After being aware of this song for over a decade and there still being no better rip I took matters into my own hands lmao. I made an instrumental of the song with magical AI computery tools on mvsep.com and pieced in parts from later verses that would fill in the moments that got fucked with the CD skips to fix them. It worked shockingly well, as you can hear. After that I went and fixed the EQ up a bit and ran it thru Perfect Declipper, and here we are.

Still sounds noticeably off a cassette but it's way nicer than it was.

I tried and I think I succeeded at balancing everything better in the mix. I also fixed the fluttering and fixed the speed. I used izotope RX 9 and audacity.
