However, the RTX 5050 really likes to be overclocked.
Today we are featuring a relatively cheap model from Asus, the RTX 5060 Asus Dual with 8GB GDD6, but the tutorial will work for any RTX 5050 no matter the brand.
We used MSI Afterburner, here's the download link: msi.com/page/Afterburner

Here's the vertical mount kit I used: amzn.to/4gNHve3
My plan to paint the 5090 now is: fan hub stickers, white fan blades, black-to-white shroud

Today I’m showing you a hidden tweak called Timer Resolution that can literally increase FPS, improve 1% and 0.1% lows AND lower input latency ALL AT THE SAME TIME.
All of this without any extra overclocking, undervolting, or hardware changes.
This method has been around for a while, but barely anyone uses it properly. It does give you an actual edge in competitive gaming (Apex Legends, Fortnite, Call of Duty, CS2, Valorant, etc.)
Disclaimer: Some anti-cheats may flag these Timer Resolution tweaks, so test carefully. If your game doesn’t support it, just disable it.
I kept this tutorial short and easy to follow, with all the necessary files linked here:

In this video, I show you two different methods to safely paint your RAM sticks:
-The traditional heatsink removal method (slower, riskier).
-My faster & safer full-stick spray method.
Here's the paint I recommend: amzn.to/41XyhpI
This is a very easy way to give your build a unique, custom look without breaking the bank. Whether you want an all-white setup or something artistic, painting your RAM can take your build to the next level.
⚠️ Pro tip: always use non-conductive paint and mask pins/connectors properly.

In this video I test exactly that setup:
-Z690 DDR4 Motherboard
-32GB 4x8 Kingston Fury Renegade DDR4 4400 CL19:
-i9-14900K fully tuned
📊 The results? Lower frame times, faster responsiveness, and even performance above the 9950X3D in some cases... all while spending less on RAM and motherboard.
👉I also share my exact DDR4 timings and voltages so you can copy the profile and boost your own rig!

In this review I test it against the older Liquid Freezer II on a very power hungry i9-14900K, and the results are INSANE:
• Massive thermal improvement (–15°C under load)
• Quieter fans at full speed
• very good VRM cooling
• Super easy 2-minute installation
If you’re looking for the best performing AIO without wasting money on an overpriced LCD screen, this is it.
