Acceleration and deceleration values are commonly reported as a proportion of the acceleration due to gravity (g). This acceleration is about 9.8 meters/second/second (32.2 feet/second/second), which means that the velocity of an object dropped from a high elevation increases by approximately 9.8 meters/second (32.2 feet/second) each second it falls. Stolen Colorado State Patrol Vehicle Ends in Fatal Crash, Public Endangered By Actions Of CSP Ghost Writer 2023-06-29 | video released by Colorado State Patrol shows they endangered public by using stop sticks to stop one of their own vehicles that was stolen by stopping vehicles directly behind where stop sticks were used that caused crash of the patrol vehicle they were chasing. the line of cars and trucks stopped by the patrol vehicle deploying the stop sticks were all put in danger of the enevitable crash of when the stolen patrol car driving at over 100mph hit the sticks causing tires to blow out and complete loss of control of the vehicle. Most agencies will discontinue pursuit of a stolen vehicle if it endangers the public to do so, but as it was one of their own vehicles you know they would not do that.
