In an effective but costly counterattack led by Poe Dameron, Resistance fighters manage to destroy a First Order dreadnought. The Resistance vessels jump into hyperspace but the First Order pursue them using a tracking device. Kylo Ren, Leia's son, destroys the Resistance support fighters, but hesitates to fire at the lead Resistance ship, after sensing his mother's presence. However, TIE fighters destroy the bridge of the ship, killing several Resistance leaders and incapacitating Leia, who only survives by using the Force. Command falls to Vice Admiral Holdo. Disapproving of Holdo's passive strategy, with the support of Poe, Finn, BB-8, and mechanic Rose Tico embark on a secret mission to disable the tracking device.Meanwhile, Rey has arrived on remote Ahch-To, with Chewbacca and R2-D2 aboard the Millennium Falcon, to recruit Luke Skywalker to the Resistance. Disillusioned by the failures of the Jedi and under self-imposed exile from the Force, Luke refuses, even after he learns from Rey of Han Solo's death. Unknown to Luke, Rey and Kylo begin communicating through telepathic visions. Prompted by R2-D2, Luke agrees to teach Rey the ways of the Force. Luke and Kylo give Rey differing accounts of the incident that turned Kylo to the dark side; Luke confesses that he momentarily contemplated killing Kylo upon sensing that Supreme Leader Snoke had corrupted him, causing Kylo to destroy Luke's emergent Jedi Order in retaliation. Rey draws the TIE fighters away with the Falcon, while Rose prevents Finn from completing a suicide run against the enemy siege cannon, which blasts a hole in the Resistance fortress.Luke appears and confronts the First Order so the surviving Resistance fighters can escape. Kylo orders the First Order forces to fire on Luke to no effect, then engages Luke in a lightsaber duel. Kylo strikes Luke but realizes he has been fighting Luke's Force projection. Luke tells Kylo he will not be the last Jedi, while Rey uses the Force to help the Resistance fighters escape on the Falcon. On Ahch-To, an exhausted Luke vanishes into the Force. Leia reassures everyone that the rebellion has all it needs to rise again. In a short glimpse on the Falcon, it is revealed that Rey has taken the books from the Jedi temple with her. At Canto Bight, one of the children who helped Finn and Rose escape grabs a broom with the Force and gazes into space.

A subsequent comic-book sales bust, however, prompted Marvel to end Epic in 1994.[ In late 1995, the line was temporarily brought back to complete the reprinting of the Akira manga. Epic was ended again when that series was completed in early 1996.
MOTORSOULE Kym Syn aka Froyo 2017-05-04 | MOTORSOULE is not your typical Orange County, tattooed, wife beater, and chain wallet wearing, “I used to get loaded with Mike Ness” bragging bunch of idiot musicians. MOTORSOULE is everything a great Rock band should be. High volume, bright lights, antagonistic, in your face Rock and Roll! MOTORSOULE is goddamned loud and goddamned dangerous! Formed out of the remains of The Wheels, Johnny Monster, Tripwire, Dirt Clod Fight, and other O.C. bands either too famous or too shameful to mention, MOTORSOULE have been around for a few years. This final and undoubtedly the best incarnation of MOTORSOULE have been at it less than a year. After listening to their self-produced, self-titled, and self-released CD, and seeing them live, you get the feeling they’ve been around forever, and you’re even more amazed knowing that this isn’t the case. I’d say MOTORSOULE has got to be the most conceptually perfect band since KISS. And that just makes MOTORSOULE that much more intriguing.The closest I can come to labeling MOTORSOULE would be to describe their sound, and their image as “Punk Rock and Roll” (But don’t you dare call them Punk!). Their sound and their style is reminiscent of legendary bands like X, The Flesheaters, The Dead Boys, and early Pretenders. Their highly stylized guitar riffs have that unmistakable “Groovy Ghoulies” vibe to them courtesy of Guitar God Dan and his masterful six string stylings. In addition to that there’s the obvious cartoon influence carried over by ex-Johnny Monster bass player, now MOTORSOULE guitarist Shane. Like Stiv Bators before him, vocalist Ricki Menace is a scary little sucker, and I get the feeling that one of these days he’s gonna hurt himself, or someone else with his onstage antics (Watch where you swing that microphone stand!). Although unintentionally and not blatantly, Ricki showcases a voice that sounds a lot like Jello Biafra. It’s a good thing though, and it’s one of the many parts of the synthesis that works to create the sound that is pure MOTORSOULE.What MOTORSOULE have done with their self-titled CD is thrown in all their best influences, their own deft musical and songwriting skills, and the ability to get the desired effect onto CD. They’ve bravely entered into the unknown and come out with something unique and of EPIC proportions here. The overall sound is amazing and professional, yet not an “overproduced” production. MOTORSOULE has mixed 12 raucous songs into an awesome sonic landscape that entices you to go for a second and third spin, and eventually makes you want to hit the replay button and listen until you get tired of it. Which of course, you never do.MOTORSOULE live is like a Rock and Roll lounge act set to killer music. Their shows are quickly becoming the stuff that legends are made of. MOTORSOULE incorporates pieces of glitter, glitz, and gore galore into their Rock and Roll spectacle. Rogue One : A Star Wars Story SPOILERS Kym Syn aka Froyo 2016-12-18 | Research scientist Galen Erso and his family are in hiding when Orson Krennic, Director of Advanced Weapons Research for the Imperial Military, comes to take Galen to forcibly work on Krennic's unfinished Death Star, a space station capable of destroying entire planets. After his wife is killed, their daughter Jyn escapes and is taken into safety by Saw Gerrera. Fifteen years later, Bodhi Rook, an Imperial cargo shuttle pilot, defects and smuggles a holographic message from Galen for the Rebel Alliance to Gerrera on the planet Jedha. An adult Jyn is freed from Imperial captivity by the Rebels, who plan to use her to track down her father, then kill him to prevent the weapon being completed.Jyn and Rebel officer Cassian Andor and his droid K-2SO arrive on Jedha to find Gerrera, where his Partisans are engaged in an armed insurgency against the Empire, which is extracting khyber crystals from the planet for their superweapon. With the aid of blind warrior Chirrut Îmwe and mercenary Baze Malbus, Jyn finds Gerrera, who is holding Rook. Saw shows her the hologram, in which her father expresses his love for her and discloses his coerced help on the project. The hologram also reveals that her father covertly compromised the Death Star's design by including a subtle vulnerability in its reactor that can be used to destroy it. He tells her that the plans are at an Imperial high-security data bank on the planet Scarif.Grand Moff Tarkin meets with Krennic on the Death Star and expresses skepticism about the project and its management. As a demonstration, Krennic uses a low-powered shot from the weapon to destroy Jedha's capital and crush the insurgency led by Gerrera, forcing Jyn and her group to flee with Rook, while Gerrera elects to remain and die with the city. Tarkin congratulates Krennic, then uses security breaches under Krennic's command as a pretext to take over control of the project.Jyn tracks her father to an Imperial research facility, but he is mortally wounded in a Rebel bombing raid and dies in her arms. Just before the attack, he admits to Krennic that he was responsible for the leak but does not state the nature of the leaked message. Krennic evacuates the planet and the Rebels leave in a stolen Imperial cargo shuttle.Jyn proposes a plan to steal the Death Star schematics from Scarif, but with her father and Gerrera dead and the hologram destroyed, the Rebel leadership have no way of verifying her story and cannot agree on a plan. Frustrated at their inaction, Jyn, Andor, K-2SO, and a number of rebels use the stolen Imperial shuttle to raid the data bank themselves. As the three search for the design plans, the rest of their team set off explosives and commence firing in the nearby landing area in order to distract the resident Imperial garrison. They are joined off-planet by part of the Rebel fleet, which has belatedly decided to help by attacking the space station that controls a shield gate to the planet, and also by Krennic who aims to review all of Galen's communications to discover what information had been sent by Galen and restore his reputation. Jyn obtains the schematics from the data vaults while K-2SO is destroyed fending off stormtroopers. Rook, Îmwe, Malbus and several Rebels are overwhelmed and killed in the process and Jyn is confronted by Krennic, who declares the Empire's inevitable victory, only to be shot by Andor.Tarkin decides to use the Death Star to destroy the compromised base, while Jyn uses the base communication system to send the Death Star schematics to the Alliance command ship in the space battle above; Krennic, Jyn and Andor die as the base is annihilated. As the Rebel fleet are in the process of retreating, an Imperial fleet led by Darth Vader intercepts the rebel ships, and Vader boards the command ship to retrieve the schematic plans. As they fight for control, a blockade runner manages to escape with the plans in the possession of Princess Leia, who acknowledges they will provide hope.

Rumlow commits suicide with a bomb. Wanda tries to displace the blast into the sky but it devastates a nearby building, killing a number of Wakandan humanitarian workers.At the team's headquarters, U.S. Secretary of State Thaddeus Ross informs the Avengers that the United Nations is preparing to pass the Sokovia Accords, which will establish an international governing body to oversee and control the Avengers. The team is divided: Tony Stark supports oversight because he feels responsible for creating Ultron and the destruction the android brought to Sokovia while Rogers has more faith in his own judgment than the government.At the conference in Vienna where the accords are to be ratified, a bomb kills King T'Chaka of Wakanda. T'Chaka's son T'Challa vows to kill the bomber, whom security footage indicates is Barnes. Sharon Carter tips Rogers off to Barnes' whereabouts and that the authorities don't plan to take him alive. Rogers and Wilson track Barnes to his hideout in Bucharest and attempt to protect him from German commandos and T'Challa. Rogers, Wilson, Barnes, and T'Challa are captured. Colonel Helmut Zemo infiltrates the facility and uses Hydra's trigger words to activate Barnes's brainwashing. He questions Barnes about the 1991 mission, and then sends him on a rampage that allows Rogers and Wilson to escape. Rogers stops Barnes and sneaks him away. When Barnes regains his senses, he explains that Zemo is heading for the Siberian Hydra facility where Barnes was held, where other Winter Soldiers are kept in cryogenic sleep.Rogers recruits Wanda, Clint Barton, and Scott Lang to help him hunt Zemo. Stark convinces Ross to let him bring his renegade comrades in, and assembles Romanoff, T'Challa, James Rhodes, and Vision, as well as Peter Parker. Stark and his team intercept Rogers' team at Leipzig/Halle Airport, resulting in a huge battle, during which Romanoff allows Rogers and Barnes to escape. The rest of Rogers's team is captured while Rhodes is paralyzed after being inadvertently shot down by Vision.Before disappearing, Romanoff tells Stark that Barnes was framed by Zemo, and Stark later finds evidence confirming this. Stark follows Rogers and Barnes to the Siberian Hydra facility, and is shadowed by T'Challa. They discover that the other Winter Soldiers have been killed by Zemo, who is Sokovian and wants to punish the Avengers for his family's deaths. He shows them footage revealing it was Stark's parents whom Barnes killed in 1991. Enraged to learn that Rogers was aware of this, Stark turns on Barnes. In the resulting fight, Stark blasts off Barnes' robotic arm and Rogers disables Stark's armor. Rogers departs with Barnes and leaves his shield, built by Stark's father, behind. Satisfied that he has irreparably fractured the Avengers, Zemo attempts suicide, but T'Challa apprehends him.In the aftermath, Stark provides Rhodes with exoskeletal leg braces to let him walk again. Rogers breaks his comrades out of detainment and flees to Wakanda, where T'Challa grants them asylum and Barnes chooses to be frozen until a cure for his brainwashing can be found. In a post-credits scene, Parker is recovering from his injuries when his web-shooters project a Spider-Man symbol on his bedroom ceiling.
