No, I didn't choose this track to have the default music because it was in Mario Kart Wii, I chose it because it didn't fit Big Donut at all, so that's getting an original music track.

I wanted to emphasize the disorientation you'd feel if you were looking down from a skyscraper but still keeping the same feel of the original.

I know I just released a song but know this wasn't rushed, my idea with this song was always to keep it very faithful, so it was pretty easy to get it done.

As you can clearly tell, this is based off of DS Cheep Cheep Beach, considering that and Palm Shore have very similar settings I thought it was appropriate.

As for the changes made to it, it's at a faster tempo and some instrumentation and rhythms were changed. 0:29 as a reference I think is pretty cool, the two parts sounded similar so I thought I'd combine them.
