high pressure sodium wall pack 150w Bigmyke0913 2013-08-23 | This is a demo of my 150 watt hps wall pack fixture. This fixture came with a medium base hps lamp. However I origionally decided to change the lampholder to a mogul base so that I could put a mogul base 150w lamp in it. The reason for this is because the medium bulb doesnt fit in the center of the fixture when it is screwed in. After wiring the mogul lampholder the same way as the medium, I turned it on, but nothing happened. Eventually I gave up and decided to keep the medium socket in the fixture because it works great with the medium base bulb, its just not in the center of the fixture. I did a wiring demo to show all of the parts and to see if anyone knows what the problem might be with the other socket.Anyway this video is showing the fixture turning on with the medium base hps lamp.
