Most people are trying to manifest what they want into their life from the outside in. They want the love, they want the money, they want the things to change on the outside, so that then they can feel a specific way on the inside.
And that's going about it the backwards way. The way reality works is reality is a mirror. The reality is mirroring back to you what you believe to be true about yourself and what energy you are embodying.
This is interesting. I've seen this happen a few times where when people make an energetic shift where they finally give themselves permission to feel abundant.
Maybe they get in a reflection in their life of like some money comes into their life and then all of a sudden they feel more abundant because the external shifted.
But then because they feel more abundant, they then get more and more abundant situations. I remember when I sold a woman shoes anytime I'd have a good sale 'cause it was commission I'd have a good sale and make a lot of commission or whatever.
And then, it's like I'd get more and more customers that would come in and buy very easily and it was like I'm in that energy state, so I just kept attracting more and more of it. I used to work with this chick that she would, she said she never had…
Like, she went eight months without a dude ever hitting on her. And then, what happened is she got into relationship and then she said every single time she gets into relationship within a week, within that week, she'll get like hit on like 10 or 15 times.
So, it goes from eight months of none of that to 10 to 15 times in one week. Still this, she looks, I mean maybe her energy changes, maybe she bubbles up a little bit, but because her energy has changed then she gets a new reflection.
And in the same way when we make an energetic shift within ourself, our reality begins to shift. The challenge is that most of us are waiting for the things on the outside to change. It's like, oh, once I have that loving relationship then I'll feel whole and complete and I'll feel like I'm worthy.
Once I have that money that comes in then I'll feel abundant and then more and more abundance will come. And this also works the other way around.
I've seen people before where what happens is one part of their life, maybe something starts to fall apart, one aspect.
Maybe they lose their job. And then after they lose their job then maybe they're having trouble in their relationship. And then after they having the trouble in the relationship maybe something happens in their…
It's like it trickles into other areas because their state of being is literally negating… It's literally like there's an infinite number of probabilities that exist in our reality.
Based upon our energy we are either visibly seeing certain realities or those positive realities may be invisible depending on our energy and vice versa.
So if you feel, if you're at a state to where you realize you don't have to wait for love or money to come into your life to feel abundance or love because you realize it already exists within yourself, then when you go out into the world you will literally perceive of a different reality than someone that is waiting to feel the love or waiting to feel the abundance.
Because remember the energetic state you are in is determining what reality you experience. Now, the challenge is that many times we have a lot of rules. We have a lot of things that must happen for us to feel love or for us to feel abundant.
And these rules are saying, oh, I must be in a relationship for me to feel love. I must have this much in my bank account for me to feel love.
And then, or in order for me to feel abundant. But then what we do is we keep prolonging the feeling because at the end of the day maybe it's not really the feeling of the love or the abundance that you're after.
Maybe there's an attachment to wanting, an attachment to desire because desire can feel very dopamine ridden. We always say that we want or we always say, oh, once I have this thing, then I'll be happy, but then the moment we get that thing we want more.
So, at the deeper core of this, what if it's not really about that thing? There's an addiction to wanting. An addiction to attachment. And a feeling that whatever there is is just not good enough.

11:59 Healing your trust

15:37 Calibrate your vibration
In this video I'm gonna show you how you can finally trust again. Even if every time you put yourself out there or you begin to trust, you feel like there's some form of betrayal, there's some form of letdown there's a constant reflection that says that "I can't trust."
"What's the point?" And then normally there's some form of attachment to control or going inwards and secluding yourself off from the rest of the world.
I'm gonna show you how to get to the core of what this is really about. I'm gonna show you how to transform that energy from the inside out so that you can finally trust not only other people but trust yourself in a very powerful way.
Now let me first off just be vulnerable and honest with this. This last year, this is something that I have been going through my own transformation with where I look at how I trust myself also just how I am in reality, just in general.
Because I think there's certain aspects in my life where in the past something has happened and I decided that it wasn't safe.
So, I resorted to trying to control my environment to control my business, to control aspects of my life because there's fear that came with being vulnerable or fear that came from trusting the unknown even.
So I wanna share with you a little bit of how that's played out but also how to get to the deeper core if you ever have been betrayed or you ever had something that happened to you that kind of like reaffirmed that belief that it's not worth trusting, it's not worth putting yourself out there in certain ways.
So first off, this is also inspired because I was doing a live session yesterday and somebody I was coaching somebody through this and it was very interesting.
This person came on and was explaining how when they were three years old they remember being beat with a belt. And from that moment on she was like, "I can't trust…
"How can I trust when I don't know what love is?" "How can I trust when "the only masculine connection I've had in my life "is somebody that would beat me "when I was younger when I was growing up?"
And what was very interesting to find out about this person was that even though they had all of this painful experience growing up with that kind of trauma or that kind of abuse, they had a very deep and rich spiritual connection in their life with themselves.
They had a very deep spiritual connection with something larger than themselves. And one of the breakthroughs for this person was like them realizing that…
Even though maybe in the past their parents they didn't feel they could trust them they found a connection to something greater than what they experienced in their childhood that allowed them to feel even more depth and even more safe.
And that greater was this person was talking about how they feel so connected to Mother Earth. How grounding themselves and how being in nature is so rewarding.
And how, one question I asked her was, you know I could tell she had a connection to a higher power. And I said, "Has God ever let you down?"
And she thought about it for a minute and she said "No." So while sometimes we might have very high expectations of other people, we can realize that at the deeper core as kids.
I believe that a lot of times the way we relate to our parents is we believe growing up in a way that they are a representation of God, of the universe.
And because that's the initial relationship we have when we're young. And what happens is many people I believe that have specifically maybe some form of masculine trauma may have had a belief or some type of fear that says, "I can't trust."
And what ends up stemming from this belief of I can't trust or the doubt in being able to trust or to feel safe is what happens there's a resort to this safety mechanism of going inwards and not trusting anymore of staying inside of the box.
And when you realize that there's some form of resentment that there may be towards the masculine or even towards the feminine as well or towards the parents as well I think a lot of times that keeps the energy active inside of yourself, which then attracts experiences to you that reflect back that energy pattern.
So for example, if you believe that all women or all men are manipulative and that's the deeper core belief, and even deep down you may say, "Well this isn't good, I don't like this."
But deep down there may be a sense of safety that comes with that familiar energy because growing up maybe mom or dad was manipulative and there's something about that that feels safe.

01:11 What is Vulnerability?
02:38 How Vulnerabiltiy changed my life
07:30 Vulnerabiltiy is a superpower
10:55 How being the real you will change your life
13:40 How to be vulnerable
17:33 Vulnerability is the new sexy
19:05 Express the real you
20:48 Join the challenge!
I believe that vulnerability is literally the most attractive quality, that is the most underrated quality right now in society, but one of the most refreshing qualities that someone can have to really attract someone that resonates with them, somebody that resonates at a deep level.
Here's the thing, right now in society, as you look around, there's so much surface level B.S. It's all surface level stuff.
It's people kind of dancing around the depths of who they are, that are kind of havin' small talk, small conversation, that are afraid to show who they really are because they're afraid of rejection or validation, and therefore, it's surface level relationships.
If you want to attract someone at a deep level, somebody with depth, somebody that you feel like you have a form of deep connection with, then the best thing you can actually do is to be more vulnerable.
Being vulnerable is the most attractive thing you can do, and the most attractive way of being. It has completely transformed my life, and it has attracted to me people that I really resonate with at a deep level.
Now, first off, you might be asking, what is vulnerability? Vulner-ability? The word vulner means wound, and the word ability is the ability to go into the wound, the ability to show
the aspects of yourself that you may normally not show because there's an afraid of being rejected.
And that's a lotta times what happens when we grow up. We go through conditioning growing up, where we're led to believe that we need people's approval and validation, and if we don't get it, then what we do is we believe we must change ourself and only show certain aspects of ourself, so that we can get that approval and validation.
So it's like that surface level stuff I'm talkin' about. And that sometimes also reverts to people that change themselves to make other people happy or to get other people's validation.
So it's like, "What kind of food do you like?" And they're like, "Oh, I like Chinese food." And you're like, "Yeah, me too, Chinese food's great." And it's kinda like this tuning to where it's like, if you were to actually like not like Chinese food or something, you'd be afraid to share that.
You'd be afraid to share that just because, oh, what if they reject? What they're offended by it? Does it mean I'm racist? Does it mean I'm prejudiced or something? There's all these fears that come up with just expressing something, that social conditioning wise, there may be some type of fear there because you wanna fit within a little box.
Now, let's also look at this. Now, for me, the way this played out in my life and the way this completely transformed my life, is a few years ago, and even now at certain levels, there's levels to this, to where I'm becoming more and more vulnerable to where I express, as things come up in the moment, how I feel.
Now, this doesn't mean, by the way, vulnerability doesn't mean necessarily that you're going and you're crying and complaining to everyone, like, "You're not doing this thing I want you to do.
"Now, I'm being vulnerable." What it means is you express your emotions from like a grounded place, so if somebody does something that makes you feel a certain way, instead of like bottling it up and suppressing it, you're able to actually express it.
The vulnerability in my own life, the way this played out is back like three years ago, back in like 2020, I was really going through this phase of shedding the nice guy people-pleaser persona.
Where I realized that there were times I would hold myself back from being vulnerable, from expressing the real me, for setting boundaries with people that it felt like the energy balance was off.
And I would realize that in my dating relationships, when I would date women, it was like there was, I would start to like get to know them, and then there was like I would kind of change myself because there was like a desire for their validation or approval.
And I realized eventually just how inauthentic it was, and then secondly, how it would like actually depolarize the sexual polarity because I was changing myself to make someone else happy.
There were times I remember. One of my past girlfriends, actually, there was a moment when I was shedding this, where I decided, you know what, I'm not gonna play into this, and I'm just gonna be the real me.
Because this person that was coming was like publicly known as like a vegan, somebody that like doesn't eat meat, or is very like, just eats certain foods.
00:00 The fear of letting go
01:43 Intention vs. Outcome
02:47 The power of vulnerability
05:16 The energy of resistance
05:59 Be who you prefer to be
08:15 Trust yourself & the universe
10:18 Why we do attach
12:59 How to connect with the divine
14:21 The universe doesn't make mistakes
17:14 Inner child meditation
The fear is, if I let this thing go, then it's not gonna come around. If I let go of the outcome of something, then I'm not actually going to receive it.
I'm not actually gonna be able to get what I want. But see, that's the furthest thing from the truth. What actually happens is the more attachment we have to outcome, the more attachment we have to people.
The more attachment we have to certain situations, the more resistance we also have. And think about it. Think to your own life, the more you've wanted something, the more you've tried to control the situation, the more energetically people can feel that.
And the more off putting it is to people as well. So it's actually like imagine the universe is conspiring to give you what is in vibrational alignment to you.
But if we're hammering in the vibration and the energy of, "I hope this thing goes well. I hope this thing goes well. I hope this person gets back to me. I hope this happens. I hope this happens."
Then there's resistance created. And also the energy is that right here in the present moment right now, there's resistance. It's not what I want it to be. So the thing is, is the belief that's there, is I must control what other people are doing.
I must control how other people perceive me. And then what'll happen is everything will work out. The thing is, is it's not how it works. You must actually let go to then allow things to happen smoothly.
You can still have an intention by the way. You can have an intention, but when the intention is also on a means to an end, that also causes problems.
For example, if I have this intention that I'm going to be vulnerable to someone else, because there's a conversation I need to have, maybe it's even a hard conversation to have.
If the intention is I want this person to come around and understand me and I want this person to act and be a certain way, that's attachment to outcome.
And that is also a form of control. It's a form of manipulation that other people can feel by the way too. People can feel when someone else wants something from them.
But instead, if my intention is I'm going to be vulnerable, I'm gonna lead with vulnerability, and share something that is kind of uncomfortable to share and see how this person responds.
That's an end of itself. I am being vulnerable because it's who I choose to be, not because of the result it will get me. Now the interesting thing is that when you are vulnerable, that normally is a heart opening experience.
Other people can also feel that. And a lot of times when you lead with vulnerability, you create an opening for someone else to have an opening and you go deeper with a connection.
Now, in an interesting way, I'll share something with you that's somewhat vulnerable, but it has to do with, it has to do with some people on my team. It has to do with a certain area of my business.
And there were certain things that, there was this situation that was happening to where things just felt very much out of alignment. And basically what happened is the team and I got together and we decided that something was out of alignment and we had to have this hard conversation with someone.
And it was a conversation that was not comfortable. And the intention was, let's be vulnerable and let's see what happens. Because we just have to get it out. We can't let this energy go underneath.
There's something that feels out of alignment. So the interesting thing was there was certain people on the team that wanted certain outcome and there's certain people that wanted a different outcome out of this.
Like they had their own opinions about it. The funny thing is there was like this budding of heads on the team and it was almost like the more attached to our positions we were, the more the other people could feel that.
And the more this like tension was created. What eventually happened is all of us let go of the outcome. We let go and said, "Whatever's happened will happen but we need to have this conversation."
And we had this vulnerable conversation, and the interesting thing was that the moment we let go is the moment everything began to smooth out.
The more we were able to open up. The more we were able to express this in a conversation, and it brought us all a lot closer.
But the funny thing is, is there was like on, because we had different perspectives of this situation, which I'm not gonna go into the details of. It was like as long as we were attached to positions, we were each like in our own way.

Feeling is the healing. Can everyone say that? - Normally in the Law of Attraction community and some of like the New Age teachings, it's like…
Oh if I am feeling fear, or if I am feeling shame, I don't wanna feel it because if I feel it, I'm then gonna attract something in my life that's gonna be negative.
Has anyone ever thought that before?
It's like, oh, I don't wanna feel it. Or it's like I just need to think better thoughts and change my focus. Well, you change your focus, all you're doing is suppressing the same emotion that's inside that your body is literally giving you a message that says feel this unintegrated emotion that's caught up inside.
Now, to use this as an analogy, if you think of ducks. I heard Eckhart totally talk about this once. Ducks like in a pond going around. Sometimes they can be territorial and they might get into a little fight.
They'll fight for a minute and then they'll kind of drift back off into their own space, and before they do that, does anybody know what they do? They shake it off.
They spread their wings and they flap it two or three times. And the reason they do that is because they don't want, they don't, they just do it naturally. They don't want to store that
trauma inside of their body.
This actually happened to me when I was in Costa Rica recently. I was walking, we do these plant medicine retreats in Costa Rica and I was walking from one house to another, it's like a big facility, and I was walking along the side.
There was this long, like 10-foot long black snake just slithering right next to me and I was walking and then I saw it and I went, like I went, "Oh, shit," 'cause snakes are like something that I've always kind of been afraid of.
And as soon as I got scared, the the thing coiled up. And then as I was walking away, I went on the grass and I just shook that shit out because I knew that if I didn't, it would kind of, I could just feel it inside my body, that fear of just even seeing a snake.
But if you also, there's a YouTube video online of a polar bear that was tranquilized and it was like tranquilized and after it was tranquilized, it like woke up and it did this violent shaking thing where it was literally just shaking like crazy, almost violently.
And what it was doing is it was shaking out the trauma that it experienced from that going into its body. Animals are naturally in tune with their bodies and they naturally release that energy.
Is that making sense? -
[Audience Member] My dog does that when I yell at him like he like shakes it off. - Yeah, see? Isn't that cool? - [Audience Member] That was what I'm saying.
- We can learn a lot from our dogs, you know. They naturally do it. It's what we do is we get caught up in our stories.
We get caught up in our stories. Oh, I shouldn't be feeling this way. I shouldn't be afraid of snakes. I shouldn't do this, I shouldn't do that.
And then we create a thought loop in our mind that keeps within it the pattern that keeps attracting similar situations and the similar situations on the outside are simply a trigger for making something that is subconscious conscious.
Does that make sense? That's all it is. So you can look at somebody else, maybe somebody that's overstepping your boundaries, and the only reason someone really oversteps your boundaries is 'cause you haven't established yours.
So you can say, "Oh, they're the problem." But in actuality, that just hasn't been set. You haven't energetically set those boundaries. So with this, one thing that really allows all this to come in and think of it like this.
In the light of awareness, you allow this energy to come up to then be cleared. The light of the awareness is shining light on the shadows and that's what the shadow is. The shadow kind of in a way is just our body and its process of integrating past emotion.
Does that make sense? So you're shining light and the light of awareness you become aware of these triggers and why you feel a certain way. So the body is the shadow. The triggers are not bad.
The triggers are messengers. Can you guys say that? Triggers our messengers. - [Audience] Triggers are messengers.
Triggers our messengers to something that is trying to reveal to you. When you look at fear, if you're afraid, when I was first getting on YouTube, I was afraid to put out a YouTube video, afraid of what other people would think of me.
The main problem I have with the law of attraction is that it is surface level. In 2023 and beyond, as we're moving more and more into an energy where I believe it's about transforming from the inside out.
And what a lot of people are intending to do with the law of attraction is they want to attract things from the outside in. It's going about it the backwards way, and it's also the focus is on the external.
And when you're focused on the external, we're focused on things that don't already exist within us. We're focused on waiting for external things to shift before we give ourselves permission to feel differently on the inside.
This is why instead of in 2023 focusing on the external, what I encourage you to do is to focus more on the internal, transforming your life from the inside out. For example, this means if you wanna attract more money, stop focusing on the money.
The money is a side effect of a feeling that you feel within yourself combined with the action you are taking of being. Being is a present moment thing. It's in the moment. Being isn't trying to escape somewhere to get somewhere else.
So instead of focusing on money for 2023, focus on what that would make you feel, which is internally focused, which you can then transform from the inside out. What you would feel maybe is security, maybe that's what money means to you.
Money to me means security. It means freedom, the ability to travel, to do what I want, when I want, the ability to have resources. This is what money means to me.
And instead of focusing on the outside, the key is me feeling the energy and setting the intention to feel that on the inside now.
Because otherwise what happens is you wait to feel that on the inside once you have the external thing, but then you go about it in a lack way. It's like, I don't feel the abundant, I don't feel secure. And then it's like, it's even harder.
There's more resistance to attracting that into your life. But also by the time you actually get there, by the time you get that external thing, there's a feeling of it's not enough because there's a belief there that I can only feel a specific way once the thing on the outside is here.
But then you don't even let yourself feel it when it comes in because there's almost this energy of always wanting more, always wanting to attract the next level.
And there's a false belief that says, "I can feel this way once this comes," but it never really comes because you just keep upping the ante. That's what happened when I was, like, first
starting on YouTube.
It was, like, my intention is to have 100,000 YouTube followers. And then when I hit that, I was like, "Okay, oh my gosh." I feel so great for 20 minutes.
I remember going to the gym, it was Life Time Athletic in Vegas, and I go on this bike thing and I'm, like, going on the bike and I'm looking around and I'm, like, it feels pretty much the exact same.
You know what'd be better than 100,000? 200,000. Oh my gosh, 200,000? That's like double, things are going quicker now? Like, what would that feel like? And then eventually I went out to, like, Sprouts and, like, I had my first encounter with somebody that recognized me for my videos and I was like, "Oh my God, I'm worthy. I'm enough."
And then I realized as time went on, just how fickle this whole thing was, how ridiculous it all was. How it was just this belief in the mind of wanting validation and approval. And then I let go of it. And the more I let go of it, the more everything grew.
The more you let go, the more this stuff comes in. Because I also started giving my self my own sense of validation. I realized I am not only validated when I have a million subscribers, or even when I'm making videos for people that add value to them.
'Cause that was a belief that I had for a while. I have value for just being me, gets more to the core. But then even think about this when it comes to some of you in 2023 may wanna attract a relationship. So what are you gonna focus on?
"I wanna attract a relationship. I wanna attract somebody that come into my life and oh my gosh, that'll feel so good." But instead of that, what do you really want from the relationship? You wanna feel connected.
Maybe. You wanna feel love, you intend to feel love. You intend to feel connected. You intend to feel compassion within yourself and at one with everyone around you.
And once again, attracting a relationship is a side effect of the self-love you feel for yourself. Once again, it's not the external thing. And then even this, if you get the relationship but you don't work on yourself and you don't transform from the inside out, guess what?
What if before you were born there were certain intentions you had for what you wanted to experience in your life.
What if there were certain themes and there was a certain purpose and a certain direction that you wanted to go through and you set these energies and intentions up before you came here, but maybe in life now you've simply forgotten about it.
In this video, I'm gonna show you this somewhat esoteric perspective on this and show you exactly step by step, how you can become aware of some of the themes, some of the energies, the purpose, the intention behind your life that you may have completely forgotten about.
And I wanna show you exactly how to find it, how to use it to transform your life
and how I am using it in my own life. And it's helped me gain so much clarity in a very powerful way.
Now first off, let me say I was very skeptical of this, not that long ago. Even just these last two weeks, I've become so much more open to this and I was somebody that never really gave this that much time of day.
All right, this modality that I'm about to share with you is gonna sound simple and it might sound weird to some of you. A lot of you, I think you'll be very familiar with it, in some ways.
But nonetheless, it is completely opened myself up to a new level, a new dimension within myself. It's helped me become aware of a lot of these patterns within me.
And I was even skeptical of this in a way to where then I went to other trusted sources that I had been using for years and I wanted to hear the perspective on that.
And even that reaffirmed my initial belief about this and the truth of it. So, let me share with you what this is and specifically what it is within the thing I'm gonna share that's very general.
So, first off, what this thing is is astrology. Now, I know you might hear that, maybe you absolutely are like, oh, awesome, I love astrology. Maybe on the other side of it, you're like, dude, this is freaking weird.
You can't tell me that the planets have some intention or some ability to influence your life in certain ways. And first off, I totally get it and I was in the same exact boat. So, I empathize with that and I've been there to where I thought it was just something that a lot, cuz a lot of times like I'd get so annoyed of people that are like, you know, Mercury's in retrograde.
Oh my God, miss text message, miss this, don't sign any contracts. Oh my God. And I'm like, this feels like you're giving away your power to something else.
So, for a long time I was very resistant to astrology just because of the common, I guess you could say like, the superficiality that some people like use it for in certain ways, where it's an excuse for everything.
You know? However, let me share with you a little bit of what I've learned about it because over the last two weeks, I'm in no way an expert at astrology, but specifically within astrology there is something called the north node.
The north node is, in a way, where the path that you came to learn in this life, your north node is the direction that you wanted to go in.
And there's something called the south node. The south node is what you came in and you kind of mastered, they say that maybe in your past life.
So, this is an energy that you mastered, but your transition from your south node to your north node in your life is in a way the direction that you came to go in.
And I've been studying this for like the last couple days now, specifically just the north node and the south node and also specifically, where it is in your chart.
That has helped me become so much more aware of even where I'm taking this YouTube channel, even where I'm doing live events out in the world, that has helped me gain clarity as to what that direction is.
And I'll even share it with you in this video to give you a little bit more of a perspective on it, so you can kind of see where the channel's going and stuff. But I was listening to this one YouTuber that's actually, like, an astrologer that was talking about this.
And she said once she started making videos that were more in alignment with her south node to north node energy, which doesn't mean she's, like, making videos about north nodes and astrology, but she specifically focused on the energy of what her north node represented.
Her channel went from, like, 3000 subscribers to, like, 500,000. And I thought that was interesting because I noticed on my YouTube channel that most of the videos on my channel that have done well are videos that are within the dynamic of this south node to north node thing.
So, we'll talk more about that in a minute. But first off, let me share with you the perspective that I have about astrology.
Are you tired of feeling anxious and stressed about the future? Do you feel that the more you try to control your life, the more out of control you actually feel?
In this video, I'm gonna show you the negative side effects of trying to control your life. I'm gonna show you the positive benefits of letting go of control and how embracing uncertainty is the key to happiness, presence, and actually feeling safe in this moment now.
The first thing to understand about letting go of control is, why are we actually controlling anyways? Why do we wanna control what's happening in our reality?
Why do we wanna control what other people think about us? The reason we are controlling aspects of our life is because our ego wants to survive. Our ego wants to remain in familiar energy patterns that it learned growing up.
And the challenge is that then, as we grow up and things in our life change, we many times will fight to keep similar childhood dynamics in our life that recreate that sense of familiarity.
Now, look at this. This is something that's very interesting about it. The word familiar actually has within it the word familial. Like familial, that's the root word (laughing) of the word, which means family.
So in a way, when we're fighting for familiar, we're fighting to recreate similar energies that we experienced growing up.
There's a familial energy there, familial, family. Now, when it comes to letting go, this is, I wanna share a little story with this too of something I realized recently with doing a certain type of somatic transformation, energy, like, you know, being in the body and releasing energy.
There was something that came up for me that made me realize why I have struggled in my life to let go of control.
And this is gonna sound a little bit interesting, but it's gonna wire in this understanding that we create and we are addicted to the familiar. Now, think of it like this.
This is a box that is around our ego. This is our ego. This is our body. We have this box around it. And we have within this box certain rules that keep us within the known or familiar.
And these rules are the way reality should work, the way people should respond to us, and it keeps us in this metaphorical box. Now, outside of this box, we have the magic, the unknown.
They say that all magic happens in the unknown. Yet, there maybe could be something even more magical than we could possibly imagine that could come into our life if we embrace the unknown, but sometimes the familiar feels more safe.
It feels more, like something that we're used to and the ego just wants to survive. The ego doesn't necessarily wanna thrive. Now, freedom is also outside of this box of the known, of the familiar.
Now, one of the realizations I had in my own life was actually energetically connecting to my body, feeling present in my body, and realizing that there was a certain memory that came up for me that made me aware of why I control certain aspects of my life.
And let me just give you an example of this. Like, sometimes I've had tendencies to where, if I'm dieting or something, I want my physique to look a certain way, I'll micromanage the calories I eat and become like neurotic about it, where it's like a game.
I'm in MyFitnessPal just like concocting up exactly what I can eat for the day, 'cause I also love food. And it becomes something where I'm just overly controlling it. I think awareness is powerful, but you can overdo anything.
There's times within my business that I become controlling, too controlling about how everything could be. I know that when I even first started on YouTube, for the first like year and a half, I edited every single YouTube video that went on YouTube because I couldn't trust someone to edit.
They're not gonna edit the way that I want to, the way that I wanted it. And eventually, I realized, wait, I'm spending so much time editing, it's such a basic thing that like I, my editing was so simple.
If you go back to my older videos especially, it was literally like just me talking, there were no cuts, and there was an intro and an outro. And like, an intro and outro music. Like it was so simple. For some reason, I couldn't let go of that.
I had these beliefs that somebody else, if I give it to somebody else, it's gonna crumble and die. No one's gonna value it as much as me. But that kept me having to work very hard in order for like to keep me feeling safe within my business.
Now, this memory that I had when I was working with this somatic coach, I was going into my body and I was feeling different, kind of like energetically going to certain times of my past and childhood to like kind of heal the past version of me.
Letting go is extremely easy when we let it be easy, but also letting go is extremely hard if we believe letting go is hard.
Now in this video I want to show you the seven tips that have made letting go so much easier for me, even at times when I believed letting go was impossible.
First tip with this is to become aware of what attachment you have and how that's helping you to avoid feeling certain emotions.
So this is an interesting part of the process is a lot of times what we do is we may have an attachment, maybe that attachment is to a belief about ourselves, maybe it's to a person, maybe it's to someone in your past, maybe the attachment is to people thinking about you in a certain way or what other people think about you.
And what happens is these attachments we think are there because we need whatever that is. The belief is if I have that person, then I'll be enough, then I'll be happy.
If these people feel this way about me and they give me the validation or approval or whatever it is, then I will finally feel enough and I can feel safe. The challenge with this is that if that's the belief, then of course it's hard to let go.
It's hard to let go when you believe somebody else has your eternal happiness, when you believe someone else has a part of you that you need. And the thing that makes all the difference in the world is when you become aware that the attachment you have is simply a distraction from feeling certain emotions.
And they say that a lot of times these emotions are either a mix of fear, grief or anger. So at a certain level, there may be an avoidance of looking at anger. Let's think about this and the whole nice guy persona thing.
Some people, especially empathic people, may identify as being a nice guy or a people pleaser. Normally under a nice guy or a people pleaser, what's happening is there's this fake facade that's (indistinct) up, the facade is, I'm gonna be very nice, and this also gets back to manipulation.
I read this book recently and it talked about manipulation and it uses words to understand the deeper meaning of it. Now think of it like this, think of like a nice guy who was once a baby, who was given the nipple of the mom and that was the source of everything.
That was the source of comfort, the source of nurturing, the source of nutrients. And then at a certain point, the nipple went away or it wasn't around.
And what happens is in order for some people to get their needs met, what they do is is they
manipulate, manipulation, manipulate other people so that they can get the teat, they can get the nipple.
And what they're doing is they're going over to people and they're like, "Are you the nipple? Are you the nipple?" And then other people feel that needy energy and they're like, get away from me, find your source within yourself.
And that's why that journey is normally you must be the source of your own happiness and let go of the belief, the attachment that everyone else become the teat.
So it's kind of a metaphor there, it's kind of a funny metaphor. But nonetheless, that's what a lot of times people pleasers and nice guys manipulation, man-nipple-asian they want the nipple in everything and they're looking for the source outside of themselves.
So the attachment is the belief, the attachment is the awareness. And a lot of times the attachment is a distraction from feeling your own emotions.
So the key to this is to actually, and this is something I've been doing recently when it comes to looking at any attachment I have and honestly feeling the patterns in my body that come from childhood and allowing myself to feel it, to heal it.
Because as you bring awareness into presence, that allows the energy to leave your body from the childhood dynamics.
Because here's an interesting thing, and this is the second one that I wanna share with you when it comes to the tip to letting go.
It's understanding that there really is no outside, there really even when you look at the triggers in your life, your friend not calling you back, somebody else saying something to you that ticks you off, somebody else showing up late.
Whatever the trigger is in your life, you think that it has to do with them. You might think there's a story there. People always do this to me, people are always late. Whatever the story is, the story is a reflection of an energy signature of an energy.
And the key is realizing that that energy, the story is not true. And the story, whatever the trigger is, that's a messenger.
Instead of saying for 2023, I wanna attract a relationship, instead set the intention to feel more love. Instead of saying that you want to attract money or a higher paying job, instead say I want to feel more security or I intend it to feel more security and freedom within myself.
You see what happens a lot of times when people set New Year's resolutions or they set goals is the goals are something that is an external thing.
And the thing is the way reality works is what we experience on the outside is simply a reflection of what we feel on the inside.
And if instead of focusing on the external which of course it's like realities like a mirror reality is reflecting back the expression you're putting out, instead of saying, I wanna attract a smiling reflection for 2023, then you say, instead I want to smile, I want to feel happy in 2023.
And then naturally the outer reflection of life will begin to reflect that. One of the biggest challenges people have with setting goals, think about it.
People set goals for 2023 or whatever year. What they do is if you go to the gym, January 1st, crazy busy, everyone's signing up everyone is setting new habits.
Habits are surface level. So what they do is they set a new habit to go to the gym. They go for a month. And then what happens is in February there's less people there than there were in January.
And then by March it's much easier, it's back to normal where most of those people have fallen off. Now why is that? Because habits aren't identity and don't come from a place of presence.
So habits are things that you do when at the deeper core level there's a way that you are. And if you are somebody that has the identity of being out of shape somebody that has the identity of having a slow metabolism or whatever the identity is the stories that we tell ourself are what we naturally act in accordance and in alignment to.
So something that's very important is understanding that habits are surface level and stem from a place of identity. Now the thing is when it becomes easy to go to the gym is when it's natural for you to go to the gym because it's a part of who you are.
This is like an analogy I've used before but it's super simple.
If you go to like the first time I ever went to Bikram yoga back in like 20, I don't even remember 20 like 15 maybe I go to yoga and they tell you don't just come once.
You need to come for a week to get a full bene to understand what Bikram yoga is and you're in this hot 130 degree or 120 degree sauna type thing with mirrors and you're going through this process, you're sweating like crazy.
It's like 90 minutes and by the end of it you feel a certain way and they say you need to come for a week. So then you come the next day and then you come the next day and then eventually you're like I'm not gonna keep renting someone else a sweaty yoga mat.
I'm gonna buy a yoga mat. So you buy a yoga mat and then something kind of switches in your brain. You're like, oh, now I have this yoga mat. I'm a yoga person.
Some people may then go to like buy expensive yoga clothes like Lululemon or something. That's what I did. I went and bought, I was like, I'm a yoga person now I'm gonna go and buy these like really overly priced pants that were for yoga.
And I realized afterwards pants weren't the right way to go. I should just bought shorts. But I bought these big baggy Lululemon pants and then I wore those and then my identity started. I'm like, wait, maybe I had this yoga life is for me.
So then I did that and that was a part of my identity for a period of time. I don't really do yoga that much anymore. But for it, the psychology behind it is once you go consistently for like a week or two, you start to take on the sense of identity of it.
But what a lot of people do is they set intentions not from the core. They set intentions and habits which are these outer things that aren't really who you are at your core.
And a lot of what we've been doing in our lives is we search for things on the outside and we believe as well there's a story that if I get the relationship, if I get the job, if I get the number in my bank account, then I can be happy.
And the thing is is that puts so many expectations and so many rules that it's less likely that we are gonna feel happy. And the antidote or the solution to this is actually having less rules as to what it takes for you to feel happy.
Michael Singer in the book "The Surrender Experiment" or in the book, what's it called "The Untethered Soul" would call this opening and closing.
Our hearts are either open and we feel love because we are love and we let every interaction with every person in our life be an expression of that love.
If you feel them pulling away or pushing away, and what you naturally do is you lean in or you try to get them to come back to you, that energy is what is actually propelling them to do it quicker.
It is repelling them from you. And in this video, I'm gonna show you exactly what to do if they're pulling away from you so that you can maintain in your own energy, you don't feel dependent on them, and how that also signifies more attraction than you can possibly imagine.
Now, first off, I understand. I get it.
If someone pulls away or if someone's walking away, there's a natural inclination to chase them. In my own life, I've had to learn this the hard way.
The hard way was they walk away, they don't choose you, and you then decide there's something wrong with me.
I must lean in. I must get them to understand my sense of self-worth. I must show them how worthy I am. I must show them that if I fix them, no one else will do that, and I will then be indispensable.
That's the belief. But what that actually does is it actually pushes them away even more. Why? Because of this simple energy dynamic. All right?
People feel what you feel. And when you think of someone, even though you may not physically be around them, you may feel this person pulling away from you from 40 miles away, energetically.
They're not responding to your text message. They're not getting back as quickly as they used to. And you may then say, you may be thinking about them. Why are they doing that?
Why are they being that way? Why don't they don't understand how worthy I am, or how valuable I am? Or why aren't they thinking about me? And then you start sending them energy.
So energetically, you're then sending them energy. And then they feel that and they feel kind of suffocated. And they feel suffocated. So then they want more space. And then they want more space. So what do you do again?
You double down again. Let me get even energetically closer. Let me call them three more times. Let me respond to even more texts. Let me do all of this. And then what happens is they feel uncomfortable.
Like, imagine I'm right here. The whole time we're doing this video, I'm pretty close. You might be feeling like, "Dude, just back up a little bit.”
And if I were to back up a little bit like this and do the video like this, you might be like, "Aaron, come a little bit closer. I want you a little bit closer."
Or maybe not, and I just make the video from this part of the frame, right? But that's the difference. That's what you're energetically doing when you go and you have somebody that might be pulling away a little bit.
When they pull away, they're saying, "I want some space." That's it. They want some space so that they can be in their own energy and then they may find that they actually miss you.
So many times what I've done is I bring the energy back to myself and past relationships, especially when I was in high school and stuff like that, bring the energy back to myself, stop focusing on them.
And all of a sudden, they come back around. They say, they start realizing. There's more feelings there than they thought.
Or they start then realizing because it also signifies value and self-respect when you put the awareness back in yourself, when you focus on your own life.
So energetically what happens is this. Imagine this. Are you liking this video? Do you like this video? Do you like it? I'm getting so close. Come on. Don't you like it? Don't you like?
And you're like, "Dude, just back up," right? And then I back up and you're like, "Oh, I have more space now to appreciate you.
I'd actually like you to come a little bit more close." And then here I am at a natural balance part of the frame.
This is a metaphor for how it works in the dynamic of dating and the dynamic of relationship. Realize the key to a relationship is not codependency.
And when you lean in and you're trying to fix and you're trying to get someone else to come around, a lot of times what that actually is at a deeper level, too, it's trying to get somebody else to come around so they can see your sense of self-worth.
They can validate. They can approve of you. They can see that you're worthy. What ends up happening though is the opposite effect happens. It's the opposite. You think in your mind, the belief is, if I lean in, if I try to control, and they will then come around.
It works the opposite. The degree to which you let go is the degree to which you give them space is the degree to which they are empowered to figure it out themselves.
That's when they really come within their own power. So understand that for this process, the key, the mantra that you wanna remember is to just let go.
In this video, I'm gonna show you the red flag signs that you may be dating a narcissist. These are red flags that you can look for.
Sometimes people misconstrue red flags for red roses, but that's why awareness is so damn powerful. So with this, there are certain things that when you become aware of, can completely transform your life.
I know that back in the day I would date, I would either date people that had narcissistic tendencies or I would attract narcissists into my life in the form of, like, managers, people that I would just, like, believe that I had to have in my life.
I tell myself a story that I had to have them in my life or that I owed them something. And eventually I was able to break that pattern. And when you break the pattern, it's a completely new world, and you can actually start letting people into your life that really resonate with you at a deep level.
Now, the first red flags sign is actually kind of funny. It is something that my girlfriend said that she experienced with one of her ex-boyfriends or someone she dated for a period of time. And basically what she said happened is, it's kind of funny (laughs)
So the first red flag is a constant need for approval and for validation and for the attention to be on them.
Okay, so my girlfriend had this experience with a guy that she dated where she went on vacation with him and they were in this, like, beach like environment and they were with some friends as well staying at this house.
And she woke up one morning and he gets up, this guy, and he stretches like this and then he goes out into that of, like, the living room area where all of his friends were, everyone else was already up, and when he went out, he said, "Ah, just got done doing like an hour of yoga," of, like, Kundalini yoga or something like that.
He said that he just got done doing an hour of yoga and said that everyone else was there. And my girlfriend was thinking, "What the hell? He literally got up, took a shit, and then walked outside and said that he did like an hour of yoga."
And it was one of the first red flags for my girlfriend. I was like, "Wait, there's something this guy is putting out there, wanting people to believe about him that is actually, like, bullshit, not even true."
And this is something that is a common trait of people that are trying to get their needs met because maybe they believe they want the validation and the approval, but they don't feel like they have it, so they'll do anything, they'll go to extreme measures in order to get their needs met.
I've met a few other people as well that have this kind of tendency that, I had a roommate actually that would lie about everything.
For a period, like, literally when I lived with this guy, it was like he'd lie about everything, and it was stuff that I think he thought I would think was cool, but I just knew immediately because I'm so empathic and shit and I had a ex-stepmom that was a narcissist.
I could just immediately tune and be like, "Oh, this is bullshit, this is bullshit, this is bullshit, this is bullshit."
And after a period of time I was like, "I can't be around this anymore. It's too much bullshit for me." I didn't feel, like, safe to even be around this person because I'm like, "Whoa, this is like so far off from what I could feel is actually reality."
Then I would find things that catch those lies and stuff like that. So it's interesting. However, that constant need for approval and the constant need for attention is something that very common can happen if you are in a relationship with somebody that is a narcissist.
Because if you look at this little thing right here, it kind of explains that of narcissism in an unhealthy way on this side. So you have where it says self. This is where they want all the energy on me, me, me, me.
And a lot of times narcissists do have a strong frame, a strong frame, meaning like this is my sense of reality, even though my sense of reality is, like, I need all these things from the external environment.
They have this energy going towards them. Whereas many people that attract narcissists in their life, they tend to be more empathic people or people that focus more on others.
So narcissist focus to the extreme level on self, empaths focus on other and they feel everyone else's energy. So the thing to become aware of with this is in a weird twisted way, there is something to learn from the narcissist.
Now, the narcissist is an unhealthy expression of the me energy, but at the same time, narcissists are normally in either in their own frame and they demand everyone else, like, adheres to it, whereas the empath and the people that are always focused on other are in their own frame.
The number one biggest power move you can make is to actually walk away. When you walk away, you signify and signal value out and that is extremely attractive to other people.
And in this video, I'm gonna show you exactly why walking away is the biggest power move you can make. I'm gonna show you what not to do and why the opposite of that ends up pushing them away.
And also, I'm gonna show you the mistakes to avoid when doing this. Because when done correctly, not only will you feel safe within yourself, you feel like you don't need anyone else to come around and you'll maintain your power, and that changes everything as a reflection.
Now, this reminds me of a experience in my own life where I used to do the opposite of this. What I would do is, I would be in a relationship with somebody, and especially, I remember this in the first relationship I was ever in, where I would choose someone sometimes, that also wasn't entirely choosing me.
And what I would then do is if they would pull back at all I would then think there was something wrong with me. And I would try to change that and I would try to control the situation.
And by being overly like alert to what they wanted, to what they needed, by reaching out to them, it would then actually push them away and have the opposite effect.
But in the first relationship I ever had, I learned the power of walking away and it had the opposite effect of what I actually thought. So what happened was, this was one of my first relationships.
From seven to 15, I had like no freedom at all, wasn't allowed to date, wasn't allowed to go to school dances or anything like that, had a controlling ex-stepmom in my life, my dad divorced her when I was 15 years old.
All of a sudden, I have all this freedom. At about 17, that was when I had my first girlfriend. And it was a relationship where it was like I wasn't fully being chosen and I was okay with that. I was like staying in the relationship.
I remember at one point there was this school dance and instead of us going to the school dance together, she went with an ex-boyfriend and a lot of her friends and other people were like, "That's so messed up."
I didn't even think it was that. I was just like, "Oh, well that's just I'm not worthy," or something like that. And it was a dynamic where I felt like once again, there's something wrong with me.
And what ended up happening through this, is it was mainly because at that time, from seven to 15, I wasn't allowed to have friends. I didn't have as much social emotional maturity and I didn't have many friends at the time.
That was one of the reasons, I think, that relationship was so meaningful is 'cause I literally had no other friends or no other friend group for the most part.
What ended up happening is as her and I weren't really working out and we were like not together anymore, after a period of time, I started making new friends.
I started to expand my social circle. Then what happened is, there was another girl that I was interested in that actually liked me.
What ended up happening, ironically enough, is as I was moving into that, as I completely let go and I walked away from the situation because I started to understand my own sense of self-worth, and also at the time, I then would hear from other girls in high school and stuff that they were attracted to my brother and I, because we were actually then allowed to actually have our own look.
We grew out our hair. We were able to dress the way that we wanted because from seven to 15, it was very strict. We had to shave our head. It was like military almost. I started to realize, "Oh, I'm actually worthy," or not only am I worthy just 'cause of the external stuff but I started to feel more worthy within myself.
I remember that as I started to come to this conclusion, this awareness, I completely cut ties and let that go.
As I walked away from that, as I let that go, I remember at one point I got a call and this person was really desiring to get back together.
They really cared about me, It all of a sudden, brought all of this dynamic to where then they started to understand and become aware of my own sense of value.
And I'll never forget that, because it was when I completely let go and I started to choose myself, and then I started to recognize my own sense of worth within myself, and I started to expand my social group and I stopped putting all the attention on that, that's when the energy completely reverted and then all of a sudden that attraction was there again.
Even in a different way, at other times, even more recently, like the last five or six years, where I was in a relationship.
By far the most powerful idea that I've learned in my own life that has led to me not only having a successful YouTube channel, creating the success I want in my life, the ability to travel the world and to really be the most authentic version of me?
It is the thing that is the missing key for so many clients that I give in my community and my 21 day challenges, in that of my membership. It changes everything when you apply what I'm about to share with you in this video.
And the reality will make way more sense. It'll explain why you've maybe wanted something, not gotten it, and these balancing forces that I explain in this video is going to completely make it understandable.
And not only that, gonna give you the step-by-step tools as to what you can do to actually align the energy within yourself to understand that as you do that, your outer reality begins to change as a reflection.
Now, by far the most powerful concept that I'm talking about has to do with something called importance.
Anything you energetically make important, you put on a pedestal. So imagine we're here right now. There's something we really, really want. There's something we make really, really important. We put it on a pedestal.
The moment we energetically put it on a pedestal is the moment we vibrationally separate ourselves from it. So in a way, imagine there's somebody you like. You really want them to validate you, to give you text messages, to see you a certain way, to like you back.
You put them on a pedestal. The moment you put them on a pedestal, they're then looking down at you. The energy dynamic then gets butchered and there is this energy that ends up being, it ends up blocking it from just aligning.
And this happens in many ways. Imagine there's a job you really want. You say it's very important that this job calls me back for this job interview.
You put it on a pedestal. The moment you do it, energetically, you're telling the person that was interviewing you, you're telling the job that it's important, which means it's not equal to my self-image.
This really is gonna boil down to self-image and we're gonna talk about that in a minute. But this explains why anytime you've either wanted a job or you wanted more money and you really, really made it important that you made a certain amount of money, when you let go, it changes everything.
And when you don't make it important. Because the way that our reality works is there's certain laws in our reality that are always looking for balance of energy.
And what happens is when we put something on a pedestal, there's a balancing force that comes into place because of something called excess potential.
Excess potential is that of an energy where there's an excess of the energy of the importance and there's a balancing force that comes into place to balance it out.
So, when I first learned about this, I began to apply it in my life and immediately things began to shift for me.
I remember the first time I ever used this, I know I've shared this in a YouTube video before, but basically there were like, there was a house that I wanted to live in when I was in Vegas.
And what ended up happening is I really, really wanted it, but there were only six houses in Vegas that were available for rent in the price point that I wanted.
This is back like a couple years ago. And I really, really wanted it. And then I learned about excess potential. Decreasing the level of importance of something so it is natural for your self-image.
And I realized that I wanted, I was applying for the house, I made enough money for it, but there was like five or six other people that applied for the same house 'cause there was like, not that many other houses available in Vegas at the time.
And by doing so, what ended up happening is I was putting it on a pedestal, and I caught myself. And then what I did is I, instead of putting it on a pedestal, I saw it as natural. I realized that if this house doesn't happen, there'll be something better.
I started to trust more. And there's different strategies for decreasing importance I'm gonna share with you. But ask yourself the question, is there any time where you really, really wanted something and you've had needy energy for it and it's actually worked out?
Normally it doesn't. Normally the energy gets butchered, especially if it's in relation to other people. 'Cause other people are so sensitive to this energy. But the key is, and has it ever been where things weren't working out, you let go and then it did work out?
Let me ask you that. 'Cause so many times I've seen that happen. Even in my own life. There's something I wanted, I let it go. It was butchering up and it wasn't working out, and then I just let it go.
If you want 2023 to be your year where everything in your life changes, then I'm gonna share with you in this video exactly what to do step by step, so that in a year from now, you look back and you can tell, this is the one thing that changed everything.
And I know this sounds like maybe just some form of gimmick or something, but things really are very simple when we let it be simple.
And sometimes what we do is we think we need to watch more videos, we need to consume more content, and we're gonna get clarity from looking outside of ourselves.
Now, the one thing that I think will change your life more than anything else in 2023, is to stop looking to the external, to stop getting into the phone so often, to stop looking for the dopamine, comparing yourself to others, and to actually bring the energy more inwards to get clarity.
If you want clarity for 2023, one thing you could do is simply to stop going on your phone so much. And to get out in nature.
To go out in nature. I've been talking about this more recently because it is literally game-changing when you begin to do it, a lot of times I think people feel anxiety, people feel depressed because they're living inside of their phones.
They're comparing themselves to other people. Their energy is being projected towards this mental world that lives inside of this imaginary world of the phone, instead of being more in their bodies to getting back to their own nature.
There are so many stories of people who have become enlightened, like Osho or Sadhguru or other enlightened people, hear about it a lot in like India, the people that are enlightened, it's a similar story.
They're going through something.
For Osho, it was interesting. He was trying very hard to like become enlightened. He had this very strict schedule from this time in the morning till this, he's gonna do this every night no matter what, at this exact time he goes to bed.
And he had so many rules about what he could do and what he couldn't do, but then he said, screw it. He let it all go, he had friends over and they were like, oh, do you want this like drink, this alcohol?
And he was like, screw it, I'll do it. And not to say that that was like his path or like what made him enlighten or anything, but then he just completely let go of all the routines and everything, and then one day he went on his morning walk, and he was sitting by a tree and he just started laughing.
He started crying and laughing, realizing how stupid this whole thing of enlightenment is, because he realized it was so much more simple.
And it was like, you already are enlightened and you're trying so hard to become something. You're searching so hard for something. And all you had to do was get back to your core, get back to your own nature.
And when you're in nature, it makes it way more easy. But when there's this dopamine
addiction to the phone, this dopamine addiction to comparing to other people, to wanting the validation and approval that you get from like posting stuff on social media, it'll distract you from what really matters.
It'll distract you from your core nature. If in 2023 you want clarity, then cut out the things that are muddling up and confusing your mind, and instead literally go out in nature, chill next to a tree.
Go more inwards, bring the awareness into the body. You'll get more clarity from that than you will anything else. I have this pattern sometimes where what I do is I look to what everyone else is doing.
I look to like in my own business, even like, well, what's working for other people? Even on YouTube videos, like, what titles are working well for people? How can I learn from that and then modify it for my own?
In 2023, what I'm realizing the energy is rewarding, is authenticity and originality. Do what works for you. And this is something that I'm beginning to do more so, is tune to myself and what do I actually wanna do?
And also, I'm giving myself permission to take a step back. Normally in 2020, like every year, in the beginning in January, I let it be a big month, like a big income month for me, where I do some crazy 21 day challenge.
And it's this big transformational thing that I do. And it requires a lot of energy on my part.
Sometimes I go live like 21 days in a row with like three to 5,000 people, and it's this big energetic month for me to start out the year with a bang.
And what I've realized is I had something planned for December, or for in December and November, I was planning January to be this big month, this big income month, this big month of like transformation, all this stuff.
And what I realized is there's these old patterns in this last year or two that I've become aware of.
Three rules if you apply will completely transform your life and help you to raise your dominant vibration permanently without falling back onto the old patterns.
Now, here is the first rule that if you live by completely transforms your life. That is learning the power of being in your own frame.
Being in your own frame is one of the most magnetic qualities you can have. When you are in your own frame of reality, what this means is that you have a vision for yourself, you have a ability within yourself to feel safe, and you are not then tuning to other people looking for safety or looking for validation.
This was a game changer for me because growing up, and especially even years ago, I felt like I was such an empath.
I could feel what everyone else was feeling. I could easily know what people's intentions were. And it was something that then led to me having a challenge of setting boundaries with people.
And the other big weight and big burden that came from this is that I felt obligated and responsible for other people's happiness, other people's emotions, and I also developed a personality of trying to fix other people, trying to fix my friends, trying to fix my family.
I'd find myself in relationships where I was always losing my own frame in order to help them feel better. There was something I got out of that too. The only reason we normally do things is because there's some form of payoff there.
The payoff from helping other people and tuning to other people was that I felt validated and I felt approved of. And one of the things that I had to stop doing was letting go of my frame so that I could tune to everybody else, to tune to my environment or to tune to friends and family, and instead start to tune to who the hell I wanna be, tune to my own vision.
And funny enough, once I started doing that, I had a completely different result in my reality. I remember when I learned something called the frame technique, which is simply a process for staring at a candle flame, feeling on the in breath the separation between you and the flame, and then on the out breath, feeling the connection and the connection to the peripheral.
And it was a very powerful way because as I started to get into that energy, I started to release energy as I was doing the frame technique and I started to feel safe inside of my own body.
Like, instead of going to the store and even just walking around or I remember I'd used to go on hikes in Sedona and I'd feel obligated to say hi to people when I passed them and stuff
and I could feel myself just feeling other people's energy, instead what I would do is I'd actually focus on the separation between me and other people.
And as I put the awareness in my body, it was like people were so nice, I'd get this validation that I no longer really needed, but it was something that would happen as a reflection.
Now, when it comes to raising your vibration, one of the things I notice in people a lot is that people that are, normally who've been through a spiritual awakening, may have gone through some type of childhood pain where they then didn't feel safe in their own bodies or they had to tune to their parents to find safety.
And what ended up happening from that is a feeling of always tuning to other and even though now it's been years, it's like they're tuning to the girlfriend, the boyfriend, they're tuning to their friends, and then they start to ask the question like, "Who the hell am I? What do I want?"
And one of the things that really helped me was shedding the people pleaser persona, and it was a persona, 'cause as a people pleaser, you're trying to exchange being nice to people in exchange for validation and approval.
And I had to be honest with myself and I had to start realizing how fake that was. It was hard for me to look at, but I realized, "Wait, me being nice is me being fake.
I'm literally pretending to be a way that I'm not naturally, that's not actually real and authentic, and I need to stop doing that."
And what that meant for me was start valuing vulnerability and authenticity over other people's liking me or other people's approval or validation. And when that changed, a lot changed. I'd have the courage to express myself.
I had to have the ability to tap into myself to say, "What the hell do I want to do?" And then choose to do that. Helped with dating, helped with setting boundaries with people.
My life became so much easier when I started to be in my own frame. And remember, too, if you're the, we get in life a direct reflection of our own energy.
And if we are being the energy of the cameo in other people's movies by tuning to their frame, then we're gonna be the cameo of their movies and we're not the star of our own movie.
2023, I believe, can potentially be the most powerful year of your life if you do what I share with you in this video.
And it's simply about understanding that the things that have been holding you back up until this point, it's been a story, it's been an identity that you've been tied to that's been keeping you the same.
Now, for myself, this is something that I've realized to be true. Even being here on YouTube, for example, there is an identity and a belief system and a story that says, "I must make so many videos a week" "in order to stay relevant."
"I must continue to remain as this YouTuber" "in order for me to continue to create the safety" "and the abundance in my life."
And there's a tie there. That's what I've been attached to and been, in a way, afraid to let go of putting a majority of my energy into, even though I feel that there's something that's the next step for me.
There's something that's the next level of my own evolution. Because to be honest with you, I can't ever make a no-contact rule video again.
Like, if you ever see me make, on YouTube, three ways no-contact is gonna get them to want you again or some shit, call me out, all right?
Because a lot of the videos I've made this last year, I realize, even though there is like an underlying intention to help people, there's also the underlying intention to stay relevant on YouTube, which has me making videos that I'm not passionate about, and it's an outdated belief system.
And it's an outdated, also, attachment that I have, where I'm realizing now I can do less and only make content I'm passionate about, and kind of rewrite the rules for myself.
What if in our life, what we believe to be true and what we buy into ends up being the reality potentials we experience. So part of it is I believe that I must stay relevant, I must feed the algorithm, I must like put out the same videos that people found me on my channel for.
And therefore, what I'm doing, is I'm just perpetuating that belief and it's becoming a self-fulfilling prophecy. But what if in 2023, the name of the game was to own who you are, was to own your own uniqueness and to do what is truly passionate for you.
And for myself, that's what I'm committing to. I'm committing to this new version of me, where also I know that what I'm more passionate about is doing live events, doing retreats, something I've been talking about for years.
And I did it in 2022, but in 2023, I really want to commit to this new version of me. I really want to commit to this identity and this way of being and knowing that it's who I prefer to be in the passion sense.
One thing I've always believed to be true is that people feel what you feel. So if I'm making videos on three signs no-contact is gonna attract love or whatever, how to get your ex back.
Even though, by the way, when I make those videos and I say that, in none of those videos do I really tell you, "Oh, here's how to use no-contact to get somebody back." "Here's how to get your ex back." I tell you to let go.
But you click and then you click on what you think you want, but then you get what you need, right? But the titles themselves are like, I can't make videos like that anymore because it's not really me.
It's not really what I'm passionate about. Back in the day I made videos on attracting love. It got a lot of views and attention. It grew my channel a lot, and I was like, ooh, I got rewarded with the dopamine and the growth of people paying more attention.
And now I'm realizing, though, it's not authentic anymore. It was authentic in the time, because that was my focus. I was learning about that. I was reading attachment style books and stuff like that.
But the old story and the belief of me trying to create safety through that thing, is like I'm realizing that that's not actually expressive of who I prefer to be.
All right, so in 2023, I believe that the name of the game is owning who you are and paying attention to how you feel, and only doing what you're passionate about. Now, as well, one thing that I've noticed for a lot of people is there's an awakening happening on the planet.
I believe there's an awakening happening. More and more people are waking up every day
to who they are. And there's more than a time than…
Now, more than ever, it's important for people that feel called to express their spiritual gifts or their spiritual passions, to begin to put themselves out there if they feel called.
And this thing that holds most people back is a combination of a few things. It's perfectionism, it's self-sabotage, it's not feeling worthy enough, it's not feeling credible enough.
This is my honest love advice for people who consider themselves to be empaths. This is gonna completely transform your life, help you understand your own energy, your own love life in a completely new way.
And I'm gonna show you how to completely transform it so that you start to get more magnetic than ever before.
So you start to feel safe in your own frame, and you start to really live according to your own credo. This changes everything.
Now, first off, let's look at this right here to understand the role of empathy, maybe why you've became an empath, and what blocks you might have when it comes to attracting love, and how you can honestly bring the energy back.
And this is honestly gonna be brutally honest. I've said honest like three times now. This'll be brutally honest advice for you too. Stuff that isn't hard to hear, but you might realize it's true if you look at it.
So most likely, if you're an empath something that you may do, you may find yourself doing is you may attract people that have a strong sense of what is called frame.
A strong sense of frame means that it's someone that may be be very opinionated, somebody who really has strong preferences.
The extreme side of this is someone who's a narcissist, who it's all about me, me, me. And in a weird way, somebody that has that perspective, there's something a lot of times the empaths that attract them to that energy.
And there's a reason for that. And I'm gonna be sharing that in this video. Now what happens is when we are in an energy state where we are tuning to other people, our energy is being diluted, it's being projected at people.
And what happens is there's also a, in a way, a lack of boundaries. There's a very fluid energy that's tuning to the environment to try to create a sense of safety.
So think of it like this. People that are empaths, their energy is going out. Being an empath means you can feel other people's energies.
And normally one of the reasons this is in place is because in the past there was a moment as a kid where you didn't feel safe or you had to tune to mom, dad, or the environment in order to like make sure everything was good.
Make sure mom's okay, dad's okay, siblings are okay so that you could feel safe. So it became a survival mechanism to tune to other people. Like for me, I can clearly see that I had the narcissistic ex-stepmom.
If I wasn't super in tune with how she was showing up or what she was doing, then it could be pain. I would have to constantly tune myself to know is it safe, is it not safe?
Am I good enough? Am I in trouble? Am I not in trouble? Because I'd be in trouble for like the most ridiculous things. I'd be in trouble if I left like a dust pan in like a certain part of the closet or some shit.
So it's constant like, am I safe? Am I safe? Tune, tune, tune, tune. And then later on it makes it hard in dating because I'm tuning to the feminine, I'm tuning and then they're not feeling safe. It's something I had to learn to transform.
That's what we're talking about in this video. And here's the thing, tuning to other. Now sometimes then I'd also attract people that had a very strong sense of self. There's these two aspects, there's other and there's self.
Now what happens is if we're always tuned to other, we're also tuned to like, what do people think of me? Is it safe? And we're tuned to like feeling safe if everything on the outside is a certain way.
Now self, these are people. The healthy side of that is these are people that have a healthy self-esteem, that are doing what they want in their life, that are focused and have a certain like moral compass that they have within themselves.
And the extreme other side of this, of course is the extreme side of this is narcissism. It's all about me, me, me, me, feed me and narcissist what they do to get their needs met is they manipulate their environment and they get everything and they gaslight people to get everything and all the attention put towards them.
And that's why they normally attract empaths because empaths are focused on other and they're willing to give them that energy. And it's like they both get their needs met.
They want somebody that feels like they're in their strong frame because they're attracted to that.
Because normally mom or dad had that kind of energy so one of them or somehow, and they tune to that and that helps them feel safe and then they feel safe in someone else's frame.
Whereas this person feels safe when someone else is feeding their frame because that's what they need. That's like their core wound if as narcissism.
Now, the thing to learn about this though and the honest love advice for empaths is understanding that this empath ability.
In this video I'm gonna be showing you the most powerful, magnetic secret I have learned about being in my own frame.
These are things that will completely change the way you show up in the world. And it'll also change the way people respond to you because you've changed your own energy.
Now, the first thing to know about this is the simple saying that I've been saying as of the last couple days. And that is to be in your own frame, you must be able to reframe. So being in your own frame of reality literally means that you are able to be present to the moment.
And also focused on a certain vision, focused on going in a certain direction. And when we're not in our own frame, we'll find that we will tune to other people.
And be in the frame that they want us to be in. And this is the classic saying as well that you're either the star of your own movie or you're the cameo in someone else's movie.
And energetically you want to be the star of your own movie. Energetically, it changes everything.
It also helps you let go of a lot of the neediness. A lot of times when we're trying to be the cameo in someone else's movie we put someone else on a pedestal.
And we end up creating a lot of resistance in the process. Now when I look back on my life and I look at the things that really shaped me as a person, shaped me on being in my own frame.
The most powerful thing I've seen, and I was watching a podcast yesterday that I'll share with you. Like a little story from it and see many different ways on how you could apply this.
It's what changed everything about my energy. It's what changed literally like almost the timeline that I was on. By changing and reframing the meaning to certain things in my life. Now yesterday I was watching a podcast with Joe Rogan and Aaron Rodgers.
Aaron Rodgers is a famous quarterback and he was talking about, he's like a super successful quarterback. A lot of you probably know who he is.
I'm not a huge football person however I still know who he is. And he was explaining a story when he was in this food appreciation class.
And it was in high school and he was given a lot of shit from the teacher of that class because the teacher thought that he was entitled.
And had all these stories about him because he was a football player. And what he said was actually the truth, is that he was very focused on school. He was one of the only football players that really cared and really wanted to get good grades.
But she would project all the stuff onto him and it was very hard for him to get by. Because like she'd give everyone else privileges except for him because she'd like singled him out.
But on the other side of this what he said is, at one point she was like, "You think you're gonna become a famous football player or a like successful football player in the NFL?"
She's like, "You're wrong, you're gonna be a loser. You need to fall back on your education." And she said all these mean things to him. And he looks back at that and can see that that was something that really shaped and really motivated him to actually become more.
And to live more than what that teacher's expectation of him was. Now the thing is, is the meaning we give to things determines what we choose about ourselves.
So everything in life is fundamentally neutral except for the meaning we give it. That may have in a good way, him and Joe were talking about is interesting because it was like, well, that's probably one of the best things that ever happened to him because then it motivated him even more.
In a similar way I remember when I was first getting on YouTube and I started making videos. I remember that I had like 10 subscribers or 11 subscribers on YouTube in the beginning.
And my sister was like, "Are you gonna go make videos for your 11 subscribers?" And I remember at the moment thinking, "Well, maybe they're right. Maybe this is like ridiculous. I'm putting all those energy and making videos and I have 11 subscribers."
And then I would hear stories about my ex-stepmom making fun of the videos that I was making. She would say, "My name is Aaron Doughty..."
(mumbles mockingly) She would said that and joke around and make fun of me with my sisters where that's their real mom.
And I remember feeling very defeated and I felt like if I let that in I could have just said you know what maybe it's right. Who am I kidding myself?
But ironically enough that actually motivated me a lot more. I actually was like screw that. I'm gonna go in this direction and choose the meaning I give to it and let myself use it as motivation.
Now when it comes to having attractive energy, one of the qualities you must have is the quality and the ability to choose your own meaning to things.
The moment you start it is the moment you are it. Literally, as you start, you are putting yourself on a new timeline. You are embodying a new energy. And the more you let the old identity, the old familiar patterns, the old behaviors, the old actions keep you from actually starting something new is the more you will feel stuck.
And one of the biggest things that people believe and the reasons they don't start is because they believe that now is not the right time. Well, maybe in two or three months from now, then it will be the perfect time to start.
Once I have just a few more things figured out, then I will be ready. And the thing is that is just a cop-out. That is just a way of staying the same. The ego wants to stay familiar to what it knows, to how it identifies itself.
We will always do everything we can to stay consistent to the way we define ourself. And that's why when you start to be this new version of you, the ego says, "Ooh, fear, let me infuse some fear into your reality to keep you in safety."
Even if keeping you in safety means keeping you into a 9 to 5 job that you hate, keeping you in a toxic relationship that maybe isn't actually good for you in the sense of like fulfilling. And it keeps you in the same childhood dynamics many times as well, that just simply feel familiar to the past.
The moment you start it,the moment you are it. And the moment you're giving yourself permission to be it is when things really begin to change.
Even for me right now, as I make this video, I'm actually passionate about making this video. I went and sat down to make a video yesterday, or two days ago, and as I sat down to make this video, it felt so forced.
Because I was making a video because I believed I had to, because I have the old identity of being just a YouTuber. And part of being a YouTuber meant that I made 3 to 5 videos a week no matter what.
Been doing that since 2017. And it's brought me all this safety. It's brought me all of this abundance. It's brought me my dream life. However, now it feels like it's stagnant unless I do something else.
It feels stagnant unless I branch and expand my sense of identity, my sense of self into a new level of passion. And I've been making videos even talking about, I was making a video on reverse engineering your future self.
And the reason I stopped making that video is 'cause two or three minutes in, I realized I was being a hypocrite. Here I am making a video on reverse engineering your future self, sharing with you that sometimes it's scary to let go of the old.
It was scary for me to let go of my 9 to 5 job back in 2017, because it wasn't a certainty thing that I was gonna be a YouTuber.
But I committed to the vision and I committed to that reality. But it was still scary for me to let that go. In the same way, I realized in the moment that I was making that video, that I was only making the video because I believed I had to.
Because the old identity says, "Oh, if you don't make 3 to 5 videos a week, you'll fall off.
No one will watch your content anymore."
And the interesting thing that I've realized is most of the views on my YouTube channel anyways come from older videos.
Why?
Because when I made those older videos, it was probably when I was even more passionate. The older videos is when YouTube to me was like a passionate, making videos that are so passionate, so authentic.
And then the last year that I've been making, attracting love content, I've been doing it literally, in one way, it's like, okay, I know this content can help people. And in another way though, it's like it's just what gets views on the channel.
If I have to make one more video on the no-contact rule, and how the no-contact rule is going to make you so much more magnetic, I'm pretty sure I would explode or combust. Or just not wanna make videos anymore.
I literally, like as of two months ago, I don't think I've made, I was ahead on videos, but I haven't made that. Because it literally feels like I'm doing it just because it's like what was getting views.
I wanna do what lights up my soul, even if it means there's not as many views. I value more being authentic and vulnerable than I do just getting the validation through views or new people, subscribers, and shit coming in.
This for me is more, I want to treat this more like an art: more like something I'm passionate about for my heart.
But when I went to make that video the other day, I recognized within myself my old mentality of just having to put out a YouTube video to keep feeding the algorithm, to keep the momentum going.
And I thought to myself: "Is this actually helping me to wire in a new version of me? Is this branching me outta my comfort zone?"
2023 has the potential to be one of the most powerful, transformative years of your life.
And all you have to do is step into and make the choice to let go of the familiar, to let go of the past patterns, the past emotions that you've been tied to, and allow yourself to wire in a new version of you.
Which does mean stepping into the unknown a little bit. So in this video, I'm gonna share with you how I believe the year 2023 will be the year of experimentation for you, it'll be the year of stepping into the unknown, and the year of really transformation for you.
And the reason I'm inspired to make this video is because I was also just realizing these common themes in my life, my friends' lives, and also the lives of my clients and the people that like, you know, I have a monthly membership with and all that.
And I just noticed these common themes and it's happening for so many people. I'm not sure if it's to do with astrology and other stuff. But basically, let's get into what some of those changes I believe are.
Now, the first thing I wanna share is something that I'm going through that also I can tell is something a lot of other people are going through. And that is a new updated version of how you could go about your passion.
So maybe you haven't found your passion yet, but you're starting to plant the seeds of what could that be. You're starting to open up to like ask yourself the question, "Am I doing what I'm truly passionate about?"
Or maybe you've already found your passion, but you're not living it completely yet. Maybe there's aspects of it that you're kind of doing, but you kinda have one step in, one foot in, one foot out.
You haven't completely like jumped into this new version of you. Well, right now, that's what I'm going through in my own life. I am going through a process where I'm realizing that even though I've built a big following online with YouTube and social media and stuff like that, I'm realizing that there's a new expression of me that wants to come forward, but it's gonna come from me stepping into the unknown.
And the unknown for me is actually something I've done a couple times, but I should say more so it's also the unfamiliar. I've done, in May of 2022, I did the first SHIFT Experience live event. SHIFT Experience was the 80 people here in Austin, Texas.
It was magical. It was an amazing three days. And it was a way that I wired in this new passion of mine of like public speaking and running live events. I did that. It was fun.
It was very transformative. And after that, though, because I also do like retreats in Costa Rica, there was just like, I dabbled in it a little bit, had one foot in, but I haven't completely committed to it yet.
And I think part of me also just feels so familiar with what I've always done, which is make YouTube videos, have like online digital courses and stuff like that.
And there's a part of me that knows that I can continue to keep this momentum going with like having a majority of my focus on YouTube videos and other things, but I know deep down that I must step into this new version of me and actually like kind of throw the hat over the fence and just trust that process.
And the old part of me, I can tell, there's like momentum going where, when it comes to making videos even, there's this pressure that I feel sometimes to make videos. I know that like sometimes, I went from making five to seven videos a week to making three a videos to now I'm making like one or two videos a week.
And maybe even though you've seen more videos on YouTube than that, it's because I was ahead on videos. And what I'm realizing, though, is that I must commit my energy to this new version of me and put a majority of my energy into it for me to really be living that passion, for me to really be in that frequency.
And it reminds me of too of before I went full-time on YouTube, working my nine-to-five job selling women's shoes. For a long time, I would make a video and I would wait three months and I'd make another video, and then I would wait three months.
It wasn't until I completely jumped in and committed to the daily videos on YouTube, I committed to that new identity 100% and I stepped into the unknown, that things began to change for me.
It wasn't from one foot in, one foot out. It was from committing to the new identity. And maybe you feel like in some ways, there's certain things in your life that is kind of running its passion, like the passion isn't there like it used to be.
Maybe there was a job you had and you used to tell yourself a story, "Oh, this is like pays the bills." It's gotten you by, but it feels like something's missing.
Self-sabotage and imposter syndrome is what holds most people back from actually being who they came here to be. And this is something that keeps people stuck because they only allow themselves to feel a certain amount of love.
They only allow themselves to let life get just so good. And then what happens is there's this governor that comes on, which is what we call imposter syndrome, or what is self-sabotage, that is doing what it can to keep people, to keep us in familiar energy dynamics.
Now, in this video, what I'm gonna be sharing with you is exactly how to overcome that of imposter syndrome, how to transcend self-sabotage, how to stop feeling stuck, so that you can finally give yourself permission to be who you actually came here to be.
So the first question I wanna ask you is, what parts of self-sabotage or what ways do you hold yourself back from being who you came here to be? Go ahead and comment down below, how do you hold yourself back?
Now, for me, for a long time, I remember that one thing I didn't do is I didn't give myself permission. I was on… I was back in 2017, I knew I wanted to be on YouTube, but I would tell myself a story, I'm not credible enough, I'm not good enough.
And in a way, what I was doing is I was waiting for someone else to give me permission. I wasn't giving myself permission to make videos, to put myself out there because I thought who would listen?
And remember people feel what you feel. So if you're putting out the energy of no one listens to me or like, what I say doesn't have value, then people will feel that. And also before you actually have that of experience doing something, you normally don't feel comfortable doing it.
So if people feel what you feel and you don't feel comfortable doing something because you just simply haven't put the reps in, then what happens is people continue to feel that. The only thing that happened on YouTube for myself is I gave myself permission to make videos.
I gave myself permission to shift into an identity, where I am that of this YouTuber. I took on that identity because I knew it was more authentic than me working the nine to five sales job.
Now, one of the main reasons I believe a lot of times we don't give ourselves permission
to be who we came here to be is because we're waiting.
We don't have a strong inner sense of authority, all right? So what happens is, back in the day, mommy and daddy would tell us what we were and weren't allowed to do and we're afraid to step outside of the box.
So what we do is we stay in our little box, we stay in our little comfort zone, and we say, "Don't worry mommy and daddy, I won't step outside of the line. I will wait for you to tell
me and to give me permission for what I can do."
However, what happens sometimes is, what do our parents want for us? They want what they think is best. I know my dad wishes I went to law school, became a lawyer, he doesn't now, but I know back in the day he is like, just, you know, get your degree, go to law school.
I know deep down it's probably what he wanted. The thing to understand is that if you're waiting for someone to give you permission, you're waiting for the outer reality to conform to you or to tell you that it's okay.
The thing is, is social conditioning and reality normally wants you to play small. It wants you to stay in your little box because when you stay in your box, it disturbs them less.
Society, just in general, social conditioning wants people that go to nine to five jobs, even if they hate 'em, because it keeps this machine going.
So the longer you wait for someone else to give you permission, the longer you're gonna be playing small, the longer you're gonna be feeling stuck.
And what self-sabotage is, and imposter syndrome is, is it's an ego mechanism that we have, that keeps us the same, it keeps us in familiar territories, it keeps us back in childhood looking to the external for authority, when really the true power is you giving yourself permission to be your own inner authority.
That's what permission means. If you look up the word permission online, it has something to do with authority. Give something authority. You must be your own internal authority to shift out of that of self-sabotage and imposter syndrome.
The other thing is, is sometimes we don't allow ourselves to feel positive emotion. We don't allow ourselves to reap the benefits of what we put out into the world. We might tell ourselves, "Oh, life can't get this good."
There's a part of us that is addicted to the past, to the familiar, to the familiar childhood dynamics, when we were kids. I had to get used to, when I started on YouTube, allowing myself.
If you believe that you do not deserve love, then you will not be able to attract love. You won't even believe that maybe you're lovable.
If you believe that you are only deserving or worthy of having a job where you make 50,000, or 40,000 or $30,000 a year, then you will only apply to the jobs that constitute that type of money.
You will only attract the clients into your life, or whatever it is, that keeps you at that level. That is because we get in life a reflection of what we believe we deserve.
And in this video, I'm gonna show you one of the most life-changing realizations you can have. I'm gonna share with you my journey of going through this process, and how I went from somebody that was constantly looking for the validation and the approval of others.
Someone that felt like I had to constantly prove my own sense and self-worth to other people. How I went from feeling like I was broken, and there was something wrong with me, to feeling 100% worthy, whole and complete, maybe 95%.
There's always different levels, I think, worthiness that we can tap into. However, I feel like a completely new version of me, a worthy version of me. I don't have to search for validation and approval like I used to.
And I wanna share with you what made all the difference, and what may make the difference for you, wherein six months from now, you look back and you see that this is the video that changed everything.
That's what I wanna share with you, and I wanna literally prove it to you that you are worthy. So first off, let's remember this.
Our beliefs create our reality. Now at the inherent truth of what is being believed here that is having us believe we're not worthy, it's a belief that there's something wrong with us.
So this is one of the first realizations that I had, and this realization actually came from back when I went through my awakening in 2011-ish, 2012, where I was searching for a solution to the problem of people always telling me that there's something wrong with you.
People would literally say those words to me. They'd say, "What is wrong with you?" And the reason they would say, "What is wrong with you?" Was because I had a lot of energy. I was working, you know, at a Nordstrom's at the time, and I was always like messing around with the customers.
I had a very loud kind of very outgoing personality that I think for some people that were a little bit more introverted, maybe it was just a lot for them, but my level of energy, I had a high level of energy, and people would say, "What is wrong with you?
What is wrong with you?" And then so much to a point to where I was like, "Okay, maybe I need to fix this." And my way of fixing it was I had heard of something called Adderall.
Which helps you like focus when you have ADHD, and I went to a doctor, and I told them that I was having trouble focusing, and that people always said there's something wrong with me, so I must have a lot of energy, and this doctor gave me Adderall, which I took.
And I took that for about a year, and when I took it, I was able to very easily focus, and just to give it kind of a context too, I would drink four shots of espresso and be totally still, super calm.
And I would drink Red Bull, same thing. Caffeine had the opposite effect on me, which was another thing that maybe wired in, like, maybe there's something wrong with you.
Everyone else that drinks coffee, they get very alert and awake, and I do it, I get calm, you know? But basically there was a belief that was stemmed there that actually even came from earlier than that.
I believe that that belief was stemmed when I was a kid, you know, believing I'm broken, there's something wrong with me, and I think there was also this desire to always have to prove myself to others, where I would look for people's validation and approval.
I would look for people to like tell me that I'm enough, or to feel that I'm enough, and I would, in a way, also have to like over provide for others, and over deliver, so that I could feel worthy.
And a lot of times I'd also attract people in my life that I felt like I had to fix. Because the thing is, is if I could fix somebody else, that was "my perspective,"
which also implies that they're broken, which isn't always the most constructive thing. But if I would be willing to go above and beyond what any other lover or person they'd be with, then they'd maybe keep me around.
So this all stemmed from a belief that I'm not worthy. And what ended up happening is the power was in honestly me reframing a lot of the beliefs and the definitions that people gave me.
What if when people said, back in the day, I had a stronger sense of frame, and people said, "What's wrong with you?"
In this video, I'm gonna show you my step by step morning routine for having irresistibly magnetic energy. Okay, I just woke up. I wanna show you this. A lot of this is as well how I use this energy, my morning routine to manifest my dream life.
What I do to energetically get into the state that I have to create what I have in my life and it's gonna be game changers. These are things I've done literally like every day for a very long time now, and it's things that have completely transformed my life.
So I wanna not only share it with you but I want to take you along the process to show you exactly what I do. Now, very first, we're starting in bed. I recently have been getting up at about 7:00, 7:30 in the morning and there's a reason for that and I'll share it with you soon.
I used to get up at like 9:30, 10:00 for a long time for like months because I moved to Austin, Texas from the Pacific time zone.
And it was so hard for me to adjust for some reason to this time zone. So I would just always get up at like 9:00 or 10:00, which is like 7:00 or 8:00 where I was from, where I was used to being, you know?
But anyways, getting up early has completely transformed my mornings, my energy, like everything. Now the first thing I wanna share is the first thing I do every single day before I get up. This is something I learned from Neville Goddard, who's an old school law of attraction teacher.
But this has helped me create so many different things in my life. I can't, it's like one of the most important habits I've brought into my life, is actually very simple.
And basically what you do is as you are waking up in the morning, what you do is you put the awareness into your heart, you put the awareness inside of your body and you feel as if the reality that you desire, what you want in your life, you feel as if it's already here.
You literally visualize as if you're looking through the eyes of that version of you. So I did this and was doing this before I was full-time on YouTube. I imagined what a full-time YouTuber version of Aaron was doing and I realized that that version of me was making daily videos.
So I'd imagined myself making videos, traveling, getting to work when I wanted to, getting to go eat at amazing restaurants, getting to shop at Whole Foods. I remember the shift when before I could afford Whole Foods, I was like dreaming of being able to go to Whole Foods and be able to afford it.
And this is back in 2017, I was doing that, and now my reality is that. This is something I do every morning. So you want to realize as well that when you wake up in the morning, what happens is you are in what is called a theta state.
You're waking up, you're in a theta state of brainwave activity. When you are in theta state,
that is the opportunity to most influence your subconscious mind.
Now think about it, when we're young, up until about 8 to 10 years old, we're only in theta state. So we're just absorbing the energy of our environment, of our parents, the beliefs of our parents, and then we get a little bit older.
And the reason it's hard for people to change their lives is 'cause their subconscious mind which was influenced in theta state is running their life and they don't know how to influence the subconscious mind again.
So when you wake up in the morning, you're going from theta to alpha to beta. So there's a window of about 20, 30 minutes. That's why right when you wake up, what do you wanna do is you want to feel as if you are already that version of you.
Feel it. Don't just think about it, feel it as in your heart and as you feel it, you are literally charging your energetic field, and you are influencing your subconscious mind. So this is something I do. I feel as if I am that version of me.
I feel and imagine the situations I'd be in, the daily habits I'd have. You could even dialogue with that future version of you, and you do it in the present moment right now and you begin to literally like download the energy of that version of you in your reality that also affects your heart field.
You know, the HeartMath Institute has shown that the electromagnetic energy at the heart is a thousand times more powerful than the head. So this is something that is so simple yet so powerful, and you might do it one or two times or oh, this is cool.
But if you do this every single day, you will notice your reality begins to change because your energy field is changing, your subconscious mind is changing. And if you wanna influence
your subconscious mind, the best time to do that is when you're waking up in the morning for the first 20 minutes and when you're falling asleep at night.
If you feel stuck in your current reality, understand it is not due to something on the outside that is keeping you stuck.
You may say, "Well, it's this nine to five job and that's the reason I'm stuck. It's because I have to pay my bills and I have to do what my parents want me to do and that's the reason that I'm stuck."
You may say, "Well, it's because of this limitation that I have, or I've never learned how to actually make more money or to attract love or whatever it is and that's the reason I'm stuck."
Now the thing is, is anything and any reason we feel stuck, we can blame it on the external, but understand, the external is just a reflection of the internal.
So the emotion of feeling stuck, which is also rooted in fear, there's a fear that is there towards the unknown, towards a new you, a new reality, and there's a comfort that's found with the same.
For years, I stayed in a nine to five job that I hated because it felt familiar and I knew intellectually and even energetically that I wasn't passionate about it.
But there was something about it that felt so familiar. And I think a lot of times we fight to stay in familiar energy because we aren't aware that that's something that's active in our energy, even though we know we don't like it.
For me, the whole ex-stepmom thing and attracting women in my life that were controlling, I knew, intellectually, I do not want to have to experience more of what I experienced from 7 to 15 years old, with having control and like an army sergeant in my life that was, like, telling me what to do.
I knew that I wanted to experience more than that and I knew that I didn't wanna keep attracting narcissistic people into my life, but for some reason, it kept happening.
Either an ex-girlfriend that was controlling and jealous or a manager that was telling me what to do and gas lighting all the employees, but we couldn't get her fired 'cause she was protected by upper management.
In a weird, interesting way, there was something about that that felt familiar. I was getting my fix of familiarity, and that's because what was actually stuck about me was a belief in my own victimhood.
It was a belief that reality was fixed. It was a belief that said that this is the way reality is. People try to control me. This is the way reality is. I have to work a nine to five job I fricking hate. This is the way it is. It's just not fair.
Things in life aren't fair. And that kept me stuck in those energies. And what was really the thing that was keeping me stuck was my own stubbornness. I was stubborn based on the beliefs of what I believed about myself.
That's the thing, that's the key to your freedom. The key to your freedom is asking yourself what do I believe to be true about myself that I'm bought into that's keeping me stuck.
And a lot of times, this may have been things the external told you as a reference experience. But you can choose whether you internalize it or not.
When I was told I had ADHD by other people I worked with, I was told that by first by other people I worked with, I wasn't even told that by a doctor at first, and I was told that and people would say, "What's wrong with you?
There's something wrong with you. Why do you have so much energy?" And I'd say, "Oh man, there's something wrong with me.
I have so much energy." And then I go to a doctor and a doctor says, "Oh, you have a lot of energy." And there was no even blood work done. There was no blood work done to say if I have ADHD.
What if ADHD is an excess of energy that's just not being channeled into specific passions or specific things? I never got blood work done.
That's one thing I'm realizing right now. There was no blood work there. How does… Reality is a lot of times based on agreement. We believe certain things we buy into it, it becomes our reality we identify with it, we attach to the perspectives, and then we stay stuck in that reality.
For a long time, I was stuck in a reality of dependency. I was dependent on Adderall, prescription drug with harsh side effects for ADHD. I was dependent on the nine to five job that I thought I had to go to.
And that dependency kept me stuck in that reality because of my rigidity on what I believed to be true. And the freedom for me came when I started to question the shit that people told me.
I started to even question my own belief systems. Everything in life is a reflection of what we believe to be true.
If we believe we can be in, if someone loses a job and they believe that it's a good thing, they'll find a better job, although, it'll launch their business or whatever the hell, like, will happen because of the belief, because of the meaning they give it.
This video, I'm gonna share with you something that I have really never shared on my channel before. It's something that I believe to be so powerful that if people use it in a negative way, it's something that I would feel responsible for sharing.
So, what I've done is I've kept this information back, because I don't want people using it for the wrong intentions, and it's something that I've been applying in my own life for about the past few years now.
It's completely revolutionized, it allowed things to manifest easier, it allowed me to be more present, it allowed me to really trust the universe more, it allowed things to come to me with more ease where I don't have to chase, and I don't have to try.
You could say that there's people on the planet that know how to use this ability, but maybe don't use it in the best ways.
They use it in ways to control different aspects of the planet, and I wanna share it with you in this video, so that we can to really help you understand more about yourself, and also more about how you can create your dream reality.
This is something that is, also, by reading many different books, "Autobiography of a Yogi" being one of the main ones, I was able to really tune to this and see how this works in a macrocosm, microcosm level, and it has to do with the understanding that it can be kind of scary to some people.
But it is also one of the most powerful insights you can possibly have, and it's rooted in this understanding that everything in our life, if you look at the levels of consciousness, different levels, different emotions.
Understand that as you feel you are able to heal and release emotions at the bottom levels, so that you elevate your vibration to a level where reality literally can become more magical, where you can't really explain how and why different things are happening.
You could say things like, "Literally, miracles can happen," and I'm someone that's very grounded and practical. I don't know which videos of mine you've seen before, but I really do focus on things that are actually practical.
I try not to, when I explain things that might be a little bit more "esoteric," I try not to be too, woo-woo, about it. I try to really grounded in more of an understanding of how reality might work.
Now the thing is from studying the book "Autobiography of a Yogi," what it became very apparent of is that was written by Paramahansa Yogananda, and let me also say this.
This is something that has been documented that many, I think, hundreds of people have seen when "Autobiography of a Yogi," the author Paramahansa Yogananda, he died back in, I don't even know the '40s, '50s, something like that, '60s, when he died, he died in LA or California, somewhere in California, and when he died, he literally was healthy, he decided it was just time to go.
He gets into this bed, he has a live conference where he invites people, he's got an audience. He then makes some profound statements, lays on this bed, and leaves his body, like that. Just one last breath, and he leaves his body without taking, you know, pharmaceuticals or anything.
He just leaves his body, and for a month, his body did not deteriorate. It was, like, still glowing a month later is what people say, and it's, like, this phenomenon, but, energetically, Paramahansa Yogananda was also at a very high level of consciousness.
Paramahansa Yogananda also shares in that book, which by the way, this is the one book Steve Jobs, I'm not saying he's the most enlightened person in the world or anything, but Steve Jobs, a very, a very powerful architect within our collective reality.
There was one book… At Steve Jobs's funeral, there was one book in the iPads that he gave away. It was "the Autobiography of a Yogi."
It was the one book he read every year the last 40 years of his life, because it really helps you understand more about consciousness, and how reality really works, and how this is a dream that we are currently experiencing-
That everything is a reflection of the one, that we are both drops in the ocean, as well as the ocean in the drop, and what was talked about in "Autobiography of a Yogi," that's kind of trippy, and you can feel into the book to see if it resonates with you, because some people could say.
"Well, maybe he was just saying there weren't cameras there looking at what Paramahansa Yogananda was saying, but I do believe Paramahansa Yogananda was at a very high level of consciousness, especially for back in those times, like, in the the early 1900s.
One of the things that he also saw in his life is, many times he had these different mystical experiences where, at one time he met this, like, guru guy that was enlightened, who was, like, 400 pounds.

I believe that 2023 has the potential to be an extremely transformative year for those that are willing to go into their own shadows, to let go of old patterns, to then make a new choice about who they are.
And I think 2022 brought up a lot of things for people in the sense that like old, outdated patterns that maybe just didn't work anymore.
And there's stories, I think, too that a lot of people have that are on autopilot from the past, that are blocking people from really like stepping into their purpose in a new way, stepping into their power in a new way.
And I think that 2023 has the potential to be one of the most powerful transformative years of your life if you're willing to step into courage, if you're willing to step into vulnerability even.
How many of you have been going through, over the last week or two, a process of sharing vulnerably with people how you feel, maybe setting boundaries?
Many of you may very soon be going through that, the holiday season where you're gonna be around family members and friends, where it may bring up old childhood dynamics.
It may bring up old things that were never said in the past. And maybe this year is a year of really stepping into and expressing a new version of yourself and think about how freeing that is too. It's so freeing to express the real you.
This last week for me, last two weeks for me have been a matter of really stepping into a new level of leadership and a new level of myself where I just vulnerably express either how I feel, what my boundaries are, things that normally maybe didn't feel safe to express.
Now it's so much easier to do because it's a new time on the planet. I believe that 2023 also, there's just so many people waking up in the world. There's so many people waking up to having spiritual awakenings.
And part of that means that as people wake up, we can give ourself more and more permission to really be who we came here to be. So that's, I think, the theme. What are the themes that many of you are noticing?
Comment and let me know what themes you're noticing in your life right now. See if is it similar things? Yeah, 2023 I think is like the year, I made a story about it today.
But the moment you started, the moment you are it. The moment I started back in 2017 making daily videos on YouTube, I was doing it because it's who I prefer to be.
It's the most authentic version of me, was the version of me making videos. And as I started to embody it, that's when my outer reality began to change.
Realize your outer reality is simply a reflection of your inner reality and you get in life a reflection of who you are being.
And if you can give yourself permission to be the version of you that is the most expressive, the version of you that has the most courage, the version of you that is the most vulnerable version of you, you'll find that then reality changes on the outside.
But the thing that I recommend though is really focus on being it because it's who you prefer to be, not of what it will get you. Expand your identity as the name of this live, 2023, expand your identity, and how many YouTube videos did I say, my name's Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness?
The truth of the matter is consciousness can't really be expanded because it already is but you can expand your awareness of it. Now with your identity, one of the strongest human desires there is and one of the strongest forces there is is to remain consistent to the way you define yourself.
It's a Tony Robbins quote. We want to remain consistent to how we define ourself. So if you define yourself as someone who plays small, then to do something big will seem, "That's not me, bro."
I used to define myself as a 9 to 5 job goer and guess what? My thoughts, my feelings and my actions were in complete alignment with that reality.
When people talk about alignment, understand that you may be in a complete alignment when people say, "Oh, you're out of alignment." You're not out of alignment really ever. You're always in alignment. You just might be in alignment with an identity that isn't the most authentic version of you.
You might be completely aligned to a 9 to 5 job you don't like. You might be completely aligned to a story that you're single or a relationship that doesn't serve you.
You may be in complete alignment to that but you're in alignment. The key is becoming in alignment with the highest vibrational version of you and what that means for you. So the question is not, "Are you in alignment?"
"What are you in alignment with?" In 2023, I believe it's about becoming in alignment with a more expanded version of you.
The degree to which you are in your own frame is going to be the degree to which you are attractive, the degree to which you pull people into your reality, the degree to which people can feel the energy coming off of you, and the degree to which you also feel like the hero of your own movie.
The star of your own movie instead of the cameo in other people's movies. Now the thing that I'm gonna be sharing in this video is step by step how to completely transform your life from the inside out by maintaining your own frame, being inside your own body, having a clear vision in your life so that people begin to tune to your reality, rather than you falling in the place of what everyone else wants you to be.
Now the first thing I could show you about this, like honestly this is something that for a while, I did not have figured out.
It's funny, on YouTube they say that most teachers teach the shit they're learning. And that is so true when I look out on YouTube in general and also in myself.
When I was like moving through love blocks, like a year or two ago, I made a lot of videos on attracting love because I was reading hundreds of videos on love, psychology, inner child shadow, all that stuff.
Now, in many ways, this is something that I have had to learn how to master and it's something I'm not 100% have it all figured out yet, but have come a damn long way since before, you've probably even seen it in my videos if you've been watching me for a while, my energy now is very different than my energy two, three years ago.
Like, like this video if that's the case for you, I'm not saying that to get likes, get the validation, but like literally just if you see a difference in my energy and you used to watch my videos like it and then look at how many people like the video, okay?
Now first thing when it comes to frame to understand is that first, let's define out what a frame is. Now, a frame is your frame of reality.
They say that between two people, the one that has the strongest frame of reality will influence the other person. Now, even when I say this, I'm not saying this so that we're gonna have our own frame.
We're gonna dominate every conversation and dominate every group dynamic. This isn't about manipulation and control. This is about expressing the real you and understanding that rather than being a leaf in the wind and getting tuned to like what everyone else is doing, the key is to be in your own frame and be the real you.
And that will have a very powerful effect on reality. Now, for example, let me show you the first time I really began to understand this when I was like back in 2017. So first off purpose and meaning, when I found my purpose and I began living that purpose, my passion, which to me was making YouTube videos, that's when in a way reality started to change for me.
That's when people started to respond to me differently. The interesting thing was that as I started to make daily videos on YouTube, I had to have more boundaries with friends.
I had to have more boundaries with other people in my life because I had a vision, I had something I was moving towards. And having that purpose, having that intention meant there were more things I was saying no to.
It's funny, I was watching a video of Mr. Beast recently where he, I like his interviews because he is so passionate about YouTube. He's the number one YouTuber. He's got over a hundred million followers and all he wants to do is I wanna make the best videos possible.
I wanna make the best videos possible, I wanna make the best videos possible. This dude is a YouTube nerd, all he does is study. He's like, I've studied thousands of retention graphs in the past.
He's like, I put 30,000 hours into learning about story, how to tell better stories because he's got such a purpose. He's always wanted to be not just the number one YouTuber, but he's also like, he does a lot of good with his money.
He like he has whole bunch of charities and like things that he does on his other channels. He doesn't care about money really, he doesn't even like live in a nice house. He lives at his studio and he just likes to work, work, work.
But he has a purpose. And he was talking about how, he was on Andrew Schultz podcast he was talking about, which is like a comedian, but he was talking about dating his girlfriend.
How when he is on a date, his time is so valuable because he is so successful that like one or two hours is like a couple hundred thousand dollars of lost opportunity cost.
And he only dates like the woman that he dates or whatever, he's like, he's been on like many dates where he just says no because he just doesn't, he can't afford to waste the time.
Thinking better thoughts is bullshit. If you've ever seen Paul Saladino, it's this guy that goes around talking about carnivore. He goes in like through Whole Foods and he'll look at like kale and he'll make these videos.
He's like, "Kale, it's fricking bullshit." And in the same way, I'm talking right now about how bullshit it is to be just thinking better thoughts, how this actually does more harm than good. This actually is what's keeping people stuck.
This is actually what's keeping people in a reality they don't wanna be in. And in many ways, it keeps people trying to manifest from sitting on their couch because they might be thinking better thoughts, but there's core parts of the element that aren't going into it.
And let me first off say, for like years, I was trying to manifest my dream reality by thinking better thoughts. I would think about what I wanted, I would visualize what I want.
My screensaver on my computer was me on my YouTube channel with 100,000 subscribers. I remember one time my sister came into my room, 'cause I lived at my dad's house.
I was at my dad's house trying to manifest my dream reality by thinking, but it wasn't freaking happening. But the screensaver was a photoshopped version of somebody that had 100,000 subscribers, and I photoshopped my face and put it there and put it on my screensaver.
And one time my sister walked into my room and she saw it on my screensaver, and she thought that that was actually my YouTube channel.
She was like, "Oh my god, you have 100,000 subs. That's crazy!" And she was all excited. I was like, no, this is my manifestation. Don't you get it, Liz?
I'm thinking better thoughts. But that that was something that was there. And then, if I would've known what I know now, and instead of thinking better thoughts focused on what I'm gonna be sharing with you in this video, I would've gone full-time on YouTube way faster. My life would've changed way faster.
But no, I was stuck in thinking better thoughts. And one of the main core problems with thinking better thoughts too, and it's the thing that irritates me so much about the process is people are then not feeling the emotions that come up.
And the thing is, is once you feel it, that's when you heal it. But there's this belief and spirituality where if I feel anxiety, if I feel guilt or shame, if I feel anger, then I'm going to manifest something bad happening, and I don't wanna manifest something bad happening, so I'm just gonna stuff these emotions and repress them inside my bodies and suppress my emotions because doing that, then I don't feel it and then I don't have to manifest it.
But instead, I can etherically, mentally think better thoughts. But you see, the thoughts is one part of it, there's also the body. And if you don't allow yourself to feel it, you're not allowing yourself to heal it.
And this was the same mistake that I made. I remember meditating with my candle flame back in 2012 when I learned meditation. And I remember that at first, it was so hard for me to meditate because I was trying to control my thoughts.
I was like, I'm not gonna think a thought. And then I'd sit there and I'd feel more resistance. And funny enough, then I would think many thoughts about how I didn't wanna think thoughts, but then eventually what happened is I learned how to observe my thoughts, that was a game changer.
But the other thing is when I allowed my thoughts to be there, there was less resistance. And then also, I remember thinking at certain points like, oh, I would almost like have this naughty perspective where like, ooh, what would happen if I thought a bad thought?
What happen if I thought a negative thought? And I would start feeling this like edginess,
my mind has this like rebel mentality where you tell me the one thing I'm not supposed to do and I'm like, ooh, I'm gonna do that. It's like a naughty, naughty boy.
But guess what? That was kind of the mentality that I had. And what I had to learn is how to let it go, how to observe it. And what eventually happened though is I just suppressed all my emotions.
No big deal, you know? I suppressed everything, just stored it inside my body and was just focused on thinking better thoughts. But the thing is, is even if you think better thoughts, but you're storing inside your body, repressed anger, repressed shame, repressed guilt, and suppressed emotion, guess what ends up happening?
It's going to come back to you regardless. People are going to feel that inside of you. Have you ever had somebody that you've met and you just kind of get weird vibes from them?
Or have you ever met somebody that you met that's like really nice to you in person, but they're kind of like Hello Kitty from "Lego Movie" where it's like, "I'm doing great!

In this video, I'm gonna show you step by step how to attract a higher conscious person into your life when it comes to love.
I'm gonna show you step by step what you can do, how you can activate that energy, and what you must not do that will actually block them. There's things that you do that will actually block them from coming in.
When you remove those blocks, things come in naturally. Now, the first thing to understand about this process is many times what ends up happening is we may have an initial belief that says there aren't many high vibrational people out there in the world.
There aren't many higher conscious evolved people out there that would really get me, that would really be able to be present with me.
And here's the thing, if we believe they're not out there, how are we gonna find them? How are they gonna find us? We literally have a belief that negates them from coming into our reality.
If we have a belief that says attracting love is hard, how can they come into our reality? We literally believe they don't exist or that it is hard.
So an important aspect of this process is becoming aware that our beliefs create our reality and our beliefs are either blocking the right people from coming into our lives, or they're attracting the wrong people into our lives because of what beliefs we are attached to.
Beliefs are also the stories that we have. And when many of us go through a spiritual awakening or begin to evolve our own level of consciousness.
Let go of things that don't serve us anymore, what can end up happening is as we do that, we develop a belief that says, we may go through a spiritual awakening, believe, kind of feel kind of alone on the process.
We may develop beliefs that say there's not that many people out there like that. And the first thing I want you to know is that there are people out there like that.
And just to prove the point of it, go ahead and you can either comment below, like the video, however many people watch this video, it's a sign that there are people out there that want and desire a higher conscious person and that are looking for that.
All right, so it's first off, realizing that's one of the powers also of like, when I do live events, for example, I do live events, people from all over the world come, and what happens is people say, "Wow, there are people out there just like me," and it rewires their belief.
It makes them say, "Wow, there's people out there”
There's people sometimes even from different countries and stuff, and we have similar comments, we have similar things in common, we have similar values.
That wires their belief that, wait, maybe there's somebody out there that actually I'd really resonate with at a deep level, and I'm here to tell you there are many people like that. But you have to drop the belief that they're not out there for them to actually come in.
Now let's go into the different dynamics that go into actually attracting a higher vibrational,
a higher conscious person. Now, the most powerful, the most maybe obvious part of this, this is what I call, I call this the Magnetic Being Triad.
It's like these three simple steps, right? One of the most important things about this process is opening your own heart and understanding that who you attract in your life is a reflection of your own energy.
So for example, if you want somebody, if your desire is to attract somebody that has a regulated nervous system, you must have a regulated nervous system.
If you want somebody that has a clear energy field and your desires to attract that kind of person in, you must have a clear energy field.
It's understanding that sometimes we focus on the outside of what we want, but the key is that what comes into our life on the outside is a reflection of our own inside.
So the question isn't how can I attract someone with a regulated nervous system or a clear energy field or someone that's present, the question is, how can I regulate my own nervous system?
How can I clear my own energy field? How can I feel present? How can I open my own heart? When the focus is on that, the energy is then transforming from the inside out.
Those are very different questions.
I can tell in my life that for me, to be the most magnetic version of me to attract love, to do and pretty much accomplish everything I have in my life, it's come from an inside out modality, inside out.
I would feel it on the inside and then see the reflection on the outside. But many times we get focused on, we focus on the outside, the outside, the outside, and it dilutes our own energy field.
So one of the first things to understand about this process is I call this the Triad.
Overstimulation and being in your phone too much is literally destroying your vibration. It's destroying your emotions. It's causing you to feel more lonely, to feel more lost, to feel more anxiety.
It keeps your energy scattered and it keeps you stuck. In this video, I'm gonna show you how overstimulating yourself is completely blocking you from manifesting what you want from elevating your emotional level of consciousness, and from really taking your power back so that you can be who you came here to be.
And I'm gonna show you exactly what to do instead, what I'm doing, what's completely transformed my life and what will do the same for you.
Now, first things first. If you're watching this video, then maybe deep down you know that you might be in your phone just a little bit too much, that after a little bit of time on TikTok or on Instagram or on social media, you feel your energy to be more scattered.
You feel like there is a knowing within you that this isn't good for you, but yet there's still a desire to keep that energy going. Now, in my own life, I'm making this video literally because it's one of the things that has completely transformed it.
This isn't something that normally I put on YouTube and it's like this great, you know, this great keyword thing that's just gonna get so many clicks and so many people to watch.
I'm literally making this because I know it's what many people need, but maybe don't wanna believe that they need.
And it will completely transform everything about you if you apply it. Now, first off, let me
share with you a little bit about where I was and a little bit of where I am and how it's made such a huge difference.
Now, first off, about two months ago, I went through a breakup. After that breakup, I went through like a month of processing, of releasing the emotion, the energy, processing the breakup in general.
And after I got through that, there was this, I guess this desire or this energy to where I just started going into my phone more and more and more.
I'd either be on Instagram, I'd be on maybe some type of dating app or something like that,
and it was like a constant, I noticed that the more I would go in there, the more that it was like I would pattern myself to almost wanting or needing, or even just being in the habit of checking up on things more consistently.
Now, fast forward to me being in this also space to where I felt like a demotivation to make YouTube videos. I felt a demotivation just in general. I felt like what's the point of making all these videos?
What's the point of even working as much as I used to, I felt just really demotivated and kind of lost, not knowing really what to do in my business, not knowing where to put my energy, feeling kind of burnt out on YouTube.
And this then was something that I just kind of assumed like, Oh, maybe I'm just like YouTube videos, I'm just kind of tired of making YouTube videos and I'm tired of all this other stuff and I just don't have this kind of energy.
And there was even a moment where I kind of felt depressed. My whole entire life, I never really related when people would say they felt depressed or they felt like, "What's the point?"
I never really related to that. I would hear that. I'd be like, "I don't know what you mean. I have so much energy, There's so much cool stuff in the world. What are you talking about?" And I just kind of like brushed it off.
And these last like two months, it's allowed me to really go in myself and also to feel some of that depression, to feel some of that, like, whoa, what is this?
Like what is the point of me making YouTube videos? What is the point of me even like making money? Like I've made enough abundance in my life, and it's like, why do I keep
needing more and more, more?
And there was this emotion of like meaninglessness almost. And that led to me kind of feeling stuck. And even then there were times where I would just, I wasn't even, I was kind of aware that I'm going into my phone a lot, but I would like go into my phone so often and I would be watching something.
At the end of the day, I might watch something on Netflix or HBO, maybe it was House of Dragons. I'm watching House of Dragons. I'm inside my phone texting somebody, I'm looking at Instagram.
I'm literally like isolating between these five apps, these five things while I'm watching House of Dragons. And then I'm wondering, why don't I have energy to make videos?
Why do I not feel like doing these different things in my business? Why don't I read as much as I used to? What is going on here? And then it started to leak into my sleep as well.
The moment you start it, you are it. This is the kind of energy that will completely shift your life if you apply it in your life. And all you have to do is understand that every moment, you are a new version of you.
There really is no static version of you. We may tell ourselves the story, "I am this kind of person. I am a person that normally is not in a relationship. I am somebody that works a nine to five job that I hate.
I'm somebody that is hard to set boundaries." And these stories, which is really what it is,
it's a story that is on autopilot. The interesting thing is that many of those stories aren't even our own stories.
We picked those stories up from our environment growing up. We picked those stories
up from our parents or from our friends, or they said something to us and we internalized it and then it became our story.
And the thing that keeps us stuck is that we still believe that that's our story, that that's who we are. But every moment is a new moment and every moment, the cells in our body are dying and being reborn every such, every period of time.
There's some period of time, I forget how long it is. It might be like seven years. Like literally, every single cell in your body has been replaced. Not one part of you, not one little aspect of you that was you seven years ago is in your body right now.
And every moment you are a new you. And one of the most powerful realizations that you can have to really shift your life is knowing that every moment you are a new you and every moment you are recreating yourself based on the story of who you believe you are.
Now what happens is some people go through life and at a certain point, their story shifts.
And sometimes it shifts because of they choose it and sometimes it shifts because of something that happens to them.
And the moment you shift your story is the moment that then your outer reality begins to change as you begin to be it. There's something interesting that happens in, I don't know what you call it, like a pack, herd of monkeys.
But what'll happen is if the alpha, there's always an alpha in this like monkey tribes, right? Imagine a monkey tribe and imagine that there's all these like monkeys and there's an alpha monkey.
The alpha monkey gets to like control different things and is like helping keep the tribes safe. Also gets to, you know? It also has more alpha tendencies. Probably gets to be with the other, you know, the females, probably has certain privileges, but nonetheless, the alpha knows its place.
And then there's a lot of little beta monkeys around. Now what'll happen is if the alpha monkey dies or something happens, or when that happens, one of the other monkeys will step ahead and become the alpha.
When it becomes the alpha, within days, it's releasing more hormones that make it the alpha. It completely shifts its energy and it starts acting. It starts literally being that version of itself.
Because the situation changes, it makes a new choice and it does it maybe for the tribe or whatever it is, but that changes its energy.
And then everyone else kind of responds to that energy change. Now, in the same way in our life, people in our life are responding to us depending on the role that we are playing, depending on the stories that we've bought into, and they're just simply reflecting that back.
So if we have a story that says, "I am horrible at setting boundaries, I feel guilty setting boundaries," then guess what'll happen? People will respond to you and they'll feel that energy on you, and they will maybe shame you when you do set boundaries.
They'll think, "What the hell's going wrong with this person when they do set boundaries?" But they're literally just pinging off of the energy that's being embodied.
So the key to this is understanding that the role you've been playing may have just been on autopilot and may have just been a role that you've agreed to. A role that like at one point made sense, but since then has been on autopilot.
And when you realize that every moment's a new moment and every moment that role is being reemphasized, you can then ask yourself the question, "Is this the role that I prefer to play? Is this the story that I prefer to believe?"
Because at one point, there are many different areas of my life that I've shifted. And even more recently, I'm gonna try to pull a little bit deeper here because a lot of times, I share the same damn stories in a lot of my videos.
One thing I'm getting better at is being in my own frame. It's been a journey of this last like two or three years for me to be honest with you.
Because about a year and a half, two years ago, I began really shedding the people pleaser, nice guy persona that I believe that it was a story of my dad's.
This video, I'm gonna show you one of the missing keys for so long that if I would've known years ago, it would've completely transformed my life.
I wanna share with you how to apply the amazing power of detachment and letting go and how that actually helps you to manifest your dream reality.
This may be the missing key for you and I'm gonna show you exactly how to apply it. Now, the first thing I want you to become aware of is just very simple saying right here and I've been saying in a lot of my videos recently, but it's the key to just about everything.
When I was going through my iPad recently, I found an old screenshot.
When I went full-time on YouTube and I started making daily videos, there was one thing I would look at like every day and this one thing was a simple…
Like four or five step thing and I would just apply it day in and day out and over the course of a few weeks, my whole entire identity changed, the way I was showing up changed, the way that I embodied my own energy changed.
The way that I thought changed, my discipline changed, like everything changed about me
when I applied these little four step thing in my life and I wanna share that in this video.
Now, it's rooted in the understanding that you get in life a reflection of who you are being, who you are being. You don't get in life that what you want 'cause that's what you want, you lack, you don't even get in life just what you do.
What you do normally can be an extension of who you're being, but who you are being is
like an energy.
There's an energy to who you are being and what happens is when you are aligning who you're being with the actions and the thoughts of this new version of you, that's when your outer reality begins to change.
Now, where letting go comes into play is the thing that must be let go of is the old story, the old identity, the old attachments, the old emotions that have been familiarized and when you let go of these by feeling it and letting it be there and letting go of the outcome, that's when it's then you're able to shift to this new reality version of you.
Now, most of this process, almost all of this process is a matter of transforming energy. It's about transforming energy because all the outer reality is, is a reflection of your inner energy and if on the inside there's a feeling of shame.
There's a feeling of fear, of guilt, and anger, that energy stays trapped inside the body and we experience realities that are equal to, like think this is the lens of reality, we experience the probabilities and the synchronicities in our life that are equal to the energy that we are feeling and if we subconsciously, inside of our body, have that of anger.
For a long time I had anger towards my ex-stepmom, anger towards my dad, anger towards my childhood, well, guess what? I kept attracting people into my life to reflect back that childhood energy because it was inside of me and whatever is inside is being reflected back.
I'd also find myself in relationships where people wouldn't choose me. There was a belief there, I'm broken, there's something wrong with me. How can I choose…
How can I be in a relationship with someone that loves me or has like views me a certain way in a sense of like they're really able to see the value in me if I don't see the value in me?
So a level of shame, belief, I'm broken, there's something wrong with me. I'd attract people for a period of time and then they would leave.
There was also a belief there, people leave me, people abandon me because that was the energy on the inside, it was waiting for the shoe to drop, waiting for people to leave.
We look at fear, we look at guilt, these are all energies that if they are active inside of our own bodies, we will experience a reality to play out those energies because we have not felt it to then release it, you must feel it to heal it, and when we talk about letting go, it's about becoming aware of these energies, letting them go, and the way you let go is by letting the emotion be there.
It's a funny little thing, but like you think, "Oh, if I don't… I shouldn't allow this emotion to be there because I don't like uncomfortable emotions or uncomfortable energies," but by doing that, it stays trapped inside the body, but when you just let it be there, it completes the process and it leaves the body.
There's videos that you can watch on YouTube of polar bears, Nether animals, that
when they're traumatized, they shake, they're shaking out the energy, they're shaking out the energy so it doesn't get trapped in their body.
There's this… I went through a breathwork training recently, I became certified in a breathwork technique and when I did, we all had to go home and watch a video...
In this video, I'm gonna show you the biggest vibrational shift that I've made in my own life
that has allowed me to create my dream life.
I'm gonna show you step by step exactly what you do to completely transform your outer reality because you've shifted your inner reality.
I'm gonna show you how to shift that inner reality in this video. Now, the first thing that I want to share is that this was something that I actually found on my iPad that I can look back and I screenshotted this in 2016, a few months before I started to apply it.
It was a four step simple process that I would look over, over and over again.
And eventually in February of 2017, I decided to commit to that ideology, to that simple four step process. Within six months of applying that four step process, my whole entire life had changed.
I had gone from the whole nine to five jobs selling women's shoes to doing that, plus making daily videos, to then being able to quit the nine to five job and only make videos.
And that was an exciting time of my life because I had then bought my time back, I was able to get up at the time I wanted to get up, instead of going eight hours a day to a job, I would spend like two or three hours making videos.
Like I made three videos a day for the first two months and I was like three months ahead on content because I was just so excited because I had all this time back and it was something that was very like exciting for me.
So the thing though that changed everything was when I applied that four step formula, that's actually very simple. I'm gonna show you not only how to apply it, but energetically why it works. Now here is the four step process, and the first step is simply identifying your dream reality version of you.
So understand that in a way there are infinite number of parallel realities that exists. And this was an ideology that helped me understand that the version of Aaron that is already doing what he loves already exists.
It was a way for me to imagine it, to energetically tune to it that allowed me to then see, feel and know what does that version of Aaron think, feel, do?
What is that version of me passionate about? So what I would do is I would identify that using meditation and that's the first step.
And let me show you something here, one of the reasons this works and one of the ways of understanding this that makes it so much easier is understanding that your identity, how you think, act and feel, you have an inner self image that you are acting equal to.
Now what happens is your values also make up your identity. The values that you live by, for example, a value you can think of, like what you make important, how are you getting your needs met?
For me, my values back then were I at some level valued having a nine to five job. My identity was working a nine to five sales job that I didn't enjoy, but I felt like I had to work it.
So what end up happening is my identity was on autopilot and I had to shift my values, I had to shift how I was thinking, how I was acting, how he was feeling, and I had to shift who I was being.
Now, one of the values was I had to instead of having people tell me what to do, I had to initiate my own identity, how I was showing up, I had to initiate and start taking accountability and like initiative for my own work ethic, which meant making daily videos on YouTube, even though I had a nine to five job.
It's different than someone telling you when to show up at work telling you what to do, I had to start valuing a different aspect of myself to why you're in this new version of me.
If for any reason, let's say you wanna attract love and you are attracting people that are emotionally unavailable, there's a part of you that might feel familiar with people that aren't choosing you.
It might feel familiar to have people that aren't emotionally available. So you'd have to start valuing vulnerability and showing the real you and authenticity in order to then attract that.
You must change your own values before you're gonna see it in the outer reflection. Now think of it like this, your identity is your comfort zone.
Whatever you are comfortable doing, whatever is familiar, you will think and act and feel equal to. In order to create the love that you want in your life or the money that you want in your life, the key is to expand your comfort zone.
This means for a period of time, the things that you look to that look uncomfortable,
you'll be doing what feels uncomfortable and then making it comfortable.
You are expanding your comfort zone. So for me, I started to value making videos,
value expressing myself. I had to let go of really caring what other people thought of me.
The video you are about to watch is going to change your life forever and that's because it comes from one simple idea that's almost so simple that you might believe that it's too good to be true.
What if all the resistance you feel in your life, whether it be social anxiety or anxiety in general, if it's depression, if it's fear, if it's worry, if it's things keeping you up at night, what if all of that negative emotion is simply stored inside the body because there's an attachment?
And what if this attachment is the thing that is keeping that energy active inside of yourself? What if even worse than that, what if there's a belief there that I shouldn't be feeling the anxiety, the stress, the resistance, the worry, the fear and what if that resistance and that belief that you shouldn't feel that way, it's causing that energy to actually stay intact?
And what if by actually letting it go and releasing it, you felt so emotionally free and it completely changed your life from the inside out?
You see, all that outer reality is is a reflection of our inner reality and if we are storing inside of our bodies anxiety, stress, fear, worry, then what ends up happening is there's ways that that trickles into our life and then we'll try to tell ourselves,
"No, I shouldn't be feeling this way", and then that energy stays active. Now, one of the most powerful things you can possibly learn is how to let go. Now, I'm gonna use this marker to understand this because this is what changed everything for me.
Back in the day, I had so much trouble letting go of things, whether it was a past relationship, whether it was letting go of outcome of things, I would try to force things. Even like I remember houses, for example.
I would like have a house that I wanted to rent or move into and I would like apply for the house and then I would sit there for like three days waiting for the approval, just incessantly, like just thinking about it over and over and over again and then I would like try to control the situation more and I would like try to manifest and just see as if I was living there now and I would have all these like tactics I would do to just really feel like I already had it.
And the funny thing is, is once I learned how to let go and that energy left my body and the resistance left my body, my vibration, my energy increased and then those things came
into my life even easier.
It's such a crazy paradox, but the more you let go, the more good shit happens. The more you let go of outcome, the more that the universe, in a way, gives you things in a much easier way.
Why is that? Because resistance has left your body. Resistance has left your mind. When there's no resistance, there's just allowing. I know it sounds like a spiritual metaphysical woo-woo idea, but literally, our reality is reflecting back to us the energy we are embodying.
And if you're embodying the stress, the attachment, the anxiety, and you're embodying that energy, you're going to experience it on the outside as well because you're feeling it on the inside.
Now the thing is, is there's a lot of this hype on personal development, right? It's like, if you can maybe just watch one more YouTube video. Watch one more YouTube video, you'll get the idea. If you learn just one more spiritual concept, you're gonna be more aware.
But in actuality, that a lot of times is wiring in this belief that you are not good enough already. There's something you need to change. You have this energy inside of you and instead of feeling the anxiety, instead of feeling the shame or the guilt or feeling the worry or the fear, instead, I need to press it down and I need to distract myself, which is the exact opposite of everything that actually works for this process.
Now also in my life, when it came to this, the problem that I had too, it was I was so into the law of attraction, especially back in like 2012 when I went through my awakening. And I was afraid that if I felt negative emotion, I'm gonna manifest bad things.
I would sit there and like stare at a candle flame and like observe my thoughts. But as soon as a negative thought would come in, if I tried controlling it, it would multiply.
But then what I did is I would observe my thoughts, not try to control it, but the game changer, what I wish I learned back in 2012 was how to actually feel the emotion, allow myself to feel the anxiety, the guilt, the shame, the worry, the fear.
The more I would allow myself to feel the anger, the more that that energy would then leave my body. The more that I would express it, I would no longer repress or suppress.
The moment you start it, you are it. This is the secret to creating your dream reality. This is your secret to creating the love life that you want, attracting the person into your life that you might want, attracting the depth of relationship you might want, the abundance you want.
It's understanding that the moment you start it, you are it. This is what I use to create that of a reflection in my life, of over a million YouTube subscribers.
This is what I've learned and helped me to really just open up, to be the most authentic version of me, and I'm gonna share with you exactly, step-by-step, how to apply this in your life so that, in three to six months from now, you look back and you can see this is the video that changed it all for you.
Now, for this, a lotta times what happens is people focus on the surface level. This was me for a long time.
They believe that you must first have something, and then, once you do something with what you have, then you can finally be something, and this is going about reality, creation, in the backwards way, and this is where, also, I think, a lotta times, people are like, "Ooh, I'm gonna think better thoughts.
"I'm thinking better thoughts," and they're thinking of the better thoughts, but things aren't changing in reality. And that's because things go deeper than just thinking. Things go deeper than just, even, feeling, or even taking action.
It goes down to, who are you being? Because we get in life a reflection of who we are being. Now, the thing that changed everything in my life, back in 2017, was when I committed to making the daily YouTube videos.
Now, it wasn't that I was gonna, the action of making YouTube videos, that wasn't it. It was, I saw myself as a full-time YouTuber and I was being the full-time YouTuber version of me. I made a choice that that is who I am.
Now, what normally would happen is I would kind of tiptoe myself into starting to make a video or putting myself out there. But instead, what I did is I just started being it. I started it. The moment I started it, I was it.
So the key is understanding, also, this one concept that will completely transform your life if you really absorb it in, and that is that every moment is a new moment. Every moment's a new moment, and every moment, you are a new version of you.
This is what quantum physics is showing is, is this isn't just some hippy-dippy Pleiadian star seed information here. Quantum physics shows us that every moment is a new moment and every moment, the cells in our body are dying and being reborn, recreated.
Now, the only reason we feel stuck in our old reality is because of the story that we tell ourselves. It's that we recreate ourselves using the same story over and over again. So that story might be like, I work a 9:00 to 5:00 job that I hate.
I work a 9:00 to 5:00 job that I hate. And it's like, well, I'm stuck in this reality where I'm working a 9:00 to 5:00 job that I hate, but that's not stuck in an old reality.
That's recreating a new reality over and over and over again because there's an energy there of an attachment. There may be a familiarity that comes with that 9:00 to 5:00 job that you don't like, but you made-believe that you need to work it.
So the key to this is really, is actually a really simple three-step process. It's awareness, becoming aware of the story that you're telling yourself.
Become aware of the attachments you might have, the identity, the labels, the people that you surround yourself with, the environment that you're in, aware of that. Second step is making the choice to let it go.
Letting go is just a choice. We believe it's hard, therefore it's hard. Letting go is a choice that you make. It's the story of familiarity that makes it hard to let go. It's like, I've done this analogy before, but if I have this marker right here and I'm like, oh, it's so hard to let go of this marker, it's so hard to let go of this marker, you'd be like, "That's silly, Aaron.
"You just let go, like this," and then it falls, and the cap falls off, too. Interesting. Now, what happens, though, is, what's actually hard is the story that we tell ourselves about the marker.
Oh, my god. My mom gave me this marker. My grandma had this marker. This was my first love. This was something that makes. I love this marker. This marker's amazing. That story is what's hard to let go of because there's an identity with it.
So the power is in realizing that, once you become aware of it and you become more of the story, you can make the choice to let it go, and trusting you're gonna find other markers. You're gonna be able.
You are still worthy, whole, and complete without the marker, itself. So the letting go is the second step. And the third step is being, making the choice to be this new version of you.
This video, I wanna share with you the most powerful habits that I applied in my own life
that completely skyrocketed my vibration to a completely new level.
And I wanna show you how you can also do this in your life in a very easy, simple way, to where in, maybe, a year from now, you look back, and you can see how dramatic your vibration has changed because you applied just a few of these habits.
Now, the habits in my life that changed the most, one of them was, for sure, back in 2012, and I started learning more about how my beliefs were creating my own reality.
And I started to apply the things I was learning, and just to give it reference as well, I was, at the time, working a job selling women's shoes at Nordstrom's, I felt a lot of resistance, I wasn't where I wanted to be, I had a lot of patterns in my life that were on autopilot:
And one of them was just having a nine-to-five job in general, wasn't very passionate about it, I still had that nine-to-five job for five years after that.
But one of the most initial increases in vibration that I've ever had in my life was when I went through a spiritual awakening in 2012.
And it was something that I learned out of chance in a way, I learned about meditation because I was going online and I was looking up for ways that I could not have to take Adderall.
Which is the prescription that I was given because I had, what is called, ADHD, and I would take Adderall in order to focus at work, but then, the side effects of that were:
I couldn't eat or sleep that well at night; I didn't have no appetite; and I wasn't sleeping good; I was losing weight. Even, at one time, I took just my prescribed amount of Adderall, and I remember I took it, one time, at work, and I was dehydrated, and my hand started twitching while I was helping a customer.
I remember the customer was like, "Are you okay?" She thought I was cracked out or something, in a way, I kinda was 'cause I was on Adderall. But I was like, "Man, I gotta change this.
I feel so dependent on these substances." And at the time, as well, I was smoking a lot of cannabis because that was the only way I could sleep at night, was I'd get off work, I'd go smoke a bunch of cannabis, then I had an appetite, then I could sleep, and I felt dependent on these substances.
And then, I came across the research on meditation and it said, literally, "Meditation will help you to release more dopamine and to feel more centered and help calm your energy."
And I'm like, "Okay, well, what are the side effects of meditation?" And there were like, "Side effects are a general sense of wellbeing: you feel good about yourself; you feel more centered; you sleep better at night."
All of these things that like, okay, well, I'm gonna do that over that, so, then I started meditating. And what meditation did for me is one: it allowed me to become more aware in my life of the thoughts I was thinking;
And observe my thoughts rather than react from my thoughts. That's also when I became
aware of a lot of the patterns that were in my life from childhood, and I was replaying similar patterns over and over again.
But before I get into that even, what changed my life when I began meditating, is I remember two or three days in the meditation, first day or two, nothing really changed, I was like, "If anything more in my head."
I was in my head, like, "If I think negative thoughts, I'm gonna manifest something bad, I hope I don't think negative thoughts." And I ended up creating a lot of resistance.
But then, I learned how to observe my thoughts, and when I observed my thoughts, that's when the game changer started to happen: that's when I started feeling differently; I started to feel more present; I started to observe my thoughts more; I started to observe my beliefs more; and I started to feel completely different inside my body.
And from that point forward, within about two weeks completely quit taking Adderall, and I became like, I just loved meditation: I'd meditate for 10 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes at night minimum.
And at that time, I think, I was meditating in the middle of my day too every now and then. And even at work sometimes, I remember working at Nordstrom's.
I'd go into the bathroom at work in a stall and I would just sit there and meditate, and I just enjoyed it, I just ended up liking the feeling of meditation and just how present I felt, and I literally started to feel like a different person, and I remember within two or three weeks at my job, people were like, "What's happened to Aaron?"
I wasn't the same anymore. And it was a positive thing, I was way more grounded, I'm like, "I'm just not taking Adderall anymore, I'm not smoking anymore, I'm just chilling and meditating."
Attracting love is a reflection more than it is something of trying to get something outside.
I want that person over there to text me back.
I want that person over there to go out with me. I want that person over there just to be my person. And a lot of times what happens is when we have the desire and we want something, the want comes from an energy of lack.
It says, I want that because it's not what's inside me already.
And one of the things that will exponentialize the process of you attracting love, exponentialize you feeling self love within yourself and feeling safe within your own frame is understanding that everything, everything, literally everything that we desire in our lives or want in our lives already exists inside of us.
I wish I would've known this a lot earlier 'cause there's been a lot of time searching. And the more you search, the more you distance yourself from that thing.
I'm learning this too because I'm in a stage right now where I've been like, trying to get clear as to, you know, I've built like this YouTube channel with all this attention and all this energy
and I wanna like, branch off into this new like, area of my business and my life and I wanna simplify my life.
And I'm like, what is my core message? What is my core message? What do I represent? And I'm looking at all these other creators in my space and kind of comparing myself.
I'm like, okay so their their message is this, their message is this, their message, it's all very clear and simple but I have like 1700 YouTube videos out there and on many different threads, raise vibration, how to let go, how to manifest your dream life, how to be in your own frame, how to heal from narcissism.
Like, people that are like victims of narcissism. Like, all of these things. I'm like, what is my core message?
And the thing I've realized is the more I've looked for it, the more I'm trying to search for it and trying to figure it out, the further from my core I become because I'm trying to find something that's like, out there.
I'm looking at all my, like my everybody, I'm polling people. What do you think about, what do you think my content's all about? Like, I'm looking on the outside instead of just being myself and realizing that like, maybe it's just my own authenticity.
Maybe I'm limiting myself by trying to like, do the all of these different things and like, figure out what this one thing is instead of allowing myself just to be expressive. Maybe if I found that one thing I'm like, I help people, I help people unleash, not attach magnetic energy and heal from codependency.
That was like, one thing I was toying with for a minute 'cause I've helped a lot of people do that. But then maybe I would do that and I'd feel very limited and maybe instead I could be more free and just be myself.
But the reason I'm sharing this analogy is because I found that the more I search for something, the further that thing is and this happens a lot of times with people attracting love.
They're like oh, I'm gonna, I wanna, I want, where is the other half to my soul, my soulmate, twin flame, the Palladian version like, the other half.
Where are they? And then they go out and they look for it and they look for it and they look for it. And so often I see people, they attract love. You wanna know when they attract the love? It's when they're not looking.
It's when they're not looking for it. They're like, where is it? Where's the other half of my soul?
Where's my twin flame soulmate? Where is it? Where are they? And then they meet somebody, then they're like, this person.
I get comments sometimes like, this person's my twin flight soulmate, other half of my soul and they don't know it. I tried to explaining it to them but they thought it was weird but they just don't know they're after my soul.
And it's like, okay, well that's called neediness. And probably even codependency 'cause it's like, that person needs to fit within this. I need them, I need them, I need. That energy blocks, that energy is resistant.
So the the thing that I've been learning is the more I search for anything, the more I distance myself from it. Have any of you read the book, "The Alchemist?" I think about this sometimes.
The book "The Alchemist," is like this person, I mean, I haven't read it in so long but like, somebody goes searching for this treasure and they're, they're searching outside, they're learning all these things.
They're going on the hero's journey and then they go back to where they were and they realize the treasure was on their property like, the whole time.
I'm sorry if I ruined the ending of the book for you. I'm on page 75 and I haven't finished the book yet, but now you ruined it.
In this video, I'm gonna show you step by step exactly what to do if somebody went no contact on you. This is important time right now, what you do next will powerfully affect the outcome that you get, and that's why I'm making this video.
Now when it comes to no contact, the first thing to understand is what has happened. Let's look at the energy dynamics of what has actually happened here.
Somebody, maybe you were in either a relationship with them or you were growing closer to them or maybe you hoped that eventually there'd be a relationship or at least some form of intimacy, and what happened is somebody withdrew their energy and is asking for space and they are not reaching out to you, they are not contacting you.
You maybe have texted them, maybe you've called them, they're not answering, maybe you've reached out to their family or their friends or you've tried going to some place that they hang out a lot hoping to accidentally run into them.
The thing that has happened energetically when somebody goes no contact is they are asking for space. They're actually maybe even demanding space. So it's important to first off, look at this because what most people do is they do the opposite of this.
Somebody is asking for space, somebody is asking to separate their energy so that they can, a lot of times it's to separate their energy so that they can breathe too.
Because what happens is when we are in relationship with somebody else or we are around somebody a lot, our energy is intermingling with this other person. And especially this can happen in like a, in avoidant attachment styles where things become too intimate and then there's a desire for space.
And what happens is energies are intermingled and then they say, "Well, I want my own energy." And sometimes what happens is when they then start to try to individuate, the other person may lean in even more, may ask even more questions or want and maybe cling even more tightly.
And when they cling even more tightly, it creates an energy of neediness, of neediness.
And neediness is one of the most repelling energies that exist.
Neediness is when somebody needs something from you in order to get their own needs met. So the important part of understanding this no contact whole energy dynamic is understanding that if they are asking for space, the best thing you could do is to try to change their mind.
No, I'm just joking, (chuckles) don't change their mind, give them space. Actually give them what they are asking for, which sounds counterintuitive because the thing is when there's a needy energy, there's a belief there that says, "Well, maybe if I cling closer, maybe if I try harder, maybe this person just doesn't see my value, I can actually prove it to them."
And then there's like a fighting to get their validation, their approval or something from them. Now the thing to understand about this more than anything else is that the best thing that you could actually do is to really give them space.
Now when you give them space, you are not giving them space because then they're gonna be attracted to you again, which ironically enough, a lot of times does happen.
But I don't want to, I'm afraid to say that because then people are like, okay, I'm gonna give
this whole space thing because then it's gonna manipulate the situation to get my needs met.
So people are like, "Well, how long do I give them space for? so that they come back?" And it's like, no, that's not the focus. The focus is on actually pulling your energy back.
When you pull your energy back, what ends up happening is you create the magnetic energy within your own body. You energetically pull your energy back and you stop focusing on them.
'Cause here's the thing, energetically what happens is when you're around somebody else, you begin to intermingle energy fields together. Here's an example right here. I made this video not that long ago, and I'll just use this.
You have an energy field that goes around you, around them, and then an energy field that goes around each other. That's like the container of the relationship. Once the relationship may end or this person may say, "I want space", then what happens is this person sometimes will continue to project energy at this person.
And even though you're not physically around this person, even though you're maybe not even talking to this person, not texting them, what ends up happening, you're just still projecting energy at them.
And energetically, they can feel that, it feels like intrusive. And it's something that's kind of metaphysical, does sound more esoteric, but it is rooted in understanding that we are all connected.
And how you feel about you is projected out and other people pick up on this.
The number one thing that people get wrong about affirmations when they're trying to use their words to manifest what they want in their lives is that they actually believe that it's about the words they're saying and that that is going to reprogram their subconscious mind.
Now, the law of vibration is more about understanding that the vibration we are embodying, the way we are being is what is contributing to what we are perceiving in our reality.
Now, what a lot of times people believe is they think, well, if I'm thinking, I am rich, I am rich, I am rich. I am wealthy, I am wealthy, I am wealthy. I am, you know, whatever the thing is.
I'm attractive, I'm this, then that's gonna reprogram their subconscious mind, they're gonna believe it, and it's gonna be their reality.
Now, the thing with this is that when it comes to words, when it comes to what we are telling ourselves with the words that we say is that words mean different things to different people because words have no built-in meaning other than the meaning we give it.
To some person, you may say, "I am rich," and that may mean something completely different to somebody else.
And the thing that normally happens is people get stuck trying to manifest things in their life by focusing on surface-level things, and that's why the law of vibration more so takes in the whole entire part of the equation.
The law of vibration has more to do with how you think, how you feel, and how you act. It's these three things that go into your vibration. Now, when people focus on the words, or they focus on affirmations, it's all on thinking.
It's I'm going to think better thoughts. I'm going to think I am enough. When, in actuality, this isn't about words, surface-level things, this is about getting to the deeper aspects of who you are and how you're showing up in the world.
This is really what makes a difference. A good case of this is somebody that's in my Magnetic Mastery Membership. I brought him on and was doing life coaching two days ago,
and I bring on this gentleman, and I'm talking to him, and he's like, "Well, here's the thing. I'm thinking about what I want.
I start to make a little bit of change in my life, and I start to feel motivated, but then what happens is I fall back into the old pattern, and I feel like the more I try, the harder it is, and I feel like it's just not happening, so I go through waves," is what he said.
Now, what I asked him is a couple different questions because I could tell that, on one hand, his goal is to shift his identity, and part of your identity is also connected to your vibration because you experience, in reality, a reflection of who you believe you are.
One of the strongest human desires there is is to remain consistent to the way that you define yourself.
So if you define yourself as a shy person, as a person that's only speaks when asked of them, but doesn't actually really express themselves, if you identify yourself as somebody that plays small, doesn't really, you know, put yourself out there…
Or somebody that doesn't go over to talk to the person that you're attracted to, if you identify as that person, then there's this desire, there's this drive within you to stay consistent to that because to step out of the unknown, step into the unknown is scary.
There's a fear there. And when I was talking to this gentleman, his name is Pascal, or Pascal, Pascal, (chuckles) one of the things that I asked him, I was like, I asked him to tap into your body, close your eyes, tap in your body, and ask yourself this question, what is the thing that is holding you back from just being that version of you?
Because he kept saying, "There's something that's blocking me, and I don't know what it is." And then what he did is he tapped into himself, and he said, "You know what? I'm afraid of failure. I'm afraid of failure."
And then he's wondering why he's not feeling motivated, and why his motivation comes and goes. Well, on one hand, he's motivated to become this artist version of himself, but on the other hand, he's afraid of failure.
He's afraid of what will other people think of me, or what will happen if I fail at it? Now, here's the funny thing about failure. This is one of the common blocks that a lotta people have when it comes to intending to create their dream reality is you try to do it, but you're afraid of some type of failure.
The thing with failure is it's only actually failure if you deem it as failure. It's a self-judgment. It's a self-succession of that energy. Now, let me give you an example.
I used this example when I was talking about, you know, I have a friend of mine who also does the same thing as me, and basically, sometimes what we do is we do these launches.
In this video, I'm gonna show you step by step how to apply the No Contact Manifesto. I'm gonna show you what to do, what not to do, how to actually use this in a proper way, and how this will completely transform your life.
Now, the first thing to understand is what is the No Contact Manifesto and why is it so powerful when you begin to apply it in your life?
Well, what happens many times, when people move out of a relationship, whether both parties wanted it, whether one person wanted it, the other person didn't want it, what ends up happening is there's this energetic separation that happens.
But if no contact, the manifesto of no contact doesn't happen, there's this loose energy that stays around that actually continues to repel the person that you may either want to come back into your life, or it just has the opposite effect of what you think it does.
You see, a lot of times, we believe that if we let something go, it's gonna leave forever and we're gonna be, there's a loss within us.
But instead, there's an abundant energy where, when you let go, you are not only emotionally and energetically free, but you actually allow the thing that you've let go of to take whatever course it's meant to take.
And maybe that means coming back, but maybe that also means you're able to feel so empowered that you aren't attached to whether it comes back or not.
That's the power of the no-contact rule. This is something that I've seen thousands of people from my YouTube videos apply and I get DMs every day from people that say that it's completely transformed their life when they applied it.
Now, there's a four-step simple process that I have for the No Contact Manifesto to share with you that is very simple that you can begin to apply.
Now, the reason you apply this as well is look at this little diagram right here. What happens in relationship, when you're in a relationship with someone and you move out, what happens is, is you have an energetic field that goes around your body.
They have an energetic field that goes around their body, and then between you, within the relationship of the container, there is energetic cords and energy that flows between you both.
Now, what happens is when you let go, and let's say you come over here, and you're a little bit further away, and you're not talking to them as much, or you're maybe even not talking to them, but feeling energy thinking about them, you're still sending them energy.
And if that energy is resistance because you want them to come around, you want them to be a certain way, you're sending resisted energy to them that they are feeling, and that, many times, will repel them from your energy anyways.
It has the opposite effect of what you think it'll have. You think if I stay attached, I'm not gonna let them go, they're gonna stick around. They have a higher chance, a higher probability.
In actuality, when you actually completely let go and pull your energy back and focus on you, that's the best degree to which you are gonna have the ability to actually attract them back.
Or to feel safe in your own frame and to realize your own sense of self-worthiness, where maybe it wasn't as, the story that you tell yourself about it wasn't as amazing as you thought.
That happens a lot too, because a lot of times, we're attracted to people that replace similar childhood dynamics that were alive when we're kids.
And once you start realizing your own sense of self-worth, you may realize, wait, I don't wanna choose somebody that isn't choosing me because they're leaving. Or there's some type of energy there where you realize, wait, there's something here for me to look at.
So energetically pulling away is a part of this process, but you can't, we'll talk about this in a minute. You have to do this because it's what's best for you, not doing this because it's gonna get them back.
'Cause I'll be honest, it may result, and once you pulling your energy back, it may result in them saying, "Ooh, I'm thinking about this person now." Now, I don't have that energy being projected at me, that resistance being projected at me, and now, I actually have space to think about them.
Because think about it, if someone pulls away, they want space. They want space. Maybe you guys were around each other a lot, always in each other's energy field, and that began to feel like too much.
They say, "I want space." And then what you do is you say, "Uh oh, they want space. "I'm gonna keep sending them energy "I'm gonna keep thinking about them."
And then they feel that energetically, and then they still want even more space, when in fact, if you were to pull your energy back and focus on you.
This video, I'm gonna show you how being shy, being an introvert, being awkward, how these can actually be your greatest superpower, how you can embody it in a way that is super attractive and how to really reframe this whole entire thing.
Because the truth is, that which you own within your body and that which you own within your energy is attractive, and what a lot of times happen is people judge themselves. People say, "Oh, I'm awkward," or, "I am shy," or, "I'm an introvert.
I'm not good with people." They have all these beliefs that stop them from unleashing their true selves.
Now, the funny thing is, the only reason awkwardness wouldn't be attractive to somebody else, or the energy, in a way, would be way less attractive is if you were self-conscious about the awkwardness and you felt like there was something wrong, you felt like the energy that was coming out of you was like, "I shouldn't be this way."
But what's funny is I've seen this happen many times. People own it. They just simply own it. They own that they are sometimes awkward. They own that they are sometimes shy or that they're a shy person, and if they own it, it has a completely different energy.
It's like when you, if you were to have like a mole on your face or something, you're wondering, "Are people noticing the mole? I hope people don't see it. I hope people don't judge me for it."
And what happens is then, it's like when you're around, you're thinking everyone's looking at your mole. "Are they looking at my mole, or are they looking at my eyes? Where are they looking?" And then you feel even more insignificant or more judged for it, when in actuality, people feel what you feel about you.
So when it comes to awkwardness, shyness, introversion, or whatever, if you softened up the resistance about it, that energy would emanate off of you, and other people would feel that.
There are many times I can look at my own life and see that when I felt self-conscious about certain things, I'd feel small. It would actually work against me. But then what would happen is I would just say "You know what? Screw it.
I'm going to own it." And as I would own it, I would have a different energy about myself. So this is something to become aware of. And also, here's the thing, too.
You could, even if somebody says this, like I've seen it happen before where people may feel awkward, and say, "Sorry, sometimes I'm awkward."
They literally say that like, "So sorry, sometimes I'm awkward." And they say just with that kind of energy, and someone's like, "Oh, this person's comfortable with themselves."
Vulnerability is very attractive. When you are the most vulnerable and authentic version of yourself, it has an effect. Look at this, magnetic being. Now, this is the triad. I'll explain this in a minute.
But in general, these are some of the qualities that are very attractive to people, and one of the qualities is being authentic and being vulnerable, even being courageous. Being courageous means showing the real you, owning the real you.
When you own it, other people feel that, and insecurity is something that we try to hide out of shame. Think about the energy of shame. The energy of shame says there's something wrong with me. I'm broken. People won't accept me.
And the way that we deal with the energy of shame, and I think most of us have some degree of shame, is we try to hide it. For a long time, I was the nice guy people pleaser.
That was my personality. My dad was a nice guy people pleaser. He attracted my ex-stepmom, who was a narcissist, and I would see that dynamic play out from seven to 15, my ex-stepmom was in my life.
My dad divorced her when I was 15. I saw my dad go through a lot of pain after that, because my ex stepmom did her best to make my dad's life really challenging with my sisters and stuff like that, where that their real mom.
And the people pleaser nice guy thing, it's a mechanism that people use to avoid tension. So instead of going into it, like I think one of the best things my dad could have done with my ex-stepmom was actually stand up to her, and really in a powerful way, hold his own ground, hold his own energy.
If he would have done that, it would have been a completely different game probably in how things like play out. You know, everything's good now because my sisters are grown up and everything.
Time goes by fast. But in general, I can tell that I took on that it wasn't safe for me to express the real vulnerable me growing up, because my ex-stepmom would come in and she was narcissist, abusive physically and emotionally, mentally manipulative.
So I'd have to tune myself to her to know, is it safe, Is it safe, is it safe? So then I got the nice guy people pleaser mentality was active within me.

I went from getting only 6 1/2 hours of sleep a night to over eight hours of sleep every single night by sharing with you what I have been doing in this video.
Sleep is one of the most important parts of maintaining and having a high vibration. It's one of the most important parts of releasing the energy, the stress that we have from our day.
And unless we are getting deep sleep at night, we'll find that we may be more anxious, we may feel more depressed, we may have more lower-vibrational emotions that are stuck in the body because we are not releasing them, we are not allowing ourselves to really wind down and get into those deeper layers of the subconscious.
And in this video I'm gonna show you the step-by-step process I use to have amazing sleep at night, and more recently, the things I've been infusing into my sleep that have completely transformed the level of deep sleep that I've been having.
And I'm gonna share with you that in this video. Now, first off, let me just preface this by saying that the reason I've been so focused on my sleep lately is because about a month ago, I went through a breakup.
And when I went through that breakup, one of the first things that happened is my sleep started to decrease in the amount of sleep I could have.
It was me processing emotions, I believe. It was also interesting because I have, I wear this thing called a WHOOP. And basically what this thing does is it tracks my sleep, it tracks my calories burned, it tracks my recovery, all those things.
And one of the things that happened is on the WHOOP, it literally shows for the month and for every week how much sleep I'm getting. And leading up to the breakup, because it was a shocking breakup in a way, it came out of nowhere.
What happened is, one day I was at 7 1/2 hours of sleep, eight hours of sleep, 7 1/2 hours of sleep, seven hours, 20 minutes of sleep. And then the day of the breakup, it went down to six hours, 5 1/2 hours, six hours, 6 1/2 hours, five hours, six hours.
It was that for two weeks. And I was super wanting to focus on my sleep. And the funny thing was, is the more I would get resistant and be mad that I wasn't sleeping good and the more pressure I put on myself to sleep good, the more my sleep would decline.
But the more I let go and the more I relaxed and I didn't make it so important for me to get eight hours of sleep at night, the easier it was to sleep, ironically enough.
Now, the things I'm gonna share with you, though, is my exact protocol, and I'll tell you the things that have made the biggest amount of difference.
Now, the first thing is, ~when you are sleeping good at night, one of the most important things that you can do that's gonna sound counterintuitive but does make a huge difference with your sleep is when you get up in the morning, within the first couple hours, get that of sunlight.
Sunlight, get your skin absorbing the sun. I do this every single morning. I post it on my Instagram. You probably see the photos there. Every single morning I post it just as a form of accountability.
By the way, if you wanna start doing this, tag me and we'll all be in that sun accountability together. Tag me @AaronDoughty44, and I'll be reposting those on my Story, also.
But just in general, the reason you do this is because when you wake up in the morning and you go and you put your skin in the sun and you, also, I don't stare at the sun, but I allow the sunlight to absorb into my eyes, is what that does is that actually, one, it makes your body more alert. Two, it increases the cortisol, which is actually, which is a stress hormone.
But what that does is it allows you to peak and to release more of that when you wake up, and that guarantees that 16 hours later, you're then gonna release the most amount of melatonin.
Melatonin is what helps you sleep at night. So, what I found is by getting up in the morning and going out into the sun, I sleep extraordinarily deeper at night.
This makes a huge difference. So, when you wake up in the morning, some of you are gonna say, "Oh, well I have to work night shifts," or, "What if it's cloudy? "I live in the Pacific Northwest."
Well, my answer to that is move out of the Pacific Northwest. I'm just kidding. Although it's not a bad idea. I couldn't imagine it being cloudy so often and just all the time, it's cloudy and there's hardly any sun.
Sun, the skin is an organ of our body that absorbs energy, and I think we've been conditioned to believe the sun is actually really bad when I think that the sun is really good in many different ways.
So, one of the first things you can do to really get amazing sleep is when you get up in the...
This video, I'm gonna show you the most powerful traits the most powerful ways of being that are necessary in order to actually attract love.
And I'm gonna show you the blocks that might be there in your energy so that you can release them to finally allow the love that you want into your life.
Now, one of the biggest things that blocks people from attracting love is that they keep looking for it. That's the issue. When we are looking for love on the outside we are looking for something we are infusing and implying is not already there.
Now remember, you get in life a reflection of who you are being. What you think about is a surface level thing. And you could even go deeper than that to say what you believe is reflected back to you.
You get in life a reflection of what you believe to be true. So what happens is sometimes people believe that they're not worthy of love. People may believe that love is actually outside of themselves, and what they do is because they believe that they then are trying to search for it, because they think it's on the outside.
But when that happens, when you're looking for it it's like you're wanting to experience the reflection in the mirror to smile at you by trying to change the reflection in the mirror.
Now, we know, obviously that in order to change the reflection in the mirror we must first smile, in order for us to see that as a reflection.
It's a lot easier than we think. We think we have to go up to the mirror. We have to try to change it. There's a lot of resistance. And resistance also blocks love, when instead if you just loosen up and smile, all of a sudden there's a version of you that is smiling back.
That is because the way reality works is we get in life a direct reflection of who we are being, what energy are what do we believe to be true about ourselves?
So when people are looking for a long time, I was looking and there was also childhood energy that was alive where I was addicted to similar childhood energy, the familiar emotions of feeling not good enough the familiar emotion and energies of looking for validation on the outside, looking for approval on the outside.
And guess, what that resulted in? Looking for it meant I lacked it and because I lacked it I could not experience it. Now I'm gonna share with you my journey of attracting love and also tapping into releasing non-attached magnetic energy.
And to do so, this little map right here shows you something that's called the magnetic activation process, the MAP. This is the map of the magnetic activation process for unleashing non-attached magnetic energy.
And also, you can apply this towards not only attracting love, you can apply this towards
pretty much every area of your life, whether it's abundance, living your purpose full-time, whatever.
This is a process of transformation. Now you'll see that there's two stick figures here. We have that of this version of you. You think, feel, and act. Our personality, as Joe Dispenza says, is we get in life reflection of how we think, feel, and act is our personality also a way that we are being, a way that we're showing up in the world.
Now, the thing is, is most of how we think, feel and act has been on autopilot and we're addicted to the familiar emotions of our past. We're addicted to the, we may have felt like we had a parent that was emotionally unavailable.
Even though it's not enjoyable, it's familiar emotion. So then we attract partners that are emotionally unavailable. And that's because it feels familiar, it feels normal.
So the process of transformation is becoming aware of this version of you, letting go of the stories, letting go of the limiting beliefs by becoming aware of them, because 90% of all transformation is awareness.
Letting them go, and then making a new choice about who you are and then being this new version of you. Now you literally perceive of new probabilities and new potentials, the more you are being this new version of you.
So think about it. We have this identity lock around us, how we see ourself and a lot of times we're addicted to similar emotions. So anger, guilt, fear, shame. Until we release these emotion, this energy, we're not gonna be magnetic, because we have this resistant energy within our field.
Irresistible energy is void of resistance. And the more you let go of your own insecurities the more you let go and you accept yourself, the more you own who you are the more you let go of that energy the more you could be this new version of you. Now you experience new probabilities in new synchronicities when you get into the unknown.
So one of the parts of attracting love and one of the most important things to realize is
if what has been known is feelings of not being enough.
In this video, I'm gonna show you why letting go is the key to skyrocketing your vibration to a completely new level. I'm gonna show you why it's so powerful, how to elevate up to a higher level of consciousness to allow your life to become so much easier.
I'm gonna be sharing a lot of my own story of how I elevated to a higher level of consciousness; how you can do it too, and how to really stop staying trapped within the familiar attachments, people, beliefs, habits things that are keeping you stuck so that you finally become free.
Now, the first thing that I wanna share is what actually helped me understand this in a completely new level. Now, I've talked about the different levels of consciousness in other videos.
But in general, when it comes to the different levels of consciousness we exist in, it's helpful to understand it in a way that I actually learn from Abraham Hicks. Now, Abraham Hicks has a little analogy that it talks about this bob on an ocean.
If you imagine an ocean, imagine a bob on the ocean where a fisherman or fisher woman has this little like thing that they reel out there, it's got a bob and then it's got this little string that goes on the bottom to catch fish.
Well, in a similar way, when you think of that of a bob on the ocean, what happens is the bob on the ocean is already automatically on the top of the ocean because it floats.
Now it happens is when you put pressure down on the bob, you can push it underneath the water. Now, the key to having the bob on the ocean raise itself back to the surface is not about lifting it up and like carrying it up.
It's not about trying to change the bob in any ways. It's about simply letting go of the pressure. When you let go of holding the bob underneath the ocean, it naturally raises
back up to the surface.
Now in a similar way, your vibration and your level of consciousness works in a very similar way. The thing that I've heard enlighten people say studying that of maybe OSHO and other people, is they talk about that of how silly the whole idea of enlightenment is.
Because for a long time, what happens is we are seeking enlightenment at the top of the scale. And what happens is by seeking enlightenment, we're seeking something that we believe is not our natural state.
And that's why it's sometimes said that enlightenment is more of a realization, not something you attain. So the realization is something that you naturally already are. You already are love, you already are joy, peace, enlightenment.
All you have to do is letgo of these attachments; these emotions, these beliefs that you've been holding onto. And when you let those go, you will naturally raise and elevate your vibration back up.
This is a powerful understanding that completely shifted my life. This is more about letting go. And part of letting go by the way, is allowing yourself to feel.
This is something I've learned recently because recently I got certified in a breathwork modality called somatic release breathwork.
Which is about feeling, feeling these emotions to then heal it and then it releases from your body. A lot of it is about letting go and clearing that energy inside the body.
And you may not always understand why and where the emotion came from. And these breathwork ceremonies, basically you breathe in a certain pattern.
Right now, I've already certified in this and I've done these 21 day challenges before where I bring other people that are certified in this modality in, and it's always what people say.
It's like the most powerful transformative experiences people have because they're finally able to let go of these bottom level emotions that have been keeping them in similar dynamics.
Because here's the thing, if we feel shame, which means I'm broken, there's something wrong with me, it's gonna be impossible to attract love or to attract love of people who really feel and see you.
A lot of times what happens, you may attract love feeling a lot of shame, but get what ends up happening is the love doesn't stay because then eventually you're afraid people are gonna find out that you're broken or gonna sabotage it in some ways.
What happens is we may feel fear towards commitment or anger towards that of someone in our past. We hold onto this energy inside of ourselves and the thing is, is if we hold onto this energy we experience a reality that is equal to the subconscious energy that is trickling out in our field.
If we don't express the fear, the guilt, the shame, the anger, that what ends up happening is that we do it in minute ways in our relationships, at our job, with our friends, and we don't even know it.
For a long time, I had a lot of anger and shame. Anger towards my ex stepmom because I didn't have much of a childhood.
If you're going through a breakup right now, then you need to watch this video because I'm gonna share with you the things that make the process so much easier, that makes the process of letting go so much easier.
And that will make moving on and opening yourself up to love eventually, so much easier. And you're gonna be glad in three months, six months, a year from now that you actually watched this video.
Okay, so your future self will thank you but you have to watch it. First off, let me just share that I'm sharing the things that I'm learning, as I'm going through a breakup right now, in this moment.
So I'm currently going through a breakup and I wanna share what I'm reminding myself of, and also what has made the process so much easier.
So a lot of this is coming from experience. This isn't just coming from some book I read,
although a lot of it does come from books as well but it's things that I've actually applied in my own life that makes the process so much easier.
So the first thing to understand about this whole breakup that you're going through is
that it's important to remember that there's nothing wrong with you.
This was something that I internalized not this last breakup, but there was a breakup before that that was very challenging. They're all challenging in their own ways but I remember that there was a part of me that really felt like there's something wrong with me.
Like, if it's not working out, then maybe there's something wrong with me. Maybe I'm not good enough. Maybe I wasn't able to make this person happy. And there was a lot of internalization that happened. And for a long time I had blocks. This was like two years ago.
After a relationship, it was hard for me to almost move on because there was an, there's this initial belief that said there's something wrong with me. I'm broken. And in a way, when I would then meet people or go on dates eventually it was like there was this notion underneath it of shame of like, there's something wrong with me.
And then if there was somebody that wasn't choosing me, like if the part of the breakup was like, oh, I'm not chosen, that was the feeling. And it was a mutual thing, but also there was just a lot of a wounding there.
And there was a feeling of there's, you know, I, an abandonment wound, honestly, that was there. And it was like I was trying to prove myself to this person. I would try to fix them
or try to help them.
And that was just a way of me trying to become indispensable. By fixing them, by helping them, it was like, who else is gonna do this? I'm this person that like will stick around no matter what.
Look how loyal I am. But there was an, an initial belief under that that said "There's something wrong with me and people don't choose me." And for a while I thought that that was like, I would direct it at a specific person. But then I eventually realized that this was stuff that actually came from childhood.
It came from not feeling chosen as a kid, the emotional unavailability that wasn't there.
And an internalization that said, "There's something wrong with me." Maybe if I just act a little bit different maybe then mom or dad will feel good.
And that was something that really was important for me not to internalize. And even now,
in the breakup that I'm going through right now, there's certain aspects of the breakup that
if I was to internalize, could be very negative, could be very hard honestly.
But what I'm remembering is not to internalize the breakup, not to think that it means there's something wrong with me, not to believe that it's my fault. And to understand that this is just something to accept and something to to really feel.
That's another thing I'll share in a very vulnerable way. Before I share that, I wanna share something I've never really talked that much about before. Before I do that, one huge tip as well is to pull your energy back.
Pull your energy back, literally pull it back. The thing is, is when we are thinking of someone else, we're actually sending them energy. We're all energetically connected. And what happens after a breakup is sometimes what we do is we focus on the other person.
What are they doing? What are they posting on social media? And the thing is, the more we think about them, the more we energetically send them energy. And the more we are then diffusing our own energy field.
The more we are literally wasting our own energy. We're feeling more scattered
and it has a negative effect on our own energy, feeling more tired.
So one thing that I've had to always remember is just to pull my energy back into my body, put my energy back into my hands, put the energy back in my feet.
And take this as a time for you to focus on yourself. To focus on your own healing. To focus on your own life as well.
In this video, I'm gonna show you energetically, what happens to both your ex and you when you use the no contact rule effectively.
And I'm also gonna show you how to use the no contact rule effectively. And the first thing you need to understand about this process is that the no contact rule is so powerful because what it allows you to do is it allows you to bring your energy back into your own body, it allows you to give space as well.
What happens is when we're in relationship with someone else, we're literally sharing energy. This is why sometimes you may have the same thoughts at the same time.
This is why energetically you may feel as well that like when they begin pulling away, you begin to like lean into them a little bit more to like get them to come around or to talk to them or try to fix it.
That's exactly the opposite of what you actually wanna do when it comes to the no contact rule, though. The no contact rule is that when you are in separation with somebody else and somebody else has maybe asked for space, or maybe you've asked for space, what that means is you're asking for you to be in your own energy.
You're asking to like clear out the energetic space that goes between you two. You're asking to separate it. And a lot of times there could be different reasons for that. It could be that the energies just become too much.
It could be that there's a feeling of a loss of self. Like who am I? I feel like I've been so intertwined with this person, like who am I and what do I want? And sometimes the other person or you, if you're the one that's calling for no contact all you want is space.
You just want to feel like you're in your own energy. You wanna like remember who you are. You wanna get clear on something. And sometimes it's hard to get clear when you're always in someone else's energetic field, especially if you're both empaths.
That's gonna happen a lot because empaths feel each other's energy and then they don't know, Wait, what's your stuff? What's my stuff?
And that's where a lot of times the confusion can happen. So when it comes down to this, first off, it's important to remember that if this no contact rule, if you are asking for it, if they're asking for it, whatever it is, it's important to honor it.
Because the space is where people can become clear. And at the same time, this is a very powerful modality that allows you to bring your energy back and to actually move on.
This is the thing. Now, I say move on, and you may say, if you're wanting the no contact to stop and you wanting to like reconnect with this person, realize that if it is a means to an end, if you are doing the no contact rule to get them back, that's form of manipulation.
It doesn't work that way. And yeah, sometimes I guess that can work and people can use it in that way, but normally it doesn't work long term. You don't wanna necessarily play with that manipulative energy.
I'm gonna do this, even though it's not authentic for me and even though I don't wanna do it, but I'm gonna do it to get you to do something I want you to do.
Maybe if I pull my energy back and I pretend like I don't care about you and I'm not thinking about you, then you'll come back. But it's a very manipulative way of going about it. Now, when you do it for an end of itself, though, it's a completely different game.
It actually many times then works because when you do it as a means to an end, you like kind of do it, but there's still some energy that's connected because you really want them to come back.
And when you do it an end of itself, you really pull back all your energy. You pull back all your energy and you understand, or you at least begin to embody yourself again.
And when you pull your energy back, there's a magnetism to that. There's an energy to that. And I've seen it happen many times where people pull their energy back, they start focusing on their own life, their vibration increases, they feel great, and then they may meet somebody else.
That other person may come back in a different way, in a different energy, but you don't do it because they're gonna come back, you do it because you owe it to yourself to move on. And here's the thing, when you let go of the attachment, and understanding and trusting that they may never come back, that can be scary.
But it's actually the key. It's like the key to this whole entire process. Can you trust the universe? Can you realize also that the reason this may be so hard to let go of is because there's a story there, there is an attachment there of this relationship that may also many times remind you in a weird way of childhood.
Because a lot of times what happens is if there was a feeling of abandonment as a kid, we feel like someone emotionally or physically abandoned us.
The no contact rule used correctly is one of the most powerful things you can actually do, but if used incorrectly, it actually reverts back and has the opposite effect of what you want.
So in this video, I'm gonna show you the three ways that most people use the contact rule incorrectly. And I'm gonna show you how to not make that same mistake, so that you'll end up like doing the opposite of what your intention is.
Now the first thing to understand about this is you might be asking yourself, what is the no contact rule, or can you clarify it for me?
The no contact rule is generally known if you're moving out of a relationship and your intention is to either get over somebody, or your intention is to get them back, which very often is the intention, the reason people are doing the no contact rule isn't just to get over them.
It's to actually get them to come back, and it can have that effect. It can have the effect of either helping you move on, or it can have the effect of actually as you move on and as you bring your energy back, there's an attraction that comes back for the other person.
However, so what does the no contact rule mean? The no contact rule means specifically what it says. It means you don't contact. You don't contact. You don't call 'em, you don't text them, you don't see them.
The urges you have sometimes when after you've had maybe a little glass of wine and you're like, "Oh, let me see how they're doing. "I'm just gonna say I miss you," or something like that, that ends up reopening back up the loop, and that is not actually no contact.
No contact is simply not contacting them by talking to 'em on the phone, seeing them in person, accidentally running into them, and really just bringing your energy back 100%.
Now, a lot of times I've made videos on the no contact rule before, and many times what people do is they are using the no contact rule as a modality towards getting their ex back.
Now the reason this can work is because when you energetically bring your energy back and you start focusing on being the star of your own movie, there is an effect where somebody else will feel that you are more so pulling your energy back from them.
Now think about this. Moving out of the relationship that you may have moved out of, what ended up happening is when you moved out of the…
When you were getting close to this person, this person then probably said that they wanted space. They wanted some type of energetic space. They wanted time to like focus on their own things. And what a lot of times will happen is when somebody says, "I want space," the other person then gets in a way a little bit anxious saying, "Well, why do you want space?
"Is there something wrong with me? "Is there something I'm not doing right? "Let me fix it.
"Let me help you." And then they lean in even more, and then they try to fix.
And then the person says even more, "Okay, now I want even a little bit more space" to where they're almost out of the frame. However, what ends up happening is it has the opposite effect.
Now, the thing to understand about the no contact rule is if they want space, give them space, because in the space, they can then in a way bring their energy back to themselves.
Then they may actually realize that they do still have feelings for you. However, if you don't give them space, they can't come to that remembrance within themselves. So the key is to understand the power of space and also the power of space in your own life.
Times in the past when I had challenges with this, what I had to learn is that a lot of times I was making somebody else the star of my movie instead of being the star of my own movie.
I've seen it happen so many times where people go through a breakup, they bring the energy back to themselves. They start focusing on their own passions.
They start hanging around their own friends. They start focusing their own family. And what ends up happening is they start loving their life.
And then as they start loving their life and as they start feeling better, people may actually come back, because there is a very strong reflection that we get based on the energy that we are embodying.
It is crazy how this works. I've seen it happen so many times and even different ways, not even just in love dynamics, even in friendships dynamics where I could feel that maybe a friend was going through a hard time.
And then this person would then have like more and more things come up with more and more people in the friend group, because it's like the energy then almost like links up energetically to everybody else that sparks that kind of situation.
So the no contact rule is bringing the energy back to you. Now, a lot of times what happens when people are doing the no contact rule.
Just f*cking start. That's the key. That's the message that maybe you need to hear right now. And it's super-simple. But I promise you, if you watch this video, it will help you to actually make the choice to start, which will literally put you on a new timeline.
The thing that's keeping you in the reality that you are currently in is the belief, the story, and the energy of waiting. The energy of waiting. Maybe there's an energy of I'm waiting till I have it all figured out. I'm waiting till I'm a little bit more healed.
I'm waiting until the cat gets out of the frame. I'm waiting until whatever. Any time we are saying we are waiting, that is a whole reality in of itself. The reality of waiting is very different than the reality of being. Back in 2017, before I made the choice, I started making videos every single day on YouTube, I felt stuck in a reality where I was working a nine to five job I hated.
I felt stuck in a reality where I had all these blocks. Sekhmet, come on, bro. Thank you. I felt stuck. And the reason was I was believing a story that was telling me not to start.
That's it, I just got done doing this like five-day challenge with my buddy Victor where we help people go full time and like really take the plunge into making content and stuff.
And the reason I share that with you is because the biggest block people have and the thing that like transformed the most amount of people is just fucking starting.
That's it. You're in the reality of waiting. And the reality of waiting feels very safe. It feels very comfortable. Even if you don't like that reality, by the way. For a long time, I was in that selling those woman's shoes.
I didn't like it. I wasn't enjoying it. But it felt very familiar. It felt very comfortable and I was so used to it. So I would be in it. I would be complaining to my coworkers. I would be talking about all the corporate politics bullshit.
At one point we were trying, like all of us there were trying to get them to bring in a union because we were treated so shittily or whatever. But and then there was this whole thing. It was a whole like month process.
We ended up not getting that, by the way, by one vote, one vote. But then I ended up leaving like a year later anyways. But I was tired of dealing with all the BS. And I thought my way out of it is I'll just change this instead of just fricking leaving and just and instead of just going and deciding to fucking start.
So the reason I'm sharing this with you is because I think right now in the collective, there are so many people that have an amazing gift, have an amazing ability, have an amazing song inside, have an amazing gift or modality or something to share with the world but aren't because they simply haven't started.
And it could also be, by the way, let me also say this. There's a belief that like the thing is is the more reps you put in, the more you do anything, the better you get. I am like able to easily make YouTube videos now because I've made 1,700 videos in the past.
I put in reps. And when I put in reps, I got better. I got better. I got better. When I started on YouTube in 2017, I sucked at making videos. You can go back and you can watch the videos.
I had a script on a window. It was like a cringey video to even watch. It's hard for me to even watch those old videos. But I leave them up so that you know, you start. And then that puts you on a new timeline.
And then what happened is I made a video and it kinda sucked and I made another video and it kinda sucked and I made another video and it started getting a little bit better. Then I made another video.
Then eventually I was out of the frame. However, I then eventually made like 20, 30 videos and I kept gotten a little bit better, a little bit better. I had the intention of adding value out into the world, like helping people.
And eventually a video started to get more views and like certain, the law attraction videos I was making, I was first making views about habits. Then I was making videos about like alkaline water at one point.
I made a video about alkaline water. And then I was making videos about all this different shit. And what ended up happening is I started making LOA videos. And from experimenting, because I fucking started, I then got new feedback and then I started committing more to that because I saw people wanted more of that.
But I had all these blocks come up. It's like well, Aaron, you live at your dad's house. You don't live in like some baller crib. How can you share with people how to use the law of attraction if you don't have every little area of your life figured out?
You wanna know why? You wanna know why?
The degree to which you detach from outcome is going to be the degree to which people attach themselves to your energy, because your energy is more magnetic the less detached you are, or the more detached you are.
So the less attached, the more magnetic. There's an intimate correlation between the two things. Now, in this video, I'm gonna be showing you how to let go more to become more attractive and how to stop holding on so much to things that actually damper down your energy.
Now these are things that I've learned from either 100s of books, but also like my own life, like things I've held on to, when I let go of, changed absolutely everything. And I'm gonna be sharing with you what I learned in this process that has allowed me to release that resistant energy from my field.
Now, the first way I wanna describe this that really helps understand this at a deeper level is that if the goal is to become free, which I would assume it is, it's become free from attachment, a lot of times what we must remember is that people feel what we feel.
So if we feel attached, then what happens is attachment is resistance. So we're putting out an energy that says, "I am complete if I have this thing,"
we're feeling resistance. And then what happens is that energy's emanating off of us and other people are feeling it, and that repels them. So the key to having irresistible energy, think about the word irresistible, means no resistance, it is void of resistance.
Irresistible, you want to take out resistance, which means taking out attachment. When you let go, and you're not attached to what people think about you, you're not attached to outcome, you're not attached to what somebody else does or feels.
Then you are more free. And when you are more free, you're not so stifled, you can express yourself, and it's a completely different energy. So remember, people feel what you feel about you.
And a lot of times as well this gets down to confidence as well, because if we feel like we're not good enough, if we feel like, "Oh, people are noticing the mole on my face or something", that energy says, I'm not enough, there's something wrong with me, please don't notice it.
And people then perceive of it because people are picking up on the energy we are embodying, they're reflecting it back to us. So the key, and one of the most powerful concepts I ever learned how to do was to focus more on my own energy rather than focusing on the things and the attachments and the other things that were what I thought I wanted.
And it has been something I've had to learn how to really become aware of when I start to become attached, whether that's a person, a thing, an outcome, a story, an identity.
These are all things that we become attached to that end up creating a ton of resistance in the process. Now, there's a book that's called, "The Subtle Art Of Not Given A F*ck".
And in this book, it's by Mark Manson, he explains that basically when it comes to letting go, the thing to remember is that this is really about more so our values.
What do we value? Because our values are what make up our identity. And we get in life a reflection of who we are being.
Now, what happens is when we're attached to what people think of us, when we're attached to what people are doing, or we're attached to anything on the outside or even a labeler identity, what has happened is we are putting a lot of our stock and we're putting a lot of our value on things that a lot of times are past things that we valued and they're just been on autopilot.
So, for example, and a lot of times what you realize too is, think of it like this, we think, feel and act, it's been on autopilot. We have this little identity that we live equal to.
Now, what happens is if we value other people's validation, then it'll be very important for us to get it. And if we value other people approving of us or we value when we don't want other people to feel tension around us, so we'll try to fix everybody else to make sure that it's safe, then what ends up happening is we're, we don't understand it or realize it in the moment, but we're valuing other people's approval.
We're valuing people pleasing, we're valuing being a nice guy or whatever it is, nice girl.
By valuing that, that means that we are attached to what other people think, we're attached to in the belief that if I have someone else's approval or validation or they don't feel tension and I help fix them, then I can feel safe, then I am good enough.
Now, the key and what we're looking at in today's video that I think can completely transform your life when you begin to apply it is becoming aware of your current values, letting them go if they're not serving you anymore in a positive way, and then wiring in values.
