Crypt of the NecroDancer - 9-Character Low% (Lowest of the Low) - 2:06:11.89 TheNitromeFan 2025-04-19 | This is a recorded playback of a run I completed on September 14, 2024.I wanted to revisit this challenge with both the Amplified and Synchrony DLCs since there were new leaderboards created after the Synchrony update. After some de-rusting I managed to get it fairly quickly, even beating my old non-Synchrony time by 15 minutes, even though I was not going for speed. I was also the first person to get a run on said leaderboard, and as of the upload date of this video my time is still the fastest of all runs on the board.Very little of the gameplay is changed from the inclusion of the Synchrony DLC, although the following are some of the more significant differences that I noticed:- All characters except Dove generate spiked walls, making terrain navigation slightly more difficult;- Monk gets three hearts of health and inherent peace, making his run much more lenient;- The pixie-riding glitch is no longer existent, making health regeneration more strict (in particular on Bolt).This run is far from perfect as I was still not fully de-rusted and made lots of suboptimal movement on all characters.
