The campaign was originally created in 1987 after the 1986 murder of 11-year-old Alison Parrott by Francis Carl Roy. He had called various families with the last name Parrott in Toronto, looking for Alison. When Alison answered the phone, he pretended to be a photographer who wanted Alison, a track-and-field athlete, for a photo shoot. Sadly, she never returned home.

This PSA advises you to not get into cars with strangers or go anywhere with them.

A boy is shown looking at his new Pokémon cards that he just purchased from a convenience store, but his Charizard Pokémon card gets blown away by the wind and he tries to chase after it. He attempts to get his card back but he eventually gives up, runs out of breath and his new Pokémon card vanishes.

"Stay fit. 'Cause you never know."

The music was later used in the 2004 film "The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie".

The PSA is filmed at Elm St and King St in Toronto, Ontario outside the former Olympic Grocery & Variety and Olympic Movies & Cleaners stores.
