Brock Covington is an athlete and entrepreneur based in Colorado Springs, CO. He is the co-founder of Switchback.
REGARDING MY FEET: My feet were quite waterlogged despite changing socks during my race. The incessant exposure to mud and water make it difficult to leave this race unscathed. That being said, I was walking on them just fine 24 hours later and was back running within a week. The skin peeled a bit, but no serious damage was done.
