Well here it is. This has all of shadow mario's collisions. The game should also be completable with this patch. Note: this version is only 2-player.
The download includes a patcher program to reduce the download size. Patching takes about 5 minutes. What it does is decompress the image so that direct changes could be made, instead of patching over the compression. I wrote the patcher specifically for this mod, but it can be used in the future for any SMS mod.

Added a corrupter to the latest version of the bin editor. Corrupting the files is simple, but compressing them all into their respective .szs files took an hour. It spawns the kugs at the origin of the map. It has a parameter that creates more of these, but because the test level is not made to hold these, they only follow one of two paths.
Also because I thought this was disappointing, I made more than 8 red coins on the test level to collect (Which is honestly more disappointing than this to have its own video). The test level does have a shine sprite for collected all 8 red coins, but it doesn't work.

EDIT: I did manage to hurt it once using a barrel, but because barrels can only be placed on terrain, immediately after it looked just as it did as in the test level and walked through a wall and went underground. Summary: This game is really fun and one of the few games that I can't stop playing. The RTS elements fit in really well with the game. The physics are amazing and will either help you in an amazing explosion or destroy you in a hilarious way. I've had a dropship explode a door straight upwards, and seconds later I was crushed. The metagame seems to be the game with the most problems. The AI is sort of dumb. Well, really dumb, and the times I lose are generally due to either dumbness on my part or the amazing physics. I feel the game does have some polish problems, but it is just too fun to pass up. I suggest grabbing it while its on sale, or wait until the next patch to come out. I, personally, have played more than 20 dollars worth. (Note that I have had it before it was on Steam)
A couple suggested fixes: At the start of an invasion, the anti-air missiles (Already on the ground) should be disabled for just enough time for their brain to land safely. Also during invasions the AI should attempt to kill enemies under it with the dropship. Metagame should also end when all land is taken and the player that has taken land is the only one not bankrupt.
