Silenced, alongside the book Togani, that are based on true events, brought to light one of the most sinister series of crimes in S. Korea, that led to a public outrage that had as a consequence the reopening of the case, and changing the law for crimes towards minors. This movie is one of the most horriffic displays of corrupt injustice you will ever see. It's one of the most significant films I've ever stumbled upon, that needs more attention.
