All done on Easy for practice. One thing to note is the amount of tries it took to even get here, and the key combinations needed to make sure you don't dead stop over the Elite. I had to hold W after I jumped and after I fired at him, otherwise it wouldn't work.
Not nearly as good as Zoo, but if I decide to run again I want to incorporate it in my Legendary runs.

I will re-export this again tonight and upload it when it's done to replace this video. I just wanted to get this up asap like I said in my comment, which I'll post below here. Not going to bother tagging until I get it re-exported.
So this will be a very techinical answer to specifically the wasteland captives, I apologize in advance for the wall of text, but if you're curious here you go.The Captives are apart of a faction in the GECK (Bethesda Editor) called FFSupermutantCaptiveVar(##) which can be HF, CF, CM, AF, AM, AAF, AAM, which probably is shorthand for where they're located. Their class is "villager", alignment neutral, disposition base 35, skilled in Barter, Medicine, Melee Weapons. Base health of 20, and calculated health of 35. They change factions when they're freed, they go from WastelandCaptiveFACTION to WastelandFreedCaptiveFACTION. Their AI data is Unagressive, Brave confidence, Helps nobody. The Quest Script removes them from the WastelandFreedCaptiveFaction, but after being freed they no longer ignore crime so they will respond to friendly fire, they're added to WastelanderFaction and also to WastelandFreedCaptiveFaction again. The script also checks for the timer, if there's no timer it sets the timer to 10 seconds, I'm assuming that this is the amount of time they want the captive to leave the screen and despawn in another cell. They also have a 50% chance to yell "This is hopeless" if GetRandomPercent greaterthan=50. I think despite them being apart of that WastelanderFaction, their AI Packages that get injected into that NPC aren't the typical wastelander/freedslave dialogue, however brief their life is anyway. They're supposed to get a "Default Wander Editor Location 512 or 2048, (number denotes how far away near their current location they're allowed to wander. The AI Package is an endless loop, and they're not proven to go anywhere except locations where they can either die of drowning (which I think is bugged after Oblivion), or die from enemies. In fact its the same kind of package for Oliver Swanick in New Vegas if you follow him, he just goes into the desert out by the rad-scorpions. The difference is that he can do "Fallout Behavior" as listed in the geck: (random conversations, hellos, observe combat behavior, reaction to player actions, friendly fire comments, aggro radius, allow idle chatter, avoid radiation). The only difference is that he's always cowering and stands in that spot forever until you move away enough for him to despawn or he dies to scorpions. What the F3 captives do get is FFSupermutantCaptiveRunAway, the Destination is: 'FFSupermutantCaptiveRuntoMARKER' in 'Wilderness' radius 2000. It is a package they: Must Complete, Must Reach Location, Always Run, Continue even during Combat, they cannot greet or say anything to the player, there is no change once they reach their destination, the script is supposed to stay active. I actually found one of the markers they're supposed to go to in the GECK, its in 'COC 0000127F', if you type that in the PC version it'll teleport you to that location, and its the top left hand corner of the map outside the normal play space, you have to actually edit the ini file to remove world borders in order to see where they're pointed to go to.
