Capim Canela WhistlersBrother 2022-03-21 | "Capim Canela" by the Super Fantastics and Dave Santucci. Last year I had the pleasure of collaborating with the Super Fantastics on their album "Home." I really love this song. It was extra fun because the awesome singer/drummer/songwriter Daniel Scharff gave me liberty to write some of my own whistling parts for the brief interlude portions of the song. Whistling Up On Happy Gap WhistlersBrother 2021-06-10 | I spent last weekend in the mountains at Arrowbear Music Camp when I spent some magical Summers as a kid. I was just there for a couple days putting in some work to help them get ready to open for the summer. It was so good to be out in nature! Took a few minutes out to visit the happiest spot in the happiest place on Earth, namely Happy Gap. It's a ridge of huge boulders on the edge of camp. It's really fun to climb and jump around up there because the view is amazing.

Vegan Pizza WhistlersBrother 2020-08-16 | I made this vegan pizza last night with Miyoko's vegan mozzarella, Rao's marinara sauce, and Field Roast vegan Italian sausage. Plus purple onion, green bell pepper, and mushrooms. I also sprinkled a tiny bit of Violife vegan parmesan on top. The crust is fresh pizza dough they make in the bakery at my local Vons, and it's one of those things that's vegan kind of by accident. The whole thing only took about 40 minutes including baking time. Easy peasy pizza pie!
