GTA Melancholia
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (PS4): EM HPV1000
updated
All you have to do is find a Tow Truck and take it to the cemetery. Once you arrive and find the Admiral, shoot at the funeral to fail the mission. Now just simply tow the Admiral to a garage.
There's also an AP/EC2 Admiral found in this mission with an invisible second color of brown. Requires a mission failure or om0 to pass. Then there's a second AP/EC2 Admiral found in "You've Had Your Chips" with its second color being blue. This one is easily obtained by passing the mission.
This particular Admiral is outdated but still a classic. It'll go in the inferior playlist. Also the Ballas were annoying in this video. Shouldn't even be spawning on Grove Street, anyway.

The Voodoo you chase is EC2 but the unique second color can't be seen in game. You can obtain that and the FP Greenwood if you'd like.
As this is Sweet's Greenwood, it is actually EC2 - the roof is a unique color. This is the first proofed EC2 Greenwood you can obtain in San Andreas, but definitely the worst. Later on you can find a BP/FP Greenwood (in "House Party"), DP/EP/FP/MP Greenwood (in "Reuniting the Families"), and finally, the AP Greenwood in the final mission. You could even make an EP/FP Greenwood using "Gray Imports" if wanted.
Also of note, there's a AP Greenwood also found in "Reuniting the Families", but with no unique colors. So many unique Greenwoods.
Very useless vehicle, but I still wanted it recorded for the Inferior Vehicle playlist.
From "The Da Nang Thang". An interesting, much shorter way to obtain the AP Maverick vs the undrowning method, but at the cost of an extra mission attempt.
It's simple: get om0 using Blood Bowl, release the phone call when talking to the guy at the gym, then accepting the gym moves while in the menu for fast food. Then start the mission, then exit the food menu before CJ hops in. Now just pull the pilot out and kill him to fail the mission, and then fly your AP Maverick to a garage.
The reason I recorded this method is simple: I think it's very interesting that there's a fail state for killing the helicopter pilot. Under normal circumstances, I don't think there's a way to do it otherwise. Pretty neat.
As mentioned, you can obtain this with mission passage by using an undrowning method. Otherwise, there's other, shorter AP Mavericks to be found in the game. One of them is even AP/EC/EC2.
Undrowning Method: youtu.be/jDhqv2QSu38?si=rwCL10wo7oEhuvgv
To use OM0 for this mission, you have to resort to using a call from Denise. Girlfriend calls are a little weird to explain, but simply put, if Denise is the only girlfriend you have, it's pretty easy to use. If a Girlfriend calls, she'll always call at an exact time (in my case, 16:46). I was able to get my game to save at around 16:07, which gave me enough time to run to the stadium and get prepared before she called. To do that, I saved to advance time until I got a desired time. Which was a lot of saves in the stats, but oh well.
Next, you must hold the phone call down until you start "Reuniting the Families". After the cutscene ends, you can release it. You'll be on mission zero. Advance through the mission til you're on the roof of the Motel and shoot the no proof Police Maverick down.
From here, head over and get a firetruck. Drive up the steps and spray Sweet off the roof of the motel toward the parking lot. Try to get at least the front wheels of the truck on the rail so you can shoot him in the right direction. Note that if it gets stuck and you get out, it WILL be impounded. Just a warning if you have vehicles in the LSPD impound. But anyway, spray Sweet up the road, toward Glen Park. Once you get a little ways away from the Motel, drive close to him so he tells CJ to gollow him. You dont have to spray him far - just enough to give you time to get to the hospital before Sweet gets to the Motel.
Keep an eye on Sweet on the map. Once he starts heading down the side of the motel on the mini map, get ready to collect the Info Icon. The usage of the info icon looks like it may be very luck based, but it's really not if you keep an eye on Sweet's marker on the map.
If timed correctly, you'll gain control of CJ while he's still outside of the Greenwood. Now, you want to avoid entering the car as the game will still have CJ try to enter. Just hold the sprint button and try jumping around. CJ should avoid it. If done correctly, the game camera will lock on Ryder and Smoke in the car. To fix the camera, just enter the nearby clothes store. You'll have to use the mini-map, but it's not too hard to do.
From here, go and kill Smoke and Ryder in the car, then use the car to hop on top of the nearby building. I blow it up but that's probably not required. The EP/FP Police Maverick is actually on this roof unlocked, but invisible. You can mark it using Satchels.
Get in it and fly the invisible helicopter to a garage. I use Santa Maria, but you can use Doherty since it's unlocked from the beginning of the game. If you want to store it in Santa Maria, I suggest using a big vehicle to push it in; like a Firetruck, as seen in the video. Smaller cars seem to struggle pushing it in. Either way, once the garage door closes, then go and start "Reuniting the Families" again. You have to start it carefully, though. Otherwise, you might triple dupe the mission, which crashes the game. So I always enter the marker right at the edge facing Sweet's house. I've never had it crash this way. Now just complete the mission as normal, then go verify the EP/FP Maverick in your garage. It'll still be invisible, but opening and closing it will make it visible again.
Using OM0 (but with a death), you can obtain an AP Police Maverick from this same mission. Otherwise you can convert one using an AP conversion. If those aren't for you, you can steal a Police Maverick early from a 4 star wanted level, then make it EP/FP using "Gray Imports". Tricky, but doable. Whether you deem this video inferior or not is up to you. Either way, I'll put it in the Inferior Vehicles playlist.

Part 1 showed the garages from Los Santos, Countryside, Las Venturas, and Verdant Meadows. This video starts from Fort Carson through San Fierro.
A few more random notes. I actually lost the AP Picador at one point after obtaining an RC vehicle and had to re convert it. No big deal.
Like my first save, I kept Millie alive just because. I went to the gym a lot in this save for vehicle purposes. And since I was using OM0 a bunch, I decided to go for zero resprays by passing "Drive By" without it. Not a big difference but it was just a fun thing to do.
In all honesty, I could have gotten more vehicles (like more random AP conversions or NE vehicles), but honestly I just didn't feel like futzing with the Impound garages this time around. I kept it more casual but it still proved to be frustrating at times. I can just do another save one day if I feel like it but we'll see.
My next video ideas are to explore the EP/FP Police Maverick and that BP/FP/EP/DP Leviathan founded by @AliceMetaxas-w3q
Part 2: youtu.be/XBxnYOupAM4?si=UlfIWWohEsKg11YL
And finally I have finished another save for the delisted PS4 version of San Andreas (played on PS5). My first save from a few years ago mainly focused on AP and EC vehicles without OM0. This save gathered up OM0 vehicles, EC2 vehicles, plus some other odds and ends. It's a rather weird save with some of my choices.
Stats are pretty bad but I'm not too concerned; I preferred to obtain vehicles as opposed to just using conversions. As a result, there's 7 deaths and many failed missions. For example, i failed Architectural Espionage a bunch of times for camera pick ups. I wasnt thinking when obtaining the EC boats and racked up many extra mission attempts.
I died once for the AP Greenwood, Tanker, and Trailer, once for the "Mutant" Greenwood and Police Maverick, once for the EC2 Sentinel, once for the Andromada (couldn't pull off the OM0 method), twice for the two NE conversions for the Hotring Racers (for ease), and once for the EP/FP Tornado.
For the 4 AP Photo Opportunity vehicles, 3 AP High Stakes, Low Rider vehicles, and EC2 Washington I used conversions to avoid permanent blips (I didn't feel like stacking temporary blips to obtain). The AP Shamal is also converted because the method to obtain it crashes on PlayStation. I converted the Hotrings and Vortexes to AP because without proofings they're pretty weak. I converted the NE Coach and Bloodring Banger to AP just to make them more special. And I made the EC2 Club AP because Millie shows up in an AP Feltzer instead of a Club.
Majority of the EC2 vehicles aren't visible in game. A few vehicles I obtained in my first save but got them again just for fun. I got the AP Petrol Truck again just because it felt weird having the AP Tanker without it. I just kept the pink AP Greenwood for no particular reason - guess I just like the Greenwood. I got the Feltzer from Millie just because it was the one missing girlfriend car. I have both of those cars in superior form in my first save. I got the "Mutant" vehicles because of nostalgia, I guess.
The most annoying vehicles to obtain in this save were the RC Tiger and the EP/FP Tornado. For the EP/FP Tornado, after days of trying, I resorted to using the Bomb Shop Death method.
I actually got the EP/FP RC Bandit on my second try (would have been my first try if the Fort Carson garage didn't have that area that doesn't save vehicles). I used an alternate route back to the safehouse by beaching the Bandit at Toreno's Ranch and shooting over the train tracks. Much easier and quicker.
And now, for the garage layout. I tried to group cars together as best as possible:
Ganton: AP BF-400, AP Mountain Bike, AP Greenwood, DP/EP/FP/MP/EC2/EM "Mutant" Greenwood
El Corona: EP/FP Tornado, EC2 Remington, EC2 Voodoo, EC2 Nebula

Doherty: AP Police Maverick, AP Feltzer, AP/EC2 Club, AP/NE Bloodring Banger
Hashbury: AP Tanker, AP Tanker Trailer, AP Berkley's RC Van, EC2 Huntley
Calton Heights: EC2 ZR-350, EC2 Sultan, EC2 Manana, FP Kart

Weirdly, despite not really being important, you actually need to fail the mission to keep it; it always vanishes if you pass the mission. So when you pick up Sweet, simply kill him and the EC2 Vincent is yours.
As mentioned, this EC2 Vincent is inferior. You can get a Vincent with the same EC2 Black color but with an added EC color at any time from the Mafia thugs that come after you when you go into debt at the Casino. No mission failures required (just the loss of all your money), plus the visible EC makes that the superior Vincent to obtain by far.
Here's a video on how to obtain: youtu.be/3JcE06gZntU?si=sh49DLQvxecCaudF
The NE Coach has always interested me for some reason. To get it to spawn as NE, it's as simple as having a vehicle or two with no extras in your Dillimore garage (I chose a Greenwood and PCJ-600). Then save and reload. When you step outside, open your garage, then run over to where the Coach spawns nearby. It should have no advertisement on it.
According to the gta wiki, the Coach does not spawn at The Welcome Pump on PC. Other ways to get an NE Coach is to use Vigilante or "The Meat Business" conversion.
To obtain, start "GO-GO Karting" then just sit at the at the starting line and wait for the others to finish. When they do, go up and jack one of them. Now just double drive it to a garage. Hashbury is closest, but I go to Doherty in this video. When it's in the garage, just let the game disqualify you for being out of your vehicle. Then go back and confirm the Kart.
Like I said, it's a bit more interesting than the other FP race vehicles, but still pretty useless these days with the AP conversions.
To obtain, hold the button for a phone call right as it's ringing as you enter the Blood Bowl marker. Hold that button throughout and let it fail. Then, drive to the SF gym and enter the marker where you learn new moves. Instead of pressing left or right, let go of the phone call button and run away. The guys inside will dupe, and the prompt to press "Yes" or "No" will vanish. Now, don't press either of those buttons, and drive to the SF Airport. Once you're on the ticket screen, wait for the phone to ring. Hold the phone call again and choose a destination. As it's about to take off, wait a second or two and accept the fight. You'll be able to exit the plane.
One of two things will hopefully happen. It won't say "press x to skip flight". If this happens, you can sprint and accelerate. But if does say that, you can't press that button. You'll have to jog and back up when in a vehicle. Either way, steal a vehicle from the docks area and drive to the Zero mission marker. Make sure you're still holding the phone call. Enter the marker and skip the first cutscene. The second will start, and your controller will be vibrating like crazy. This means you are successfully OM0, as the RC plane is firing. Eventually, the plane you bought a ticket for will land and you'll teleport to the airport.
Now you can get the Mountain Bike in two ways. The way in the video is convenient since the EP/FP Mountain Bike is driven directly in front of Zero's. If this is the case, start a second instance of "Supply Lines..." and skip the first cutscene. The second cutscene will show the duplicated Berkley's RC Van, so go ahead and skip that one too. Then start pressing the self destruct button (Circle on PS2) until the RC Baron blows up. Then you'll respawn, and the guy on the Bike should be in front of you still. Jack it and take it to a garage. Before saving, press the self destruct button again; the screen will fade to black quickly. Now it's safe to save.
The other way of obtaining the EP/FP Mountain Bike is to simply find the guy, steal it, then take it to Zero's. The button to exit vehicles won't work at this time, so you'll have to crash into a wall nearby to dismount. Otherwise, the rest of the method is the same.
There's EP/FP versions of both Berkley's RC Van and a Sanchez also found in this mission that are also inferior. The Sanchez has been a bit trickier since it's usually a further distance away and crashing into a wall doesn't seem to dismount CJ for whatever reason. I have seen the EP/FP Sanchez drive in front of Zero's once before, but that seems to be rare.
As mentioned, all these EP/FP vehicles are inferior. An AP Mountain Bike can be found in "Beat the Cock" (and an even more inferior version in the Chiliad Challenges). An AP Berkley's RC Van is found in this same mission, and the AP Sanchez can be found a few other times (plus an EP/FP Sanchez is in "End of the Line").
Here's the video for the AP Mountain Bike: youtu.be/IRhEEJ-C6yM?si=XyhCpnOqFVfchjKn
And the even more inferior FP Mountain Bike: youtu.be/JeUWVOd3ids?si=a84m1MxI4VK9Bx8X
To trigger a Two Timing Date is tough to explain, but I'll give a brief rundown. If you are dating more than one girl AND the scripts are active, then when you complete/fail the goal of the date (like going to the bar with Denise as seen in this video), there's a 50% chance of a jealous girlfriend showing up. There's a 7 second window for them to spawn in.
But the problem is that disabling the scripts is very easy. For example, simply completing a date is enough to permanently disable it, making it impossible to obtain their AP vehicles without conversions. There's ways to date without disabling them; one way being as seen in the video by spawning a jealous girlfriend then having them catch you during the cutscene where you drop your girlfriend off. Otherwise, the easiest way to keep the scripts active is to just never date them until you get the vehicles you want.
I'll post a link to the original gtaforums topic where these vehicles were discovered (back in 2009? Time sure flies). More in depth explanations can be found in there: gtaforums.com/topic/424135-proofed-cars-from-jealous-girlfriends
Anyway, Millie shows up in an AP Feltzer, which is actually inferior since you can get an AP/EC2 Feltzer in End of the Line. But you can collect it the same as you would the rest of the AP girlfriend vehicles by using a Tow Truck. Pretty simple. After, I show off the proofings.
Here are videos for the superior Feltzer, plus the rest of the girlfriend vehicles:

After the AP Maverick gets shot down, swim to land and drive to one of the aforementioned undrowning zones (I chose the one in Flint County). I also grab a Patriot to make driving on the water's floor a bit easier. Still a pain though.
Once you arrive, take the guy out of the Maverick to make pushing easier. Then using CJ (or a vehicle if it makes it) push it to the nearby spot to get it out of the water. This isn't very hard, but it takes a little bit of time.
Once you got it out of the water, get in and fly it to either the Hashbury or Doherty garage. Just push it in and then go finish the mission. Once done, go and confirm it before saving.
Ignore the pauses throughout the video: a few times I was just confirming where to go. And the pause at 49 minutes in was because I lost track of how long I was recording. Since the PS5 only records up to an hour, I started a new recording to make sure I didn't lose any footage. Then I just combined the clips. In the end it didn't even matter since it's under an hour anyway, but better safe than sorry.
I'm not 100% sure who founded the method, but the first time I remember seeing it was by Champion back in the day. Here's part1 of his videos: youtu.be/kq4akXgN-TE?si=OqR96Hh1CYFRuHgN
There's three other AP Mavericks found in San Andreas; one of them is AP/EC/EC2 (also found in San Fierro). So you may want to skip the AP Maverick seen in this video. Even though you can get it with mission passage, the one in "Misappropriation" is much easier to get. The choice is yours.
AP Maverick (Mission Pass): youtu.be/USENHS_Dmks?si=o_EMwKZPwItEh7gS

It's as simple as grabbing a Tow Truck, killing the guy and collecting the dossier, then towing the AP Maverick to a garage. Pretty easy.
There's 3 other AP Mavericks found in San Andreas; one of them is found in this same mission. Here's a few links:
AP/EC/EC2 Maverick (With Death): youtu.be/oIa6Dzb5lw4?si=Ze_YsUgqwRKuzvH3

"Misappropriation"'s second AP Maverick: youtu.be/tktKHTx1aYI?si=9B56n2iZC4UrjlCu
You need a tractor in the Prickle Pine garage - the tow truck apparently doesn't work. Start "Misappropriation" and go and get spotted at the scene. Having the Hunter from Flight School helps greatly. The bad guy will start running to his Maverick and fly away. Now get to your tractor as quick as you can.
Once in, drive to the multi story car park near the Las Venturas Police Impound and get alllllllll the way up to Level 10. You will see two Buffalos - one of them is the AP Buffalo and can't be moved during the mission. Wait for the guy with the dossier to arrive and then waste him when he gets down the stairs. Collect the dossier to pass the mission, then tow the AP Buffalo to a garage. Pretty easy.
As stated, this is inferior. The AP Buffalo in "High Noon" has an exclusive secondary black color, although it can't be seen in game. Here's a link to obtaining it: youtu.be/eR6gqn_52Q0?si=ydNsCfoqtzUkOAtc
Lastly, I want to share a video of the AP Buffalo from a classic channel. This was actually the first Youtube channel I ever saw on YouTube obtaining classic videos, back when System Error's "Bulletproof Car" guide on Gamefaqs was the best source for vehicles. It feels like such a nice time capsule from a simpler time. Note that in the video below, they fail the mission to obtain the AP Buffalo.
youtu.be/OT932P8e40A?si=3_3fYyEWzOpKHVSm
A simpler, way shorter, and way less painful method for the DP Leviathan. You no longer need to deal with pushing its corpse through the San Fierro Impound. You still need a minigun with at least 600 bullets and a tow truck though as the SF Impound is still the best spot for it.
Start the mission and head to El Castillo del Diablo (ignore the Trip Skip icon in my video). After you get to the portion of the mission with the EC Black Mavericks, shoot the first two down quickly. When the third one flies by, shoot at it but don't destroy it! You need it alive for the rest of the mission. Shoot down the next two Mavericks, and then start shooting at the Leviathan. Similar to the EC Black Maverick method, shoot at it until the health gets very very low. Then it'll start spinning toward the ground. Unlike the Mavericks, the Leviathan is unlocked, so you can hop on in. It can be a bit tricky though. I've been knocked off the cliff a few times and killed.
Once you get in, fly above the water near the dam then jump out. The mission will fail for destroying the DP Leviathan. But since the Leviathan floats, it'll just pop back up over the water and you'll be able to get back in. So now you need to Impound it to the San Fierro Impound. In this video, I chose Boat School. Start a course, and the DP Leviathan should be impounded.
Afterward, I save at the Doherty garage and reload. Then I take a tow truck to the SF Impound. You need the tow truck because otherwise you wouldn't be able to get it out of the Impound. I shoot at it to lower its health a bit, then crash it around to try and show off it's DP. I even hit it with a tank for good measure.
In a previous attempt, I used Driving School instead to impound the Leviathan. But upon testing, the DP was actually gone! It must have been a fluke, but this is why I opted for Boat School instead. Also note that the linked video above says it's PC only but I don't see why it wouldn't work everywhere.
And for fun, here's the old method: youtu.be/DkoCVj18t6w?si=mhv0QQktrBJnZWoe
youtu.be/Q-gMaxvWnII?si=TeSidJOcQgqRJn5S
Previously, the only way I knew how to get the EC White and Green Coastguard from Boat School was via Conversions. This method still requires the Mod Shop for teleporting, but you obtain the actual boat. Also note that this method works for the EC Green and White Dinghy, and EC Blue and Yellow Vortex as well - the EC Red and White Vortex still requires duping Flying Fish, however. This method also leaves no duplicated mission objects like buoys.
You need OM0 (On Mission Zero), which means you need a high priority phone call that rings every 15 seconds. I used the phone call before the mission "Interdiction". Also, grab a vehicle that can be modded in the mod shop with the Bass Boost option (Taxis work great, for example). Lastly, you need high enough muscles for the gym moves.
Go to Blood Bowl, and hold the button for a phone call right as it's ringing as you enter the Blood Bowl marker. Hold that button throughout and let it fail. Then, drive to the San Fierro gym and enter the marker where you learn new moves. Instead of pressing left or right, let go of the phone call button and run away. The guys inside will dupe, and the prompt to press "Yes" or "No" will vanish. Now, don't press either of those buttons, and drive to the nearby Transfender.
Once there, apply the bass boost then go back and try to buy it again so the game tells you that you have already bought the item. Now, press the button to say yes to sparring with the gym master (the right button on console). This will teleport you back to the SF gym, albeit invisible. Find your way out of the invisible interior then run to the nearby Burger Shot so you can receive phone calls again. Now, redo the beginning of the method with the Blood Bowl and SF Gym. When driving with the Mod Menu active, make sure not to press the exit vehicle button (triangle) in a car more than once, otherwise you may glitch out the screen and restart. Pressing triangle while outside of cars is okay.
Once you've duped the gym moves again, drive over to the San Fierro Airport. The phone will ring once you get out, so cancel it by either firing a gun or pressing triangle near a car. Then go to the ticket screen, and navigate over to Las Venturas (using the analog stick since pressing the right button will accept the gym moves). Wait on this screen until the phone rings, and then hold it and confirm the flight. After a second or two, say yes to the gym moves. If done correctly, you'll be able to hop out of the plane and be able to press the accelerate button. Before hopping out of the plane, press the X button to avoid screen glitches. Make sure you're still holding the phone call still.
Jump into the nearby boat and drive to the Boat School. Start the lesson "Land, Sea, and Air". After it begins, let go of the phone call and cancel the lesson (you'll see the screen glitch for a split second). Now, start the lesson "Plot a Course". As soon as you see CJ on the boat, press the exit vehicle button once before the course officially begins. The screen will fade to black and teleport you to the Mod Shop in Doherty. This part happens at 9:55, but it doesn't show up very well in the video - pretty dark. But if you pause at 9:55, you will see CJ in the Coastguard. Anyway, once you're back at the mod shop, just chill until the screen fades and teleports you to the airport.
Now it's a matter of going back to the Mod Shop on foot and pushing it to the nearby garage. Don't press triangle, as that cancels the course. Also, once the timer starts, you have a ten minute time limit to get the boat to the garage and then back to Boat School on foot. But note, the timer doesn't actually start until you either run or jump, so you could give yourself a good head start and just jog over to the Mod Shop without pressing X or square. The boat slides really easy. But, you want to make sure the Coastguard is in the garage by about 3:30 or so on the timer so you have enough time to run to the boat school. Infinite Sprint from Burglary Missions comes in handy, here.
Once you're back at Boat School, wait until the ten minute mark and walk into the red marker (shoot before hand so the phone doesn't ring and mess up your progress). Press triangle until you see CJ standing, and then go back to the garage to confirm.
As mentioned, this also works for the EC Dinghy from "Fresh Slalom" and the EC Vortex from "Land, Sea, and Air". Make sure you pass all Boat School courses before starting to avoid added mission attempts (although on the original PS2 you'll get 2 extra attempts for the gym moves). If you want to convert the Coastguard instead, I'll link a video:youtu.be/iV7e83U9RBA?si=9P5J2L1ckUvSeaK2
The colors you would choose are the first white in the top row, and the green in the bottom row. Fun fact, to convert a Dinghy, it's the same colors but in reverse.
From "Reuniting the Families", these are a bit tricky to obtain. At this point in the game, you have no mission scripted phone calls in memory. As a result, you are stuck using the girlfriend calls, which are quite unreliable if you are dating more than one. I won't get into the specifics, but if you have Katie and Denise as girlfriends, Katie could mess up receiving a call from Denise. The issue with this method is that it requires a suicide, and you NEED to keep your weapons afterward. That requires Katie as your girlfriend. A good way to avoid this situation is to start a NEW GAME from a save where you are dating Katie. This tricks the game into thinking you're dating her when you're not, and lets you keep her perks. It also keeps the info icon at the hospital, which is also essential. The bad side to this is that you need 20% driving skill to be allowed into the 8-Track to dupe the mission. Hope you like driving!
But when a girlfriend calls, she'll always call at an exact time (in my case, 21:41). I was able to get my game to save at around 21:00, which gave me enough time to run to the stadium and get prepared before she called. To do that, I saved to advance time until I got a desired time. Which was a lot of saves in the stats, but oh well.
Next, you must hold the phone call down until you start "Reuniting the Families". After the cutscene ends, you can release it. You'll be on mission zero. Advance through the mission.
Your health must be low for the cop punching part, so I jump off the roof of the motel twice to make it lower. Play the mission, and when the first cop jumps on the car to punch you, let him get your health down so that when the second cop starts punching me, it takes one or two hits to waste CJ.
When wasted, hold down the sprint button, and mash the jump button to make sure you don't pick up the info icon. Sometimes you do, sometimes you don't. This next part is a bit different from PC. Rhans collects the info icon at 17:38. On console, that is too early. I found collecting it right when the time turns to 17:40 is the time to do it. A minor adjustment, but an important one, as you want the info screens to end right when a cutscene begins. This automatically teleports you to the car. Now you have a SHORT window of time to get into a good position, and blow up the Greenwood when the camera changes to a fixed position. I found aiming a bit ahead of the Greenwood was most successful. If done correctly, the Greenwood will blow up, but the camera will stay locked onto the billboard. To fix the camera, either enter an interior, like the nearby safehouse (the nearby Sub Urban might be easier than the safehouse) or commit suicide.
Either way, run down to the freeway after the camera is fixed. There, you will find an AP pink Greenwood (not a unique color - it's the pink found in the top row of the mod shop), AP Tanker, and AP Petrol Truck. The AP Greenwood and AP Petrol truck can be found in other missions without OM0. The AP Tanker itself can't.
In the video by rhans, he's able to park the vehicles at a certain distance, and they remain after starting the second instance of RtF. In all my attempts (there were many), they would always vanish. But putting the three vehicles in garages doesn't delete them.
So I put the AP Tanker and AP Greenwood in Ganton, and the AP Petrol Truck in El Corona. That's a bit of a pain, but popping the tires makes it go in easier. After they're in garages, you must start the mission again, and you have to start it carefully. Otherwise, you might triple dupe the mission, which crashes the game. So I always enter the marker right at the edge facing Sweet's house. I've never had it crash this way. After the mission begins, blow up the Greenwood to fail, and then check the vehicles to confirm. I take the AP Tanker back to El Corona and take the Petrol Truck directly to the Impound Lot. I tried using pimping to impound them before, but the Petrol Truck would never be in the Impound. Afterwards, I save and reload and show off the proofings.
If you don't want to use impounds, leaving the trailer in the El Corona garage as seen in the video will actually store it properly, but it takes up damn near the whole garage. The Tanker can fit in the Santa Maria garage without issue.
This AP Greenwood is actually inferior - the one in "End of the Line" is AP/EC2 with the Arctic White roof. The AP Petrol Trailer can be obtained easier from "Tanker Commander". Only the AP Tanker is truly unique, though a Tanker can be made AP using conversions. This method is mostly obsolete, but I just love doing it, honestly - I find it fun.

7:15 - V-Rock Recording Studio
8:47 - Marco's Bistro
11:14 - "Hit the Courier" Small Room
15:27 - Bank Vault
The Definitive Edition has a few more interiors that can be seen compared to the original, and they spawn in regular gameplay. I have not found Ken Rosenberg's office or the Love Fist stadium however.
I found clipping through the walls works better in Fidelity mode vs Performance, but this may just be placebo. The Print Works is a pain to get into: I used a Packer and a bike to clip into the ceiling. A lot of the time Tommy would spawn under the Packer and lose health. Others he would spawn laying down on the Packer and still lose health. Fortunately, the Print Works has an un-solid hole in the ceiling allowing you to enter.
The Love Fist Recording Studio seems to be unenterable via normal means. The sound booth room is completely un solid, but maybe it's possible to get in via the walls somehow? Maybe somebody else can figure it out.
There's a way to clip through the Ocean View Hotel ceiling which would provide a great view of the St. Mark's Bistro interior. However, for the life of me I can't pull it off on the DE. I can in the original Vice City no problem, but after many many attempts I have been unsucessful on DE. So instead I glitch out via a bike then use a PCJ to look at the interior. Here's a video of someone glitching through the ceiling on the DE: youtu.be/oLXiMUiar6I?si=Xt41lOvohnUcY0dj
In the original game, the full Marco's Bistro wasn't seen; only a singular door spawned. Auntie Poulet's and the Biker Bar were possible to get to on the original game. You had to exit the Washington Beach Police Station and Apartment 3C respectively to see them. The small "Hit the Courier" room was also possible to get to on Classic VC, but that's the least interesting part of the video.
The bank vault is from "The Job" and the floating interior can be found on the classic VC but you can't actually see inside of it. You just see the outer wall. It's a bit of a pain to get to as you have to glitch out of the "El Banco Corrupto Grande" bank and fly a helicopter through the invisible underground.

29:13 - Hotel Suite
30:17 - Vagos Gang House
You can only get to the first five interiors in Heaven A using just the Jetpack. The final 7 require the Helicopter method. To get to the Police Station, you have to strafe (R2 or L2 on PS2) otherwise you won't make it. You can't get to the Hotel Suite and Vagos Gang House by exiting the Ganton Gym, so we get there by escaping Madd Dogg's Mansion instead.
To perform the "Gym Glitch", it's as simple as going into the Ganton Gym, killing the four NPCs in there, spawning a Jetpack, then going to the corner and flying up. Killing the four NPCs is an essential step, otherwise the Jetpack will die when we fly away. Also make sure to fly level with the interiors - don't fly too low or you'll get the "Loading" message and will fall to invisible San Andreas.
If you'd like to get to the remaining interiors, you will need a helicopter and another vehicle in your Doherty garage. After exiting the gym, fly to the location as seen in the video. The cars will be invisible, but you can mark them with Satchels so you know where they are. Input the "Cars Float Away When Hit" cheat, jump on your other vehicle then tap into the helicopter with it. Then hop in your 'copter, and it will float away on its own, allowing you to break the height barrier again. It can be a bit annoying getting it out of your garage, so take caution.
Once you get over the height barrier, turn your helicopter sideways and start tilting in the direction of the marker. The reason we do this is because the Maverick will no longer fly forward once breaking the height barrier. But once you're at a comfortable height, mash the exit vehicle button a bunch of times until CJ jumps out. Now, it's only a matter of parachuting to the interior.
To exit Madd Dogg's mansion, we'll be using the "Homie in Safehouse" glitch. It's pretty simple to do - to get a homie to enter the interior with CJ, you'll have to knock him down and then while he is falling, enter the marker for the interior. Then, run to the save icon while pressing up on the D-Pad (so CJ is calling for him). If done correctly, after exiting the save screen, your homie will fall onto the ground and begin to follow you.
Using this homie, and the "CJ Jumps Higher" cheat code, you can exit Madd Dogg's mansion. However, to escape, you need a small enough ceiling, and the shortest ceiling seems to be in the recording studio. The idea is to jump into your homie and with a little luck, you'll appear on the roof of the interior. It is a bit easier to escape if you can wedge CJ in between your homie and an object off the ground and then jumping. In this video, I get CJ wedged between the containers in the corner of the room and the homie. The Doherty Garage will be in its correct location this way since Madd Dogg's Crib is located above its exterior on the map.
The "Hydra Glitch" is also seen in this video. This method of entering interiors is a bit trickier than the others. It requires the "Cars Float Away When Hit" code, and a Hydra. I suggest not having a pilot's license as well, so you don't get a parachute after entering.
The idea is to tap the Hydra and hop in. It'll start rising. Watch the altitude meter at the bottom left of the screen; once it reaches the top, you are officially above the height limit. This only works with the cars float away cheat and as long as CJ is in the Hydra when it passes the limit.
When you exit the Hydra, you want to exit where CJ will actually land on the Hydra. You can achieve this by rolling to the right and mashing the exit button multiple times. If timed correctly, you will be standing on the Hydra. This isn't too hard to pull off.
The tricky part is getting the Hydra in a position to enter the marker. If the marker is above one of the wings, you'll just fall through. Another factor that can affect your position is weather. If it's rainy/stormy, it will knock you out of wack. And the reason you don't want a parachute is that if you enter the marker and CJ walks off the Hydra before the interior loads, CJ will die as soon as he spawns in. Also be careful of an exploding Hydra after loading in. That can kill you quickly, but luckily didn't happen in this video.
The Diner is mostly un-solid and only seen in Girlfriend Food Dates. The Police Station is unused in the final game. The Burglary Houses can all be found normally in the Burglary missions. You can enter the Crack Den and Vagos Gang House easier using the "Introduction" glitch - youtu.be/SuSqhlwRgz8?si=NvOa0IVFs4Au8SdG
en.wikigta.org/wiki/Heaven_A_(GTA_San_Andreas) - Here's a map of all the Heavens.
This is more for the people who like low stats. It requires om0, the Jefferson safehouse, and high enough driving skill to enter the 8-Track Stadium event. But it is a video I've wanted to do for a while.
To get om0, don't answer any phone calls. At the beginning of the game, phone calls ring every twenty seconds. So twenty seconds after you cancel a phone call, enter the red marker at 8-Track while holding the phone call. Fail the event, then start Drive-By. Play through it until you get your two star wanted level. Instead of going to the spray shop, drive to the Jefferson Safehouse. Park close to the door, but also in a way that the car kind of gets stuck. Then get out and quickly run inside and save your game.
Saving during a mission usually isn't allowed, which is why om0 is required. Also note that since you saved your game during a mission, the save will be corrupted unless you save again after passing or failing the mission. You have been warned.
If you get out and Big Smoke is trying to drive away, then you have failed the process and must try again. But if you succeeded, push the Greenwood to the Pay and Spray and hop in outside of the entrance. The game will think that you used it to get rid of the wanted level, and will tell you to return home.
In this video, I had 2 resprays in the past (must have been from Taxi missions) and I show that after passing the mission and reloading, it remains at 2.
The Hydra method of entering interiors is a bit trickier than conventional methods. It requires the "Cars Float Away When Hit" cheat code, and a Hydra. I suggest not having a pilot's license as well, so you don't get a parachute after entering.
The idea is to bump the Hydra and hop in. It should start rising. Keep an eye on the altitude meter at the bottom left of the screen. Once that reaches the top and stays, then you are officially above the height limit. This only works with the cars float away cheat as long as CJ is in the Hydra when it passes the limit.
When you want to exit the Hydra, you want to exit where CJ will actually land on the Hydra. You can achieve this by rolling to the right and mashing the exit button multiple times. If timed correctly, CJ will be standing on the Hydra. This isn't too hard to pull off.
The tricky part is having it where the Hydra will give you a position to enter the marker. If the marker is above one of the wings, you can forget it. You'll just fall the through. With Ryder's Place, it's a bit trickier to end up in a good position because Ryder's interior marker is actually above his house. So on your ascent, you'll actually have to adjust so you can get into a better position. As you can see in the video, I had a few other attempts before finally getting lucky. Another factor that can affect your position is weather. If it's rainy/stormy, it will knock you out of wack.
The reason you don't want a parachute is that if you enter the marker and CJ walks off the Hydra before the interior loads, CJ will die as soon as he spawns in. Also be careful of an exploding Hydra after loading in. That can kill you quickly, but luckily this didn't happen in this video.
I show off four interiors in this video: Los Santos International Airport, 8-Track Stadium, and the two Motel Rooms.
0:00 - You can enter Los Santos International Airport via Hydra, but unfortunately there's nothing solid to spawn on so you just fall back down to invisible San Andreas. I believe the only actual solid points in the interior are the carts that surround CJ when spawning in. The ceiling is solid though, and you can view it if you enter via the Francis International Airport marker (or parachuting in from leaving Didier Sachs). Here's a video: youtu.be/MovN6AfcEdw?si=f3WOy5CsqGNETYmy
2:00 - 8-Track Stadium. Originally discovered by @blaykay-4797 . The 8-Track Stadium is easily accessible by playing the race at the stadium in Los Santos. Entering via sky marker, you can see the interior name flash at the bottom right corner which you don't normally see. You don't need to be perfect entering the marker - as seen in the video, I didn't even touch it. Note that there's no sound in this portion to avoid copyright claims. This was the second marker BlayKay - 47 found; he also found the marker for the Dirt Stadium from Las Venturas. Hopefully he'll find another. Here's a link to his 8-Track video - youtu.be/xZQjHPdAPw0?si=6iuKfFA6QVZCvIhv
6:58 - Motel Room #1 - I have showcased an alternate was of entering the Motel Rooms in the past, but they can also be entered this way. This is the Motel Room from Heaven R - "Cluckin' Bell Heaven". You'll notice there's no door - the actual physical door spawns in a different Heaven! The marker right outside the missing door is Motel Room #2.
8:32 - Motel Room #2 - It's actually kind of tricky to enter this Motel Room via Hydra - much easier to enter via other ways such as Boat School glitch. It's marker location is high above the edge of a building in East Los Santos. So when you knock the Hydra with your car and get in, you actually have to spin it so it doesn't hit the building. You also have to spawn it as close to the building as you can without getting it stuck in the building. Taking out the street light and street lamp helps too. This Motel Room spawns in Heaven F, aka "Burgershot Heaven". Looks very identical to the other Motel Room (both look like they were just yanked from Jefferson Motel). Both have working wardrobes. And you'll notice the door for the other Motel Room actually spawns in this heaven! Here's a video showcasing an alternate way of entering these markers: youtube.com/watch?v=M8Rt-Y9Ql3o&t=9s
12:34 - Just for fun, I save at Madd Dogg's mansion via the save icon in the sky. No real use for this other than a chuckle. When you load the save, you'll spawn falling from the sky.
You're not really entering it though - you can't control it. It still says Train at the bottom right corner as if you get in normally. Similar to entering it normally, the Train drives to each station and you go into cinematic view. But every time it gets to the next station, the camera goes back to where ever Claude is. He'll be sitting in mid-air, but you can't move, change the camera or exit. Sometimes you're able to spin Claude but that didn't happen every time. Eventually the train returns to the station you're at and you're able to exit again. Sometimes Claude gets stuck under the train and dies.
Can't do anything with entering the Train - there's nothing unique to see. But like I said it's kind of amusing. I should also note that I'm playing on the delisted PS4 version of GTA 3 on PS5. You can no longer buy this version of the game. As such, I also can't confirm if this method works on any other platforms.

It's not hard to pull off. You need to be on the mission "Glass House" in Chapter 3. All you need to do is complete the mission as normal, but as soon as you pass the mission you have to get Busted. If done correctly, the Police Officer will stand up and Jimmy remain on the ground. You can move the camera, but you are effectively soft-locked until you reload the game. However, Jimmy will not pass out at 2AM like normal, and the time keeps on passing.
Despite being unseen, you will see the night slowly turn into day. Also of note, the night time clock disappears at 6AM and you no longer violate curfew after 7AM. None of this is seen otherwise. A pretty cool glitch, but unfortunately you are not able to do anything since Jimmy is stuck on the ground. As stated previously, you will need to reload the game. Also unfortunately, the police sirens never go away, and as a result kind of get annoying before too long.
5:20 - Passing "Glass House" and getting busted
6:39 - 2AM
9:06 - Sun starts to rise
I wouldn't expect too many more Bully channels from this video tbh. Just a one-off.
To do the glitch itself, you just simply put the Jet Pack cheat in during the third part of the Introduction cutscene (when the police are driving you around). If you do so, CJ never gets thrown out of the car, and automatically gets wasted as soon as the Police car is deleted from the game. And that's all you gotta do! Now all previously mentioned interiors can be accessed. But, you have no money, and you still get Four Stars for going to other islands. And apparently completing the missions that feature these interiors disable them afterwards, so they're not permanently open.
Jet Pack Cheat:
PS2 - Left, Right, L1, L2, R1, R2, Up, Down, Left, Right
PC - ROCKETMAN
XBOX - Left, Right, L Trigger, White, R Trigger, Black, Up, Down, Left, Right
2:20 - Performing the glitch by activating the Jet Pack cheat.
5:20 - Crack Den (from "Cleaning the Hood")
6:24 - Vagos Gang House (from "Burning Desire")
9:58 - Sindacco Abattoir (from "The Meat Business")
11:30 - Planning Department (from "Architectural Espionage")
14:30 - The Pleasure Domes (from "Ice Cold Killa")
18:07 - Buying clothes from Didier Sachs
Outside of the Crack Den, all previously mentioned interiors have a piece of wall/ceiling that lacks collision, allowing you to escape. It's not really useful using this glitch, but if you try returning via the Hidden interiors universe, you can get back inside.
To end the video, I decide to goof around and show off using the Blow Up All Cars cheat to fail the first mission. Then, I use the Recruit Anyone cheat to recruit Big Smoke for my gang. Not related to the rest of the video, but it's still fun to mess around.
Here's a link to a topic on gtaforums from 2005 discussing the glitch: gtaforums.com/topic/192857-everywhere-unlocked
And lastly, this was recorded via the Delisted version of San Andreas for PS4, but it does work on the Definitive Edition.
Using the "Cars Float Away When Hit" cheat, you can return at any time. I park a Maverick and a random car outside Caligula's casino and mark them with satchels. Then I run into the casino and escape via a small section of unsolid ceiling near the vault (the jet pack should work, but sometimes it randomly doesn't. That's why there's two random jet packs already in the interior. Leaving and re entering should fix it). The reason I mark the two vehicles with satchels is to make them easier to find since they are now invisible. But they should still be where you left them if you get back within three minutes.
Note that the invisible map isn't 100% accurate to the pause map, but it's still close enough that you should be able to find your vehicles. Once you do, activate the "Cars Float Away When Hit" cheat, jump in the random vehicle and lightly hit the helicopter. Now get in the helicopter, and once the rotors get going, it'll start to float away. Now you'll be able to break the height barrier. The Maverick will stop flying forward once you're above the limit, but if you turn the helicopter sideways and lean the stick toward the marker you'll continue moving.
Once you think you're high enough, you can jump out and parachute toward your target. The Sindacco Abattoir is a big enough interior that it's pretty hard to miss. And luckily, there's a little piece of un-solid wall that allows you to actually get back into the interior; it's right above the little office. Note that the health pick-up is still spawned in. I'm assuming if you pick it up during the mission it'll be gone, but I can't confirm that. The yellow marker won't spawn inside the interior, so the only way out is via that same section of un-solid wall.
Note that it is possible to enter the Sindacco Abattoir from the beginning of the game using the glitch to open all enterable interiors. To do that, use the Jet Pack cheat during the intro cutscene after the third fade to black.
This area is also on the Definitive Edition with the cars spawning.
Also I tried the Music Erase tool to get rid of the stadium music. And for more information on the Boat School glitch, here's a video I did a few years ago: youtube.com/watch?v=p2r-LOfdak8
youtube.com/watch?v=6xuqQ528qMI - this video shows how to get the RC Bandit from the mission "Toyminator".
It's been known that on the PS2 version of GTA 3, the helicopter Catalina escapes in in "The Exchange" has a solid block in the middle that Claude tries to enter if you press triangle. But there was seemingly no way to enter it. However, if you can get an RC Bandit up there (which is quite a pain since you have to be parked under a vehicle to exit since Claude trying to exit normally crashes the game) and underneath that solid box, the Helicopter can be entered.
Of course, it's easier said than done. Most of the time, Claude just walks in circles, or he tries to enter the Stinger. Sometimes he even teleports into the RC Bandit. It can be an annoying process, but if you stick with it, eventually you'll get lucky. In this video I don't teleport in until 7:07.
I have the RC Bandit parked right next that concrete vent thing. Then using a Stinger to drive up the dam wall (which is crazy that it works, but works better when it's not raining), I push the Helicopter over the RC Bandit. Apparently this can't be done on PC as you can't push it or even get the enter animation. Not sure if it works on Definitive Edition either.
Upon teleporting in, you notice the vehicle name just says "Helicopter" at the bottom right corner. But you can't do anything with it. You can't move it, and you definitely can't fly it. Sometimes you can exit, but other times you're stuck inside. The only camera angles that work inside of it are first person, top-down, and cinematic. Once the mission fails when the timer runs out, the Helicopter vanishes. And if you're in it, then you will be Wasted and spawn at the hospital. So even though it's unfortunate that you can't do anything with it, it's still quite cool that it can even be entered in the first place.
Like I said, I can't find the original videos, but I remember the channel also showing off using the RC Bandit to enter other vehicles like the Train to glitchy effects. You can even use the RC car to enter the GHOST missing after being put in a garage (of course to get it in the garage you need to be playing on an emulated copy of the game). Pretty cool stuff. Of course, the GHOST can be stored and re-entered on the Definitive Edition of GTA 3.
I don't think this will work on the Definitive Edition. Claude doesn't try to enter the Helicopter on that version.
I should note that I'm playing on the delisted PS4 version of GTA 3 on PS5. You can no longer buy this version of the game. As such, I also can't confirm if this method works on any other platforms.
Play the mission like normal, but at some point I get out and hold the phone call again. I'm not sure if this is actually needed, but I saw rtyuijhghff do it in his video and decided to do it as well. I hold that button until Sweet starts driving the Feltzer. I actually start holding the phone call early but you can wait a bit longer. The EP/FP Tornado that we obtain is first seen at 6:22 in the video. Keep your eye on it.
Now this part is a pain in the ass. The EP/FP Tornado can drive in any random direction. Sometimes it turns near the stadium, while other times it goes straight past the stadium. Sometimes it loses control and spins into the sewer canal. What you want is the EP/FP Tornado to follow you over the bridge near Grove Street.
Also at this point, start mashing the exit vehicle button. This seems a bit random as no matter how much you seem to mash the button, CJ will jump out at seemingly different points. I'm not sure if there's a trick to get him to jump out consistently or not, but nonetheless start mashing triangle as soon as you get to that bridge.
This may take many attempts. It sure took me a while. But if the stars align and the EP/FP Tornado follows you over the bridge and you jump out of the DP/FP/EP/MP/EC2 Feltzer, use your minigun to blow it up, ala the old way to obtain the EC Nebulas in "Just Business". This can be tricky, especially with a controller. If you suceed, you also have to quickly blow up the crazy EP/FP Tornado before it drives too far away and despawns. Make sure you blow up the right Tornado too, as the other Tornado that spawns by the stadium is not special in anyway.
If successful, it's just a matter of pushing the Tornado wreck to a garage. The riots make it more annoying than it should be, but sometimes you may get lucky and get a Firetruck to spawn. I played it safe in the video and went slowly because I didn't want to do the process again. But after I obtained it, I saved and reloaded and tested the properties to confirm the Tornado is indeed EP/FP.
There was another method rty recorded using the Bomb Shop, but that required death and was way more annoying in my opinion. SNPGTA also commented this method on one of my videos a while back.
This video was recorded on PS5 using the old PS4 release of San Andreas. Ever since the release of the Definitive Edition, you can not get this version of San Andreas anymore. It's identical to the "Greatest Hits" PS2 release though.
Here's some related videos:
youtu.be/HkcbD5d8V5A?si=A4_QyzNpQzBcYVPN - rtyuijhghff's video. His version is different as he uses the Bomb Shop and an NRG to obtain the Tornado. Looks pretty tough and probably impossible to do on Console due to the camera control.

The boat school glitch from the original San Andreas returns in the Definitive Edition. And it's mostly the same. To perform the glitch, head to the Atrium in Los Santos. The Atrium door is odd in the fact that when you enter, the door swings behind you. So while it's swinging, aim a weapon (like a pistol) and quickly turn around to leave before the door closes. If you were quick enough, you'll be outside the Atrium, but still in the interior world. So now, navigate your way to Boat School. It's a long flight but the interior universe behaves a bit differently in the Definitive Edition because cars seem to be visible now. So I recommend spawning a jetpack and flying to the nearby Police Maverick. That makes the process so much quicker than the original (just make sure you fly high to avoid invisible objects). However. Entering a vehicle will mess up the map in the pause menu completely. The lack of map makes the navigation process much more annoying but it's still easy enough to get to the school.
Once the test screen pops up, exit out. You'll soon notice that you (and all the nearby pedestrians) fall through the ground. Swim over to the nearby boat (which is why you wanted Boat School to be complete because otherwise there would be no boat) and hop on and spawn yourself another jetpack. After you're back in the Jetpack, fly to Caligulas Casino. Outside of a few specific areas, everything in the game world will be unsolid. What's also odd about this glitch is that all the interiors spawn up above, but they're all invisible.
in this video, I take a quick detour to Doherty in San Fierro. The interior for the garage spawns in the regular world in the Definitive Edition (whereas in the original it spawned in Interior Heaven E. After that I collect the misplaced Bribe that's right nearby. Typically it's hidden in a building so you can't conveniently collect it.
But the reason you want to get to Caligula's is bizarre. For some reason, ascending with your Jetpack above the casino will allow you to break the normal height barrier. It may take a while for the Jetpack to actually get above the limit, but eventually you will. The spot I go to in the video is actually pretty consistent in letting me break the height limit strangely enough. I used to think it was luck, but when I go to the spot in the video it works every time.
Eventually you'll see the people and some props that are in the invisible Caligula's interior. It's pretty odd to see. But that also means you're back in the universe and can fly to wherever you desire. I choose to fly to Sweet's interior (which is placed high above his house in the regular world). Note that wherever you fly, the map will not be any help.
After I enter Sweet's House, I discover that the jetpack actually works. In the original game, it stops working after entering most interiors. I fly to the invisible Johnson House and Ryder interiors just for fun (I can not enter either because they have no unsolid walls unfortunately). I use this opportunity to fly to where most safehouse interiors are spawned to see if I could get to the unused motel rooms. But shortly after reaching the Hotel Suite interior, the jetpack dies.
Before ending the video, I show off the hidden Airport interior for fun using the same Boat School glitch. What a cool interior.
Two important notes: to enter an interior via Boat School glitch, it must have an unsolid section on the interior, otherwise you won't be able to enter. Sweet's House has a huge unsolid wall, which makes for easy access. But Ryder's doesn't, which means you can't enter this way.
And lastly, I wouldn't save after doing this. Even after wasting CJ, the map was still glitched. I had to reload.

What I find more interesting, however, is that the unused Hyman Memorial Stadium from Vice City has returned, floating nearby. As in the original, the whole interior is unsolid except for the middle section.
As you get further away from the Liberty City "interior", the fog becomes impossible to navigate through. So if you're on the ground, good luck exploring.
It's also possible to jump on top of the stadium walls using the Perfect Handling and Slow Down Gameplay cheats and hopping off the front steps. This will give you a good view of the stadium.
You'll see the shack all by itself when you arrive. To get in, jump over the railing on the west side. Normally, there is a table and chair set that spawns here. In this glitch universe, it is invisible, but the collision is still there. You need to run toward the wall while running behind the invisible chair. Eventually, you'll clip through the wall and be able to explore the small interior.
If you fly under the map with a helicopter, it is possible to enter the room since there's a part of the ceiling that isn't solid. Nothing is inside of it except for a printing machine in the center of the room. Looks like pedestrians may spawn inside too, judging by the cop that's stuck in the room with Tommy.
All you have to do is exit the Apartment 3C interior by jumping onto a cleverly placed bike, and navigate invisible Vice City until you get to the bar location. From there, it's easy enough to clip through the outside of the interior and explore the inside.
Note that even though this is the PS4 release of Vice City, it is being played on PS5. I don't remember the frame rate being this bad on other releases of Vice City.
For this video, we exit the Big Smoke's Crack Palace interior (which can only be accessed after the final mission). The second floor has a ceiling that is completely unsolid and can be exited with the "CJ jumps higher" cheat. From there, it's a long jetpack flight to the Doherty garage. Once you arrive, input the "Cars float away when hit" cheat and bump into a helicopter with another vehicle. The vehicles will be invisible, but satchel charges will help mark them. After you bump the helicopter, hop in and it will take off. From there, mark the Caligula's casino location. Fortunately, by exiting through the Crack Palace, all the interiors will be in their correct locations. Unfortunately, it's quite a long trip to get to the casino.
You'll want to be high enough where you'll be able to jump out of the helicopter and have enough time to make it to the interior. It's hard to gauge a good time, so chances are you'll be parachuting a while. Once I am over the marker on the mini map, I cut the parachute to save time. After a while, you should land on the invisible Caligula's casino interior. The office will be floating above. I'd suggest throwing some satchels down so you don't accidentally walk off, but luckily it's a huge interior (still have to mute the music, though). Now, Caligula's casino is weird because sometimes the Jetpack will work, and sometimes it won't. This can be seen in this video. With a little luck, you'll be able to fly up and view the rather bare bones interior. But the Jetpack will die quite often, so just be prepared.
As a whole, a rather disappointing interior. None of the props spawn other than the round table in the center of the room. So that means no chairs or couch. A shame, but it's still kind of cool to look at, even though it has absolutely no collision.
If you'd rather skip directly to the interior in question, skip to 15:55 for its first appearance.
There's a couple of ways to enter, but in this video I chose the Hydra method. The Hydra method of entering interiors is a bit trickier than conventional methods. It requires the "Cars Float Away When Hit" cheat code, and a Hydra. I suggest not having a pilot's license as well, so you don't get a parachute after entering the plane.
The idea is to bump the Hydra and hop in. It should start rising after you jump in. Keep an eye on the altitude meter at the bottom left of the screen. Once that reaches the top and stays, then you are officially above the height limit. This only works with the cars float away cheat as long as CJ is in the Hydra when it passes the limit.
When you exit the Hydra, you want to exit in a way where CJ will actually land on the Hydra.
You'll just fall through. Another factor that can affect your position is weather. If it's rainy/stormy, it will knock you out of wack. Oddly enough, the foggy weather cheat makes this method easier to work with. The only downside is that it makes the game look quite drab and gloomy.
The reason you don't want a parachute is that if you enter the marker and CJ walks off the Hydra before the interior loads, CJ will die as soon as he spawns in. Also be careful of an exploding Hydra after loading in. That can kill you quickly, but luckily this didn't happen in this video.
As mentioned before, you don't need to use the Hydra method. Since the ceiling of the entry alcove isn't solid, you can easily do the boat school glitch to enter. The only reason why I didn't do this is because of how long it takes, but it's absolutely easier. Otherwise you can do the gym glitch and parachute your way to it. But parachuting on to invisible interiors is not very fun, plus it'll be skewed to a different location on the map.
Here's a link to the boat school glitch mentioned (note that you don't need to use the Atrium to enter the interior world. Caligula's is closer to the boat school and you can escape that interior): youtu.be/p2r-LOfdak8
In this video, I obtain it and store it in a garage and show off that it's FP. I didn't bother saving and reloading though.
Since bicycles don't actually take real damage on this game, it's rather useless. The only real difference this makes is if it's on fire, CJ won't be able to get on, as seen when CJ's regular bike gets set on fire.
If you want a proofed Mountain Bike, there's an AP Mountain Bike in the Beat the Cock triathlons. Really, the EP on a bike is the only useful proofing. This is because if you're on a bike with EP, you can blow stuff up directly next to you and CJ won't get knocked off or take damage. Kinda cool.
Here's a video link to obtaining the AP Mountain Bike: youtu.be/2hXip_0YVgI
Both the AP and FP Mountain Bikes can be obtained infinitely after 100%. You just have to make sure you show up at the right times for the events. One last thing, apparently throwing a grenade while on a Mountain Bike doesn't actually kill CJ, as seen in the video.
It's worth noting that the last two mentioned 24/7s do have markers that can be found via the gym, but neither can be entered due to the interiors being completely solid. The only way to enter either interior without mods or gamesharks is via the Hydra method. The Hydra method of entering interiors is a bit trickier than conventional methods. It requires the "Cars Float Away When Hit" cheat code, and a Hydra. I suggest not having a pilot's license as well, so you don't get a parachute after entering.

Oddly enough, the foggy weather cheat is very helpful in keeping the Hydra from being blown around.
The reason you don't want a parachute is that if you enter the marker and CJ walks off the Hydra before the interior loads, CJ will die as soon as he spawns in. Also be careful of an exploding Hydra after loading in, as seen in the video. I usually move quickly away just in case it happens, and when it did I still lost a bit of health.
Luckily for the regular gym glitch, all you need is the Jetpack cheat code. Make sure you take out the four guys in the gym before escaping out one of the holes in the ceiling. When flying to the interior, make sure you keep the jetpack level so you don't drop down too far. If you drop down too low, a quick loading screen will flash. At that point, you might as well restart. The 24/7 might be hard to enter since you have to enter the invisible interior via one of the weak walls.
Since all three 24/7's are unused, there's no actual exit marker to leave the interior. This isn't so bad for the big 24/7 since there are two weak walls that can be used for escape. But as mentioned before, the other two are completely solid and can't be escaped. Even the alcove behind the door has full collision. The only way out is suicide.
0:00 - The large 24/7 from Heaven F (entered via Gym Glitch)
2:48 - 24/7 from Heaven H (entered via Hydra)
5:27 - 24/7 from Heaven I (entered via Hydra; I have recorded a video on this one in the past)
Not the most interesting interiors by a long shot, but they're still fascinating to explore. It's curious why the two smaller interiors were rendered unused since they look pretty complete.
It's shocking how complete this interior is despite being normally inaccessible. It has working vending machines, pedestrians, a fire extinguisher, and a name at the bottom of the screen upon entry. All we're missing is some food.
After exploring a bit, I exit via shooting the door as its closing and explore some of the other interiors found in Heaven H. They include the normal Club, another unused 24/7 (that unfortunately can't be entered this way), and the San Fierro hidden Tattoo Parlor. Nothing terribly exciting, but when it comes to easy to access unused interiors, Rusty Brown's is one of the best.

There are three Tattoo Parlors in GTA SA and each location has its own set of tattoos. On the Playstation platform however, the San Fierro tattoos go unused. Entering its location just loads the Los Santos interior. It's easy enough to use the gym glitch to get to the hidden Tattoo Parlor in less than five minutes, but unfortunately it requires the Jetpack cheat code.
This method does not require a cheat code, but it is rather lengthy. The reason it's so lengthy is because you'll be flying the Jetpack around quite a bit, and the Jetpack isn't exactly fast. As a result, this method requires the mission "Green Goo" to be passed, along with Boat School completed. I also suggest having Taxi missions to be completed before trying this because I've heard entering a Hidden Interior can mess up Taxi fares or something, but I can't confirm. You might want a parachute too,
Go to the Verdant Meadows airstrip and grab your Jetpack. Take it to the Atrium in LS (where the mission "Just Business" takes place). Take off your Jetpack and leave it nearby and enter the interior. It's a long flight. When you arrive, leave your Jetpack a little bit away and try to enter the red marker.
Once the test screen pops up, exit out. You'll soon notice that you (and all the nearby pedestrians) fall through the ground. Swim over to the nearby boat (which is why you wanted Boat School to be complete because otherwise there would be no boat) and take it back near the Jetpack. Hop on the boat; you should be close enough that you'll equip it. After you're back in the Jetpack, fly to Caligulas Casino. Outside of a few specific areas, everything in the game world will be unsolid, and some parts will look like it's incomplete. I remember reading it described as "Rough Draft World" on the old gtaforums. It's pretty cool. What's also odd about this glitch is that all the interiors spawn up above, but they're all invisible.
Might just be luck. But you'll know when you're above the limit when the bottom of your screen says you're in "San Andreas" and eventually you'll hear the casino music and see the pedestrians. I mute the video at this point to avoid copyright claims.
Now you must fly to the location in the video and look for the floating yellow marker. That will be the entrance to the San Fierro Tattoo Parlor. Enter it and get the special tattoos you desire. Now since this is a hidden interior, there is no marker to actually leave the Parlor. Running into the door just spawns you back inside. Fortunately, there is a way to exit; similarly to exiting the Atrium, go to the door, and as soon as you respawn, aim a small gun and turn towards the door. It should still be slightly ajar, and this will allow you to step outside into the little alcove. Everything except the floor is unsolid in this alcove, providing an easy escape.
Now all you have to do is restore the regular world by entering a normal interior. Fortunately there is a AmmuNation right nearby. So jump out of the alcove and start parachuting over to its location. Of course, the world is still invisible, including the yellow marker to enter. Fortunately, there is a police bribe right nearby that helps with your positioning. Also if you haven't met Helena, she'll be standing right nearby providing further help. Once you find the invisible marker, you'll spawn inside the AmmuNation. Exit, and the world will be back to normal.
As mentioned before, this only applies to the Playstation platforms (excluding the physical remastered PS3 version). On PC and Xbox, it is accessible normally at it's location in San Fierro. The marker won't even spawn in the air on that platform anyway, so this video is useless for those of you on those platforms. But it's still an amusing glitch to perform, and you can explore other harder to access interiors this way.

The particular yellow marker is located high above the Maverick spawn at Easter Bay Airport in San Fierro. You'll know you're getting close via the stadium music. Luckily, it seems the radius for entering the yellow marker is larger than normal as you can see I'm nowhere near it in the video yet it still counted as me entering.
You can enter this stadium normally in the game by competing in the "Dirt Track" side mission in Las Venturas on Mondays and Wednesdays. What's cool about entering this way is that you get to explore without worrying about other racers or a time limit for being off of your bike. But what I think is even more interesting is that it has an official interior name: "Dirt Stadium". This can't be seen normally in game. Thanks again to BlayKay - 47 for this information!
Start the mission and head to El Castillo del Diablo (ignore the Trip Skip icon in my video - old save). Try to be quick about it, as you don't have a whole lot of time to waste.
Once in, start flying toward the Impound Lot in San Fierro the same way I do. The legendary SF Impound Lot is very unreliable and tricky to deal with. So dump the Leviathan right in front of the garage door (with the tail toward the garage door for convenience) and enter, making sure to look behind CJ at where the save zone is located. Run quickly to where the Dune hopefully is still located, and drive it back up the ramp. Try and take out the cops too in the meantime so they can't shoot your Dune up but don't waste too much time. You only have a short amount of time before the remaining Black Maverick blows itself up, which continues the mission (or fails the mission if you're still in the Leviathan). Push the DP Leviathan down the ramp and blow it up quickly. Try and blow it up as far away as possible so the flames don't spawn. This is why I back up in the video after blowing up the DP Leviathan.
Once its down, pushing the DP Leviathan wreck is kind of similar to pushing the Hydra wreck. If it gets caught on a wall, or if the tail gets caught on the ceiling, it will vanish right before your eyes. Make sure to move the Police cars that block your path as well. Also, I've had bad luck where a cop would touch the wreck and it would immediately vanish. So be careful of that as well. Sometimes when blowing up the Leviathan, one of the wheels falls off, making the push a lot less smooth (such as in this video). If both wheels stay on, it slides very nicely. If a wheel comes off, you'll have to be extra careful and slow when pushing so you don't damage the Dune too much. If the Dune does blow up, it is possible to repair it in the zone while keeping an eye on the Leviathan as I've done it a few times, but don't count on it. just hope that both wheels stay on, as it makes it so much easier.
Once you get near the safe zone, I suggest blowing up the spawned vehicles and taking your eye off of them so they vanish. That way they won't respawn alongside the Leviathan. Once at the save zone, you have to be quick and careful. If you take too long to push it into the invisible save zone, it'll disappear in an instant. A good push should do the trick. Even if you are quick and careful it might still vanish before your eyes, which is quite frustrating. You also have to push it in far enough , otherwise it will just disappear as well. But when it's far enough in, drive away while looking at the zone. This is very important, as otherwise it'll most likely be gone when you go back. With a little luck, you can go back toward the save zone and see it repaired. I got VERY lucky in this video that it didn't vanish; other attempts I wasn't so lucky.
I shouldn't have bothered but I felt like experimenting, so I also saved the regular Dune alongside the DP Leviathan and exited the impound lot in a different way that I've recently had more success with. Watch what I do in the video carefully. After restoring the DP Leviathan and regular Dune I removed all the excess vehicles that spawn, and drive away while looking at the save zone. But I hug the wall in the hopes that the invisible garage door doesn't close. This seems to be the real issue with random vehicles replacing your stored vehicles in the lot.
But as you can see in the video, that even despite saving them successfully, it took several reloads before they both spawned. That's the fun of the SF Impound Lot; it makes no sense. Nonetheless, I take the ordinary Dune and store it in Doherty and come back with a tow truck to take the DP Leviathan out for a flight (and to crash it around a bit). A job well done.
Also note that this video was actually recorded on PS5, but the game itself was technically released for PS4. I'm still using the saves that I created on the PS4 as well.

Note that it is required to park a vehicle on top of the Bandit so you can teleport in and out. Otherwise, when Claude goes to "open" the invisible door, the game will crash. For this reason alone, I suggest inputting the cheats in BEFORE entering the Bandit because they require the button to exit vehicles (triangle on PS2). Otherwise, if you're stationary enough, the game will crash because Claude tries to exit the vehicle. Also note that once you put in the Slow Down Gameplay cheat twice, Claude will no longer exit the vehicle unless you speed up the gameplay again.
Since this video has been uploaded, BAS-BAS23 discovered a way to enter WITHOUT cheats. It involves driving over a knocked out pedestrian. Doing this causes the RC Bandit to fly in the air like crazy. If you get a good angle, it's possible to get through the window this way. It is also possible to exit the Bandit once you're in the room without crashing the game by getting the Bandit sideways so that Claude teleports out. I did not know this, unfortunately. For more info on this cheatless method, check out the pinned comment below!
As can be seen, there's not a whole lot to show off. Invisible walls prevent you from interacting with anything. It's already such a small interior to begin with. But I still think it's cool to get in.
Completely unsolid, and vanishes when it gets to the hanger where the driveable Dodo spawns in the next mission. Blowing it up with a rocket launcher will still give you four stars just like shooting down the regular Dead Dodo that spawns in the sky throughout the game.
The difference between the Dead Dodo and the regular Dodo is that the Dead Dodo has a much wider wingspan. The Dodo in comparison has hardly any wing span, making it hard to fly. There's no way to actually fly a Dead Dodo unfortunately.
It's quite detailed, but not very interesting. The red barrels can't be blown up. But, everything is mostly solid so it's pretty cool to explore. I also show off the boxes that Catalina jumps into during the mission "Grand Theft Auto". Unsurprisingly, they're not solid.
store.playstation.com/#!/tid=CUSA03508_00
Upon arrival, you will notice it is mostly unsolid except for a little solid invisible block in the middle (which is what you hit to blow it up). Weirdly, if you press the enter vehicle button, Claude will start walking in circles, as if he's trying to enter. However, there seems to be no way to enter it. You also can't blow it up because at this point it's AP.
You can move it around with the Stinger, but you can't get it off the roof. It gets stuck on the side wall. When the mission timer ends, the Escape just vanishes right before your eyes.
