Captain Joe, the biggest aviation YouTuber in terms of subscriber count, has helped millions of people get insight into the world or airliners and commercial air travel. The former Air Berlin Airbus A320 pilot now flies the Queen of the Skies, the Boeing 747, for Cargolux.

In August of 2020, I spent a day with Joe during his layover in Chicago. We went for a quick flight in my Bonanza and then sat down at Charlie's Restaurant at Bolingbrook's Clow International Airport for an interview. This video is the full interview with Joe.
