I've got some additional modulation happening on the mod-wheel which is subttly affecting OSC 4 and therefore the sound of OSC 3. It is the idea that life arose from nonlife more than 3.5 billion years ago on Earth. Abiogenesis proposes that the first life-forms generated were very simple and through a gradual process became increasingly complex.This track is somewhat based on this idea with simple moving to more complex rhythmic ideas. The track includes both polymeter and polyrhythmic elements.The track begins with the bubbling sound courtesy of Arturia Pigments V5 which alludes to the hot mess of non-organic matter which may have given rise to life itself.The moog is running at its own tempo with delay unsynched.Each track on the Digitakt is running sequences of different lengths.The Arp which comes in half way through the track cuts through these other rhythms.The PRO 3 provides both some low end bass and later a lead.I'm not entirely sure the time signature of this would be!!!
