Πηγαίνω or πάω and έρχομαι. Today we’re learning everyday Greek expressions using these two verbs. Let’s go!
If you’ve been learning Greek for a little while, you’ve probably noticed that sometimes when you hear the language, you know the individual words, but you don’t understand the meaning of the conversation. This might happen because in Greece, when we speak, we often use a lot of everyday idiomatic expressions.
For example, if I say, “Τι πάει να πει ειλικρίνεια?” you might not understand what I mean. But if I say, “What does the word ειλικρίνεια mean?” I’m sure you’ll get it.
Before you watch the lesson , make sure to subscribe to my channel because I’m here every Monday. And don’t forget to download the free PDF I’ve created with all the expressions we’ll learn today.
