Hey chat and I talk about the II controversy in this stream. Despite not believing those involved displayed racism in this instance, it goes without saying that racism isn't tolerated or accepted on my channel or in the OSC at large. Please don't get it twisted. I'm just saying the decision to drop these individuals was hastily made and I don't really believe any wrongdoing was committed so it sucks that this was the outcome. I hope those cut from the team find better opportunities.

Again uploading here because of Twitter compression. Think I'm going to make 5 of these for the behind-the-scenes video. So expect 3 more of these lol.
Originally uploaded to Twitter but the compression was horrendous so I'm uploading here too lalalalala.

Remake Ep 2 after that
Doing this for a few reasons:
1. I'm going to have to push back Remake Episode 2's release date. I hope this and the behind-the-scenes video will tide you all over in the meantime.
2. Quality of life: now the original camp can be viewed in a 16:9 aspect ratio in 1080p HD! Additionally, I am making this in After Effects and will be making slight tweaks and enhancements to make the videos more engaging.
3. Most importantly, several videos over the years have incurred copyright claims as a result of using licenced background music. Mostly content id claims, which don't affect the video status, but Challenge 28 was blocked in multiple countries a few years back, and I should anticipate something like that happening again in the future.
Ultimately, these remasters aim to preserve the original camp for the foreseeable future, as well as introduce the camp to a new audience who didn't experience it a decade ago. These will not affect the Remake/Results 30 or any future projects.

ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION
(Published on November 4th, 2012)
I had a lot of bad luck making this one: I'm not feeling well, so voice acting isn't the greatest, the Speaker Announcer site shut down for like, 2 days straight, I had to recreate half the video do to my computer crashing, and during editing, my parents were trying to get me to come home even though I still had half the video to edit! ...Oh yeah, and there's a couple audio glitches here and there, thats fun.

Pretty dang sure mashups fall under fair use. It's transformative, yea? It's parody. Not monetizing this, just hope it doesn't get flagged down for whatever reason.
Oh, and those few instances where the audio glitches out? Adobe Premiere's fault. It only happens like three times for like half a second each. Not sure what causes it.
To Clarify, it's not a new camp. It is a remake, not a reboot. I am taking the old episodes and I am giving them a face lift. Same challenges, same results, same voting results, same elimination order, same everything. All that's different is that there's a story line beyond Announcer giving challenge/results details for 95% of the episode.

(And yes, the Original's finale is still happening. I'll get back to working on it after the Remake's second episode comes out.)

I'm getting close to finishing the first episode of the remake!

Also youtube screwed up the audio in a few places. Jerks.

All in all, this was one of their best episodes yet. It certainly was a good set up for a future reoccurring antagonist, and I definitely felt a South Park vibe with AnimatedJame's character, which is what Adam was going for, and he pulled it off quite nicely. No complaints with the writing, but there were a couple of design flaws in this episode. Granted, they were small, but when Guylan notices a small error during a viewing, then he's gonna notice it with every subsequent viewing; small errors bother him.
For one, Baseball's red lines were really shaky every time he moved. This however, I will acknowledge, is an animation glitch that they simply could not fix, so it's excusable. I myself have experienced similar Animation glitches when it came to zero gravity movement while working on the BFSP Finale, so I can relate; Obviously, they wouldn't animate Baseball that way on purpose.
Secondly, the very first scene with Baseball, Nickel, and Suitcase was off center, resulting in a black bar on the side of the screen. Since Adam decided to be critical to Retro about not taking the time to review his work before uploading, well... appears you didn't either. I know you animated this scene, and I know you did video editing, so this was entirely your mistake. Mind you, Retro's mistake was MUCH more crucial than yours was, but both cutting audio and centering a scene equally take, like, 2 seconds to do, so I mean.... probably being over critical here. Adam's criticism against Retro doesn't bother me in the slightest, considering it happened nearly a year ago, but...... ehh.
And then there's Test Tube's design. Her design needs an upgrade, it is notably poor, especially the top of her. Her opening isn't smoothly round, and considering the rest of the show's design is really well done and smooth, Test Tube kind of sticks out. They improved OJ's design in time for his appearance in Episode 7, now it's Test Tube's turn.
Once again, these were small flaws, and although I clearly have a 'perfectionist complex' when it comes to animation (because I'm passionate about it), these flaws didn't ruin the episode for me. Writing was solid, Animation was solid, this Episode was solid.
Baseball, Knife, Mic, and Nickel are pretty safe this episode. As for the other three, here are my thoughts/fan theories:

Hi. I made this preview for Object Con. It was awful. So I fixed it.
Co-Animated by Retro and Ian. Hey, I'd ship them.
Music by Kevin Macleod and Nightwish. The Nightwish track was sped up. Take that copyright. Try flagging me now.
I'm going on a hiatus again. I need to focus on school. Retro will finish Scene 2 eventually. Anyone wanna do Scene 4? Cody's dad certainly would.
Marshmallow used Bow to get her OWN teammates out the challenge. Marshmallow could've easily told not to do that so her team would win the challenge. Why did you guys vote Apple, she didn't betray Marshmallow? Put your headphones in, she was possessed by Bow. Everyone else who got possessed by Bow got possessed ONSCREEN. We never see Bow possess Apple, meaning Apple was possessed by Bow when she was making the comments about Marshmallow.
