Deltarune Chapter 5 - Unused Battle Theme (UST)MediaMore2026-06-21 | To clarify, this is a fanmade theme! I just thought it'd be fun to pretend this is an unused theme shared in a newsletter.
This theme was inspired by the Deltarune Chapter 5 trailer theme. It's a bit messy in places but I'm happy with how it turned out.

This song would play on the chapter's title screen. This is my third attempt at making this song in the past two years, and although it's a big departure from the original two versions, I think I'm finally permanently happy with how this has turned out, unlike the other versions which I grew to dislike more as time went on. Here's a link to how the song sounded before if you're interested: youtu.be/HtmY-2CU8aI/.
Although I know very little about the Deltaurne Ozymandias project, I've always been fond of this track by RVPine - particularly the way the climax builds - and at first wanted to try my hand at recreating it as a learning experience. In the end though, it turned out as a full-blown arrangement which differs a fair amount from the original. It's definitely messier than RVPine's variation and I struggled quite a lot making the strings and bass especially sound in-key when I couldn't work out what the original notes were. Hopefully it sounds alright though! 😁

I didn't really have a specific objective when making this, just to add some extra "bells and whistles" (no pun intended). Overall, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, although I owe a lot of that to the original song! --- Also, I apologize for the mediocre video itself, I literally just threw something together mainly using copyright-free images I found online. The ground that everyone is standing on is literally just a recolour of the ground at the end of Undertale lolIf I Made the Music for Terraria | DungeonMediaMore2022-05-01 | This is a fanmade alternate theme I made for the Dungeon in Terraria. I'm a little iffy on this one to be honest...on the one hand, it does genuinely sound like a dark and intimidating dungeon theme, and it's cool how the melancholic use of the Town Theme (1:22) ties into the lore of the game (which says that the dungeon used to be a thriving undeground city until the cultists invaded). Another neat detail in my opinion is how distorted voices at the end represent the forgotten souls of the dungeon's past residents. With that being said though, this song is definitely where my lack of proper music knowledge definitely starts to show..there are definitely a lot of moments that, while not technically off-key, sound very...off. I guess you could argue that it fits the twisted and distorted nature of the dungeon though. ----- Leitmotifs in this song: Underground Theme B (0:09) Dungeon Theme (0:27) Underground Theme A (1:02) Main Theme, Variation (1:04) Town Theme (1:22) ----- Background gameplay by PythonGB and thumbnail art by @Pixalahead/ HenriqueGabriel. ------ Description of the series: A little while ago, I had the thought of what the Terraria Music would sound like if I were the composer. Obviously - since I have very little musical knowledge - the answer would be "much worse", but I thought it would be fun to attempt to create some songs anyway. Keep in mind that I'm not trying to replicate Terraria's style at all here! I'm trying to keep it completely "fresh".
One thing I've always thought Terraria Music lacked was thematic connection - there are some links, such as how some of the Underground themes are essentially remixes of each-other, but I want to take the use of motifs and stuff one step further in my tracks. I think it would be cool if, for example, the Wall of Flesh theme included the Underground Theme (since the fight takes place in the underworld), the hallow and corruption themes (since the Wall of Flesh releases the spirits of light and dark when it is killed) and the "Main Theme" (because the Wall of Flesh dying is a significant milestone in a Terraria playthrough). If I Made the Music for Terraria | LUNATIC CULTISTMediaMore2022-04-16 | Update: Looking at the feedback in the comments, I've decided to make another song for Skeletron at a later date, and to change this song to be for just for the Lunatic Cultist, as I agree that it fits better for that boss, and the leitmotifs still make sense in the context of the cultist fight. Just ignore the fact that the video itself says skeletron lol
For this one I did some brushing up of the Terraria lore 😏. As it turns out, the dungeon actually used to be part of a thriving city until the Lunatic Cult invaded it and turned it into what it is today, cursing the Old Man. So, with that in mind, I decided to give this song a more "triumphant" vibe, which I think fits with the idea of freeing/liberating a once-great civilisation by defeating the cultists. As for the song by itself, I think I did a pretty good job! This is probably the most ambitious song I've made yet, especially for this series, hence why it sounds a bit unpolished. Some parts also sound a bit cluttered as well. Overall, though, like I said, I think I did an alright job for my skill level.

It's ok I guess, but I have mixed feelings about it. On the one hand, I do think I achieved the vibe I was going for, and the piano part at the end sounds very pretty. I also quite like the part where the saw and steel drums play in harmony and then both end on the same note. On the other hand, the drums sound a bit amateurish, the sawwave doesn't fit that well with the rest of the song, and the melodies just sound a little...nonsensical I guess? Overall, I much prefer the Ocean song I made the other week, but this one isn't terrible. The drums were somewhat inspired by "Hanging with the Boys" from Omori. There's also one part which sounds a bit like that song from Kung Fu Panda as well 😎

It's a really stupid idea, I know, but I think the idea for a Minecraft/Deltarune crossover has some slight potential (at least for some cool music) so I've decided to make my own hypothetical "fan soundtrack" based on the idea.
This song would play as the gang (Kris, Susie, Noelle and Berdly) explore through the next area in the chapter: a Mushroom Island.
I'm honestly super happy with this one. It could probably do with some cleaning up in some parts (the bass is too loud), but it's definitely a massive improvement compared to "Red City of Dreams".

This relaxing theme would play inside the Flower Store within the Red City of Dreams. The Flower Store would actually be an attempted replica by Kris of Asgore's flower shop back in hometown, which is why they get annoyed by Noelle pointing out that it isn't very good! While this is a very simple track, I honestly think this is one of the nicest-sounding songs I've made, and I'm very pleased with how it's turned out.

It is a remake of a track that I made a few months ago. Although the first thirty seconds is a bit boring, I am very proud of the rest of the track! The way the track slowly builds up is supposed to "represent" the player exploring and discovering more and more things as they explore the Underground.

But, today, I gave it another listen and realized it wasn't quite as bad as I thought. It could be a bit longer, though!
