can cause two different people's perceptions of a whiskey to be totally different. One of these bottles we loved, and one we hated.
