Jackson County Sheriff Department, Open Carry. Markedguardian 2015-07-20 | I went to conduct official business in Jackson County Sheriff Department, to renew my CHL. The lady at the counter was making unlawful demands to have me be disarmed while conducting business in the lobby. I decline, then she retreats back to one of the deputies to have my person be removed. The deputy decline to make that an issue. After that went by, I finished my CHL application process. I went to the counter and she once again made another unlawful demand of me removing my pistol again when coming into to their authorize personal only area. I decline, then the deputy shown himself and the video begins there.
Open Carry in Klamath Falls Oregon, March 30, 2015. Markedguardian 2015-03-31 | I came into Klamath Falls Oregon on March 30, 2015. I was testing to determine how the KFPD will respond and act toward a person bearing arms. The officer of KFPD had a pleasant demeanor and conducted himself professional. The majority of people that I have observed, seemed to be calmed and curious of my activity. No person seen me as a threat and continue to conduct their business as normal. Though, there was one individual that seem to notice me and decided to reroute into a store.

Medford PD never attempted to infringe or harassed my activism, but instead, became very polite in this parade. Went shopping in the candy factory, while the 14 years old children where observing my rifle and asking question. Later, went into the bread shop and chat about food, firearms, and self defense procedures. We have met many people that respect our Rights, including having a conversation with a fellow immigrant from California that wanted to know his liberties in Oregon. After that, officer got one called and went to check out. This is what happened.

Im still out there... Markedguardian 2013-10-24 | I know it's been awhile since I made any videos, but winter is coming and I need to work on other projects. Since the carry of any firearm in Jackson County Oregon is quite normal and people are used to seeing such activity, you can rest assure your Right to bear arms is there and you should not be harassed or at least intimidate. Besides, me and OpenCarryUSMC when for a ride into Medford, Phoenix, Talent, and Ashland. We even went into come chocolate store and a motorcycle store, both stores were fine with us bearing arms. Anyways, I hope to make more videos when I feel it is time to do so. I hope to capture more cities in Oregon that have respectful officers that know the law and capture the ones that don't and I can lead to education and experience. Till then, you will have to wait. Besides, I do plan to walk and ride with my rifles everywhere I go in Medford, as long as I feel for it. Take Care!

Gold Beach officer parked near the entrance of city hall, look at me for about 2 minutes, then went into city hall. The officer were not worried, since I was being responsible, even the sheriff drove by without a care in the world.
