Additionally, if you've gone through ever exit in the game (including defeating Bowser) then your game file should have a 96 with a star next to it. This indicates that you have completed 100% of the game.

You'll need to bring a Yoshi into the level (any color will do).
When going for the 4th Coin, you'll need to be careful as sometimes the Fuzzies/platforms disappear. This can be seen in the video as when I try to go back after grabbing the coin, but there is no Fuzzy to jump on (it disappeared). I return to the right a little to make that left area go off screen and when I try to get left again a Fuzzy and a platform appear.
Coin #1 (0:00) - Hit the first switch so that it is off.
Coin #2 (0:24) - Under the yellow pipe.
Coin #3 (0:34) - At the end of the platform track
Coin #4 (0:40) - After the wings block. See above note.

If you're intending to get the Dragon Coins then you'll need to bring a Yoshi into the level. If you're just trying to beat the level then I still recommend bringing a Yoshi, but one can be found in this level if you go down the tube seen at 0:24. You'll need to avoid hitting the first 2 switches and then hit the 3rd and 4th to reach it.
Get the first 3 Dragon Coins along the moving platform by changing the first 2 switches only. Then grab the wings in the block with Yoshi to get the remaining 4 in the flying area.
Coin #1 (0:00) - Hit the first switch so that it is off.
Coin #2 (0:24) - Under the yellow pipe.
Coin #3 (0:34) - At the end of the platform track

If you insist on going through the Front Door then the level consists of you being presented with 4 doors, each leading to a different area. After picking one and completing it you are once again presented with 4 more doors. After completing one of those rooms you will find yourself in a dark room. This is where you start if you choose to go through the Back Door. I recommend choosing rooms 2 and 5. For room 5, stand close to the first Skewer and count the spikes on the left side as it moves upward. Start running shortly after the 3rd spike on the left appears out of the ground.
Bowser Fight (1:15) - The fight occurs in 3 stages. During each stage Bowser will fly around and periodically toss 1 or 2 Mechakoopa onto the ground. You need to jump onto them to smush them and then pick them up and throw them into the air so that they hit Bowser. After hitting him twice per stage the some fire will rain down and Peach will throw a Mushroom at you.
During the first 2 stages you don't need to dodge Bowser so long as you're standing on the ground as he doesn't fly low enough to hit you.
During the 2nd stage Bowser will drop Big Steelies onto you which can be jumped over.
During the 3rd stage he bounces on the ground which you must dodge. While he is flying around you can touch the side of his Koopa Clown Car without taking damage, but touching the propeller WILL hurt you so be careful of that. After successfully hitting him a total of 6 times, he will be defeated.

Coin #3 (0:38) - Above the diagonal line of yellow blocks.
Coin #4 (0:42) - Underneath the previous coin. Get P-switch from the yellow block that is 3rd from the top.
Coin #5 (0:46) - In the pipe area, wait until the P-switch music starts the 8th cycle before you fall down. If you hear the little chime just before the timer stops then you waited too long. Alternatively, if you have the cape then you can just drop down the left as soon as you press the P-switch and then just fly your way back up after the coins turn back into blocks.
In you want to get all the goodies in the pipe area, but don't have the cape then wait until the P-switch music hits the 8th cycle to get the feather.
If you already have cape at start of pipe area then drop against the left wall as soon as you hit the P-switch. You can then fly up to each level. The goodies (from bottom level upwards) are as follows:

Level 10 has 5 coins

Level 7 has 5 1-Ups
Level 6 has mushroom

Section 2: Complete section 2 with at least 250 seconds left on the clock. I highly recommend having at least the cape to get through this section speedily. Having Yoshi as well is a plus.
